Great location right next to the beach. Lovely grounds with palm trees, quiet location. You cannot hear the road traffic and the airplane noise is extremely minimal. Planes coming in cannot be heard, only those going out which was about two per day. Good selection of food choices although heavily meat and fish based. Lovely helpful friendly staff. Extremely clean in all locations, spotless.

This is my second visit and it was even better. The food options improved and extended although I would like to see some more culturally based dishes on the menu. Customers on arrival are told that you cannot ‘hold’ a sun lounger. However, many people do this and the policy is not enforced. On some days loungers were left unused for half a day having had towels and other items placed on them early in the day. There are other options but the policy should be enforced. Also, given the heat all loungers should have umbrella’s. I think this would help with the ‘holding’ of loungers.

Breakfast was brilliant, it had something for everyone. The staff were so helpful and pleasant. Cleanness seems to be a priority in the hotel. A very enjoyable experience.

There is only one issue I had, and it may not have been a problem for many people. But I enjoy swimming and I found the pool to be extremely cold, and being a elderly person getting cold can cause problems for me. I would not expect a hot pool but just just a little temperature

breakfast opened for service at 0800 which I thought was a little late. long waits for coffee machine bathroom flooded when you had a shower, water couldn't drain fast enough away AC not very effective. reported to reception unsure whether it was investigated as there was no change in room temperature. Was only staying a few says so didn't pursuit.

From checking in to checking out we experienced great service from all the staff at the hotel. Friendly, efficient and professional. Rooms were clean...though dust gathered under bed. Not a problem for us but possibly for those with allergies.

Would have preferred a room with a bed in opposite orientation so I could look out onto the pool rather than the opposite building. Of the 10 breakfasts we had only 1 day where the bacon was to my taste. Different cut to usual on that day...much nicer. Music at times more suited to 18-30 Ibiza goers and also at times too loud.

Great hotel very clean and tidy, right across the road from the sand beach. Close to shops and restaurants. Great food always plenty of variety and good quality.

Some of the bar staff where rude. Mainly the bald man, he would do everything possible not too make you a drink. One time he pretended not to see me and put stock away wiped benches turned lights on and of then left the bar and talked to friends (it was the middle of the day) and after a few minutes told me to sit at a table and wait till someone took my order. I thought this was extremely rude. After this I would wait till I saw another staff member in the bar and would get served from them. The only reason I gave it a 9/10 is because of him. Oh and air conditioning was not the best, would be bad on a hot day.

The staff is really polite and welcoming. The rooms are spacious and clean and the beds are big and comfortable. Food is DELICIOUS. Plenty to choose from. 🤤 Location is great.

The breakfast starts at 8, which in my opinion is a little late, especially when there are families with kids staying. The pool opens at 9, which is fine, but you are not even allowed 5 minutes earlier and it creates a queue of people rushing to reserve all the good sunbeds. It's a fight for your life 😜 maybe this is more for the ladies, but there are no hair conditioners in the bathrooms, so make sure that you bring some with you. For me, 4 star hotels should have hair conditioners as part of toiletries.

All of the facilities are modern and clean around the hotel. The staff were very helpful and were always working hard. There is a basic gym, a pool bar selling drinks, snacks ice-cream etc. The location is great nice and quiet facing Los Pocillios beach turn left out of the gates and you have shops and restaurants close by and Matagorda further on. Turn right and you have a longer walk into Puerto Del Carmen or you can get the bus. There was entertainment throughout the day and at night time if that's your thing, it wasn't too late at night. I would return to this hotel.

The only comment I could make is that the cutlery/crockery at breakfast we're not always properly clean but staff would always replace for clean items once made aware.

The hotel is beautiful and spotless. The location is just perfect. Very close to the airport and right across the road there is a beautiful sand beach. A lot of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped. The selection of food is great too and the bar/restaurant service was fantastic. Will definitely come back.

The only thing that could be better is the fact that guests are reserving the sun beds by placing their towels on them early in the morning. I've seen some staff members removing the towel which is great.

It was in a lovely location, just across the road from the beach and numerous very good restaurants. The area was lovely and quiet too. Staff were excellent and very helpful.

We found the breakfast, although a very extensive buffet, needed to be maintained a bit better. Each morning the burco’s had run out of hot water for making tea and even after bringing it to the attention of the waiting staff they were very slow at refilling them. They kept running out of glasses for juice too and there was a bit of a wait before they were replenished. Also, I require gluten free options. It would have been nice to have had a specially dedicated gluten free area with gluten free bread, a separate toaster and pastries etc like in other hotels we have stayed in.

Beautiful hotel with exceptional sea views as it’s located right across the road from the beach. We had a stunning garden room and terrace with sea views, the beds were really comfortable and the bathroom had a wonderful large walk in shower, no shortage of hot water either no matter what time of day. Wherever you go in this hotel you’ll find it’s kept so well and wonderfully clean, add in the staff who were so pleasant, cheerful and exceptionally helpful. Breakfast is self service and there was no shortage of choice, I even had an omelette cooked for me while I waited. We decided to have all inclusive the last two days of our stay to really relax and enjoy the hotel, the pool side snack bar was great but the lunch and evening restaurant choices were not so good but we didn’t allow this to distract from our overall enjoyment in the hotel. Evening entertainment was not great there was better entertainment outside in the bars only a short stroll away. I will come back again to this hotel, loved it 🥰

Apart from the lunch and evening food being a bit boring, nothing to dislike.
