The apartment was clean spacious and well furnished. The location could not be better a 5 min stroll to the main bars and restaurants with 3 ways to choose from depending on if you wanted to be at Spoons, the Casino or in the middle. There's a local supermarket at the end of the road or two larger Spars 5 mins walk away.

Can't say there was anything to be honest.To be ultra critical they could do with replacing the toaster for a pop up and adding a microwave to update the kitchen a bit but the toaster provided was adequate. We didn't use the oven.

Staff are very nice, apartment was very clean, snack bar by the pool selling hot and cold food at fair prices. Supermarket around the corner. About a 10 minute walk down to the beach. On the airport bus route.

This property is in Tías surrounded by a residential area, it was quiet and seemed safe enough but I wouldn’t have walked around there alone on a evening.

The location was good the property was around a 10 minute walk to the front and around 20 from the beach. Every apartment had a balcony so was nice for fresh air and could smoke on the balcony, the tv had Netflix and a basic kitchen set up also has a bar in the pool so good for a drink around the pool

The double room was actually two singles pushed together so isn’t ideal for couples who actually like each other lol. Also the property had mould in the bedroom and random stains also the pool was freezing even in 24° heat but the sea is nice and warm

Brilliant location and staff couldn’t do enough to help. Nothing was a bother. I have been to the island 15 time and believe this hotel is great value for money. Modern apartments with comfy beds. What more can you ask for?

The property could of had a deeper clean. We found someone else’s socks in the TV stand before we left and the floors could have done with a better mopping. As we were left with a mop and bucket we gave it a quick once over so everything was fine.

No hairdryer no iron no microwave, had to hire externally for hairdryer and iron, and could only hire for the week not the day, which cost 14 euros each, walls was very thin you could hear everything from your neighbours, and I wasn't warned that the door locked automatically when closed, which resulted in people locking themselves out, if they was just sat on patio, and if reception was closed there was no one around to let you in, pretty scary if on your own and late at night,

The apartment has everything you need for comfortable family holiday. It was cleaned daily with sheets & towels change twice during our 10 day stay. The pools are perfect for cooling down in or just sunbathing & relaxing. There was always enough sun loungers available for all the guests with a few to spare. The pool bar was handy for drinks and snacks. It had a good vibe, a friendly atmosphere & it was in a quiet and safe area. Just a 6-8 minute stroll to the strip and beachfront. I’d book it again.

Resort was clean and very friendly. From the cleaners to the pool bar staff and the reception staff they were great always friendly and kind, Sara from reception was fantastic whenever we needed help or advise regarding the area, things to do for all ages, booking excursions even booked a mobility scooter for my elderly father in law which helped him see more of the area than he would have walking. Sara always had a smile on her face a few words for everyone. Sara is one of the reasons our stay was fantastic so much so I have booked again for next year. We were a biggish family who travelled together, and Sara looked after us all with the bookings for excursions. I look forward to my return trip in 2025 to this lovely resort and friendly courteous kind staff

Absolutely loved our stay! Everything from the location of the apartments to the staff it was all fabulous. There is plenty of sunbeds for everyone at the pool so no need to worry about not being able to get one at whatever time you decide to lounge around. There is also a little snack bar by the pool which is ideal! You can have a drink/cocktail or even some food which is good. They also sell all essentials you might need on arrival like big bottles of water, shampoo, teabags ect. The apartments are situated in a quiet location about a 10 minute walk to the strip full of bars and restaurants. There is also a small shop about 2 minutes down the road and bigger spar 10minutes walk away so it’s perfect. The staff are all so friendly and helpful, we had a good experience with all of them we met. Cleaners came every second day to freshen up the place. We enjoyed it all so much.

Nothing, maybe an extra pillow might be nice cause there is only one each but that’s my own preference, not an issue really

The location is good, about a 10 minute walk to the strip and 2 minute walk to a local shop. The balcony was very spacious and had a good view. However, it overlooked the roof of the snack bar, which was a bit dirty and unsightly. The pool table is €2 per play and is a bit weathered. Could do with an upgrade. The two pools are really nice and well kept. All the staff were really nice and reliable. They were very accommodating, and there was a homely vibe to the place.

Needed more umbrellas with the sunbeds., The room was a bit cramped for four people.

We chose the apartments because of the location and we wanted 2 bedrooms rather than 1 bedroom and a sofa bed. Apartment was very nice and spacious. Very clean and great shower! Pool bar (and staff) were good. Good selection of food and drinks and reasonably priced. Could get a few essentials in there too.

Not enough sunbeds. In the 5 days we were there, we didn’t get a sunbed once. The usual, put your towels on first thing and then go out for the day! Needs to be managed better
