The apartments very comfortable and nicely located. Equipted in everything you need. They provided the cot for our baby. There was a kettle, microwave, fridge/freezer. All working well. Swimming pool great, though water quite cold. Activities for children provided, too. Food was nice, good selection and themed evenings. Staff very friendly and helpful.

At the end we had unpleasant situations. You have to pay deposit for the beach towel, which we did in pounds as we didn't have Euro *only later we discovered there was a cash machine next to the main entrance. Even though it was accepted to oay in pounds a lady in reception upon our check out tried to give us 10 euros instead back, trying to say we should have paid in euros. She was not nice and it kind of almost ruined our experience. But overall all good.

The staff were friendly, the food selection was good , and it offered great value for money. Its location, just a 5-minute walk to the beach, was ideal. The spacious bungalows and peaceful pool area, with loungers always available even during Christmas, made it a perfect retreat.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel overall, but there were some drawbacks. The main issue was the very limited choice of vegetarian food, with poor labeling making it a guessing game—soups, for example, were never marked during my 10-day stay. Additionally, the swimming pools were quite cold, which wasn’t ideal in winter. Lastly, the kitchen in the bungalows was poorly equipped; the small pot and pan provided were insufficient for cooking for a family in a two-bedroom bungalow. While the positives outweighed these issues, these aspects could use improvement.

Comfortable apartment, nice complex and good pool which varied in temperature though always warm enough for me. Seemed to be just enough sun beds though we didn’t use them as not into sun bathing. Spa and massage excellent. Bit of a walk to nearest restaurants eg 20 min but we didn’t mind. We didn’t eat at the complex. Bed was very comfortable and bed linen and towels changed every second day. Wi-Fi good and cleanliness excellent. Air con kept the bedroom very comfortable at night. Staff were all friendly and professional

Like all holiday apartments the settee doubles as an extra bed so quite uncomfortable and poorly supportive for seating especially if you have any back issues. Kitchen could do with a face lift and addition of some basic utensils- there was no bottle opener/ corkscrew, no tin opener, no ice cube tray. The only kitchen knives were a bread knife and tiny paring knife, and no oven though the little hob worked well. The limited kitchen facilities would put us off staying longer than 2 weeks. The table and chairs on the patio were good but nowhere to eat at a table indoors.

Rooms 203-208-32-33 were used for our group family holiday. All rooms were brilliant, clean, comfortable, a/c was a bonus once we worked out how to use it. Wifi in rooms also. Everything we needed. Pools were decent too. Staff all friendly and helpful. Only used the buffet breakfast and evening meal once as we prefer to go out but still they were good and plenty on offer to suit all. Bar and bar snacks were spot on too. Complex is in a nice location and just a short walk to shops beach bars restaurants.

Nothing negative to say

Well equipped accommodation. We asked for a high floor and we got the 2nd floor of the units just across the road from the hotel and dining area. We particularly liked our pool area as it was away from the family area so it was quieter. The food was to a high standard and the different nightly cuisines were a good addition. The staff were extremely friendly (Tony on Reception always had a smile for everyone) and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. The on-site supermarket was well stocked, albeit a little more expensive than the regular supermarkets in the area. The communal washing machines were also a welcome addition to the amenites.

The queue at breakfast for the omelettes and eggs wasn't acceptable. The chef was only cooking to order for each individual at any one time. There could be a dozen or so people in the queue which resulted in a 20-30 minute wait, if you were prepared to wait that long. Many guests walked away, however, there was a good choice of pre-prepared food to choose from and a microwave to use if you preferred your food a little hotter. There was at times a lack of cups at the coffee machines due to the volume of people but the staff did all they could to replenish as quickly as possible.

This was our second time in this hotel. It was nice to see the same friendly faces as everyone is very helpful apart from the lady at reception desk when we checked out. She could do better. Breakfast is always good. Not many choices for dinner but you always find something you like. And I noticed the little signs in English for food. Still had to ask sometimes what it was or what was in them but that's an improvement from last year. Suitable for all ages. Like the location which is nice and quiet.

Check out was 12 o'clock but the key card was taken off the system so we couldn't get into the room. All cards should remain live until the customer physically checks out. We like the feeding area for cats but one black cat needs treatment. I understand this is not a related subject but it would be lovely if someone was dealing with this fella as we couldn't see any vet around

The overall quality of hotel, fixtures and fittings are all above usual standard. The whole place is spotless and the staff are all so very friendly and helpful. I must also congratulate them on the quality and length of beds, firm memory foam, very impressive indeed.

Leaving! Tbf and this isn't too unusual but it would have been great if they could have arranged a late checkout as our flight wasn't until later on in the evening. We were prepared to pay extra for this but alas it wasn't possible.

Apartment: we had one of the double story apartments near the small pool. The size is good. Comfortable beds. Airconditioning worked well. Kitchen has everything you need, even dishwashing liquid. The terrace had a good view. Also a drying rack. Convenient for when you do laundry. They have washing machines for €4 and pods for €1,20 at the supermarket. They also have dryers. Staff: incredibly friendly. Always cheerful, despite the hard work and long hours they do. Multilingual. Pools: great size and temperature. Comfortable sun beds. Food: phenomenal breakfast buffet. Anything you could possibly wish for. Omelets made for you in the spot, pancakes, toast, etc. We also had the buffet dinner many times, which was great too. More vegetarian options would have been nice, although there were enough. The pool bar had good and cheap lunch options. Activities: water gym was fun. Not so clear when activities were happening exactly. We also did a few excursions with Tui, which was convenient. The pick up was always at or near the hotel. The spa (Natural Zen Wellness) was great too, very friendly staff. Enjoyed the pedicure and couples massage + private sauna and jacuzzi. Location: the location is good. 10 min walk to beach. Restaurants in the area. Taxi to center of Puerto Del Carmen is about €5-7. We also took the bus once which was €1,40 per person, but the schedule is unreliable.

We wish they had a pool for adults only. Too many screaming children and parents at both pools. The toilets near the pools (big and small) and restaurant (women’s) were quite dirty a few times. Music; after two weeks, hearing the same songs over and over at the big pool was tiring. Also the covers they play inside the restaurant are quite bad. During the entertainment in the evening and the activities at the pool, the music was way too loud. We would have been miserable if we had had an apartment near the big pool. Overall, we would definitely stay there again though. Thank you!

Nice holiday apartments, nothing fancy but perfectly usable and ideally located for exploring the island and locality. I think we lucked out on a first floor one away from the road or main entrance to the compound, with a little balcony area that gave us some privacy and was a nice sun trap in the mornings for breakfast. Staff were pleasant enough and cleaners were always friendly. The room has a little kitchenette but we hardly used it as the local restaurants were excellent. Never used the hotel restaurant or buffet so can’t comment. Pool areas were always quite busy even off-season but we’re not really into that scene so it didn’t bother us. There was always a free parking space available so that is a real bonus too.

The sofa bed in the lounge was a bit grim (stains…) and the bed had a memory foam mattress which makes me cook at night personally… there was some “unfinished” lighting in the lounge area plus the main door looked like someone had prised the lock at some point and this made it tricky to open sometimes and made you wonder how secure it was but there was a safe in the room, so whatever… we always put our valuables in there just incase.

We visit twice a year since 2017. Always fantastic and enjoy every moment here. Esther (Customer manager) is excellent especially attending to my mobility issues/requirements. Fantastic restaurant/bar staff including - Andy/Eva/Samira and Leticia to name only a few. Very clean and all staff excellent/professional and above all very welcoming and friendly. We would not think of staying anywhere else and already booked our return in September. Keep up the first class work!! Wendy & Brian.

Absolutely faultless.
