Our stay was excellent. All the staff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. Even when I subjected them to my terrible Spanish, they were so patient. Our 2 bed apartment was lovely, the beds were really comfortable and the kitchen was a great size for the small amount of cooking that we did. If I had one very minor niggle the couch was not the most comfy I had ever sat on but you don't go to Lanzo to sit in side and watch TV! The complex was great plenty of sunbeds and the pool area was fab. The onside supermarket was a great facility to have fresh baked bread and pastries on your doorstep. I would definitely stay here again and would definitely recommend it.

The 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious, the pool area was lovely and the complex was kept clean and tidy. The shop within the complex had all essential items you would need for self catering and was around the same prices as the main supermarkets in the resorts centre. Location to the main resort centre was great, around 5 mins walk.

The pool bar. The food was very poor and this showed by the lack of customers, it would have been nice to be able to go down to the pool bar for breakfast/lunch, however, on the 2 occasions we tried this the food and preparation was awful. I think the complex as a whole would benefit if this was greatly improved as this was the one thing really lacking.

Water was off on our last evening& again the next morning Water should be provided for guests arriving after shop is closed ( drinking water) Fridge had no door on frozen compartment I have stayed there many times & will be returning in 2025. Thanks

The staff are really lovely. The pool is excellent and the smaller pool is so great for children. It was lovely to have an air conditioning unit in the living room but would be great to have ceiling fans in the bedrooms as they were stifling

This is my 3rd time staying here and it’s the first time it’s happened so I’m not sure if it’s something that goes on all of the time but every lounger had a towel on it by 9am most mornings. Some of these people would be gone for hours so there was nowhere to sit by the pool especially if you needed shade. It stated on the pool rules that this wasn’t allowed but it wasn’t stopped by anyone. Also the pillows in the bedrooms are so uncomfortable. No support at all you sunk into them like a marshmallow

The location, awesome pool, view from the room. Staff was great, price was fantastic. Close to everything. Bar staff also super.

There is no internet in the rooms and only in the common areas at times. This is our only complaint.

The 2 bedroom apartment was really spacious and well laid out. Pool area is well maintained and spotless at all times. Supermarket is a real bonus to have on site.

Only complaint I have is restaurant, the staff are Friendly and welcoming but there was only ever one staff member to serve, cook, clean and take orders. Poor staff are overworked. Another issue with the new payment system, having to pay before food is served, I feel this will hinder staff getting as many tips.

I request a pool view room and got what I asked..Plenty of sunlounger everyday no drama. Location fantastic. On site shop brilliant everything you need. I've stayed here many times and loved it everytime.. Staff nice n friendly..

Pool was freezing cold.. Bed very uncomfortable.. Shop closed on Mondays. Bathroom had a smell from drains.. Kitchen dated but has everything you need..

20 of us are just back from a week in San Marciel. This complex is fantastic! The staff at reception go above and beyond to help you with any queries you may have. Great location! Clean apartments. Lovely restaurant too! This was my 5th time in lanzarote and I will definitely be returning to San Marciel ☺️

Rails down where ramps are for disabled would be safer, the ramp at the bottom of the long ramp down to the pool is short but steep and the same out of reception by step is short and steep!A Rail in shower would be handy and a shelf in bathroom above sink would help and shelf in the shower area too!
