The food at the buffet was very good with a wide choice of interesting dishes. The entertainment staff and the shows in the evening were very good this week,and would be worth seeing anytime .The location and gardens were ideal as I like to be as near abeach as possible and to swim in the sea.

There is an unfortunate early stupid rush to grab sunbeds round the pools, many of which lie unused for hours afterwards. It can happen anywhere i suppose during the busy season. personally we preferred the quieter ones in the garden.

Lack of Dress Code Enforcement in Main Restaurant There appears to be no supervision or dress code enforcement in the main restaurant. On one occasion, I was quite shocked to see a lady casually walking around with her socks down, and others were queuing for food in beach cover-ups. This lack of standard creates a rather unpleasant dining atmosphere, especially during breakfast when standards should be higher. Lack of entertainment during the day .

I liked everything about this hotel, such as proximity to the beech, that there were 4 pools of different depths to suit all levels of swimming ability. My room was so convenient to the pool, which really added to our experience . The beds were so comfortable also ! I really liked the hotel activities and entertainment and was delighted to see the mixture of adult and children's activities. The food was exceptional, which was a pleasant surprise as all inclusive , it can sometimes mean boring .The staff were always so helpful and kind.

I thought if the kids' entertainment during the day was a little less pool based so they got a reason to get out of the pool and away from the sun for a little while .

We had 5 rooms all on same floor. Room size excellent with fridge and microwave. All had some outside space with table and chairs. The family rooms are great. Shower good but in a bath. Bed was good and rooms had a safe. Location of hotel is great, 5 mins in taxi and right on beach. Nice walks on promenade and near bars and restaurants. Lots of sunbeds but if you want a good one get up early. Alcohol not bad for local and cocktails decent as well. The daytime snack bar is great for kids and they do outside BBQ once a week. Snack bar chicken burgers are good. Most family members said breakfast was decent but i never had it.

I am fussy eater so the buffett style experience with lots of people isnt really for me and we eat out a few nights. Other family members did say it was ok most days

Lovely hotel in good location, right next to the beach. We had a suite with a wrap around balcony, it was very spacious and the beds were super comfortable with great views of the pool & beach. The cleaner did a super job and came daily so the rooms where always spotless. The package was all inclusive, this was great for during the day for ourselves and our daughter. Very handy for drinks and nibbles. Food in the restaurant was a good quality too with plenty of choice. The entertainment team were the real gem of this hotel, they were super. Great atmosphere day and night.

The towel situation at the pools was madness. You had to be up before 7am if you wanted a bed with a shade. The second week the hotel was extremely busy so queuing for the restaurant and then food when you where in there was a real pain. The noise level in the restaurant was high, thankfully you could sit outside as well as inside. The bar closed at 11.30 each night which was just too early.

Location was great. Good choice of food in general, food was tasty and lots of choice The staff were great and for people with young families they were kept entertained throughout the day! Fantastic Nice choice of cocktails in the back bar area too.

The beaker system works well but it’s nice to drink your drinks out of glassware I think the safes in the bedrooms should be included in the all inclusive Several times the room key card wouldn’t open the door which means a trek back to reception to get it reactivated, it happened once quite late at night which was quite inconvenient.

We stayed here 9-17th July 22 and it was absolutely fantastic. The hotel has everything you need and the views are amazing. We stayed in a superior sea view room and I was glad we upgraded . The room was spacious, bed was massive and comfortable and the views from the balcony were a pleasure to wake up to every day. The hotel is very modern and clean and has 3 pools. Lots of entertainment provided by a great team throughout the day for the kids and adults alike in the pool. Staff have good English and are very friendly and helpful. There are several locations throughout the day for drinks. Spanish beer on tap, along with coke, Fanta orange and lemon, white, red and rosy wine and sangria. You can visit the pool bar if you would prefer alcoholic or non alcoholic cocktails, a selection of alcoholic drinks (vodka, gin etc) and slushies. Breakfast was good with fresh omelettes and pancakes, hash browns, beans, bacon (although to fatty for my liking) and plenty more to choose from. Lunch and dinner though plenty to choose from nothing really to our liking though enough to keep you from going hungry. Our favourite was the snack bar available after breakfast up to 6pm. A selection of toasties, pizzas, chicken nuggets, chips, burgers etc so some days we skipped lunch and just ate from there instead. The hotel is situated about 1.5-2 miles from the main town area. There is a shop on site or a spar shop only a couple of minutes away at the ‘shopping centre’. There are some bars and eateries close by but you can also hire battery powered scooters via and app on your phone. We used these most days and explored the town, so handy. All in all a great stay and I would recommend this hotel.

People reserving pool beds - if you are not down by 8am it’s unlikely you will get a bed or a decent one with cover.

Food was very nice once you look past the beige offerings. Lovely grilled fish and loads of veg available, staff were friendly and efficient.

Pool toilets were out of order (ladies) for our entire stay everyone had to use the two ladies toilets in the hotel lobby. Also nobody abides by the pool opening hours so they are reserving beds very early. Went down on our last day at 7.30 to get some nice beds with umbrellas, thinking I would beat the rush. Got the very last beds available. Lots of reserved beds remained empty until the afternoon. Staff imo could have removed towels until pool opening hours. Other hotels do this and it works out fine.

Very few vegetarian options, especially during new year eve dinner. Only one kids pool was heated and limited our use for swimming & was overcrowded. Limited sunbed, management should find a solution eg token based slots or something similar.
