The sunbed situation only allowed one booking per day Having to wait till 2 pm to go to the pool the lifeguard was extremely strict no playing in the pool when you’re on holidays, all you want to do is relax by the pool

We we're pleasantly surprised, Fantastic location beside the Beach , Local shop was close by and the main strip was a few minutes walk. Facilities we're Spotless. Apartment was very clean and provided lots of towels for a family of four. The pools were Great and everything onsite was Perfect. I was Impressed with the security also. Electric gates in and lifeguard was very Observant throughout our stay. Definitely be returning when we plan to come back to Lanzarote. Would recommend hiring a car ( if not a bus runs every 20 minutes directly across the road) to Visit playa Blanca as the Beach was Lovely. Also worth a visit to the Restaurant "Enjoy" on the strip, the food there was our particular favourite, Enjoy ⛱️

It was very clean , the apartment lovely and spaces with spacious balcony. The pool was spotless and the bar very nice with very good food.

Would have liked a little more room service and fresh towels , the dirty towels were left in the bathroom all week even when the cleaner had been in and a mirror in the bedroom or living room would have been good as there was only one in the bathroom .

**5-Star Family Holiday at Hotel Club Del Carmen, Lanzarote!** Our family of four (with two kids) had an absolutely fantastic stay at Hotel Club Del Carmen! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness, comfort, and excellent service. The rooms were **spotless** and well-maintained, with **super comfy beds** that ensured a great night’s sleep. The **air conditioning worked perfectly**, which was a relief after sunny days exploring Lanzarote. We also loved the thoughtful touch of **drinking water provided in the room**—such a convenience with kids! The **staff were amazing**—friendly, helpful, and always smiling. They made us feel welcome and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. The complex itself was perfect for families, with great facilities and a relaxed atmosphere. The **sun lounger system worked perfectly**—no stress over reserving beds early, and there were always plenty available. Our kids had a blast by the pool, and we loved being able to relax without the usual sunbed scramble! Everything was perfect- the apartment was exactly as it looks in the photos- spacious, modern and spotlessly clean. The bed was huge and very comfortable. We had a great experience with all the staff- a special mention for the guys in the bar/restaurant who were always so friendly and accommodating. They were fabulous! Location was very convenient to the beach and grocery store, and only a 5 minute walk to the main strip. We would definitely stay here again!

Nothing really. The pool booking system takes a bit of getting used to but it ensures the pool area doesn’t get too crowded. Just don’t forget to book the day before or the beds will all be taken.

The hotel room was absolutely superb. Spotless clean and new cooker, fridge etc. Beds and seats all very comfortable. Air con worked well. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, saucepans etc so you could do a fair bit of cooking yourself to keep costs down if you wanted. The staff very very pleasant and helpful. The on site Baileys bar / restaurant was really good also. The food there is as good if not better than on the strip- all on your door step. All served up by the excellent staff serving with a smile. The location is excellent also, a few minutes walk from a beautiful beach. Cant wait to go back!!

Nothing, no issues whatsoever.

It was all very good, lots of little things, like USB sockets, handrails in the shower plus telephone near in case you had a fall ! Good lighting, nice balcony with sun loungers. I didn't have breakfast as I self catered, but good restaurant on site if needed. Nice heated pool and jacuzzi.

I was on the third floor and lift wasn't working during my stay, so be prepared to walk up two flights of stairs ! I don't think it's been working properly for a few weeks now. Hopefully it will be fixed soon. Extra daily charge for pool towels, plus they tale € 100 when you arrive and should repay it within 24 hours after check out. No English TV programmes. Just SKY news.

The apartments and complex is extremely clean and well kept, the beds are lovely and comfortable and you have everything you could need in the apartments. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. The sunbed booking is a good idea ,it gets rid of sun bed war's,and there are no sunbeds left with towels on and not being used all day. Definitely would highly recommend, lovely place,lovely staff.

Just a small heads up:the location is lovely and quiet with the beach right across the road, but it is abit of a long walk to the Heart of things,but taxis are very cheap.We would get a taxi for 4 for less than €5 to top end of strip,spend the evening and stroll back. The only 1 complaint i have is there isn't must in the line of entertainment in the complex, I felt there could be some activities during the day put on and the evening entertainment left alot to be desired, which did show in the poor turn out in the bar most evenings, albeit when we stayed, not sure what it is like later in season,as we went mid June.

Everything: great location, good communication from hotel, helpful staff, happy hours in bar, good pool/sun lounger booking system, excellent location, short transfer to airport, fab apartment kitchen facilities and air con, decor to a high spec, close to beach...cannot recommend enough. Simple things like having a proper freezer for storing plenty of ice & ice creams for the kids and having a filtered water tap made the difference. Restaurant on site has lovely staff and the food is tasty and well priced.

When I booked, I originally thought it was pricey for a self catering apartment, however it was amazing and well worth the money. Very clean, apartment well equipped and staff accommodating.

Charge for early check in. Normal check in 4pm which I feel is late.
