The hotel is very big with lots of different entertainment options. The choice of food is excellent. The staff are very helpful and friendly especially Helga in reception. Our room was amazing and so clean. The beds were really comfortable.

When we arrived we were given a room without a sea view. We had arrived in the evening so stayed in that room for one night. However, Helga arranged another room for us the following morning. We had to wait until the afternoon to get in and it was quite stressful. When we got into the room it had a panoramic sea view. It was amazing and worth waiting for.

We thought our room overlooking the sea was superb if somewhat distant from the main dining area. My young grandsons enjoyed the food and returned for seconds. I liked the oriental/ fusion food in the Mexican restaurant. The food in the main dining room was generally tired.

We thought the safe in the room should have been free of charge- this was the first time we were at a hotel that charged a daily rent. We thought that 1) they should have offered fresh orange juice given that oranges abound in Spain. 2) there should have been dressing gowns and disposable slippers in the rooms. I did not care for the food in the main dining room; the food was tired with little variety.

The hotel was very big and lovely to explore. Lots of facilities like many pools, mini golf, games area, spa etc. Within the all inclusive range there was always some sort of food/drinks available all day. All staff such as Reception staff, house keepers and staff at the restaurants were all very helpful and kind. The chefs would help cater for my dietary requirements and would tell me what I could and couldn’t have. Free transport to go into the city centre which was lovely!

We had a plumbing issue in our bathroom. It took a while for an engineer to come out to us and we had to ring many times until someone came. The same happened with our door key which wouldn’t work. We waiting a while for someone to come to let us in. The cutlery- glasses in the restaurants were very dirty and it made me feel uncomfortable to use so I would always use a disposable paper cup instead and if this was not available then a member of staff would get it for me and my husband which was really nice of them. I noticed a lot of people felt this about their glasses.

We went all inclusive for 7 nights. The food selection is fantastic, something for everyone and surprisingly the quality was better than my wife and I expected. There are 3 pools with plenty of sunbeds, 4 bars, a snack bar and a nice little beach right outside the hotel. Plenty of entertainment throughout the day and in the evenings. The spa is pretty good and there is also a gym. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family and I will look to return here at some stage again in the future.

Some of the gym equipment was out of order. Could not find many other faults throughout our stay.

The view from the hotel is stunning, and the location is excellent. Within a 15-minute walk, you can reach the Papagayo Beach Reserve, which is absolutely beautiful. There is also a beach just downstair at the hotel. The evening shows in the theater were fantastic—professional, highly entertaining, and a great addition to our stay. The fusion Mexican restaurant served an absolutely delicious dinner.

We really liked the resort, but the only drawback was that we had two single beds pushed together instead of one double bed. Additionally, I was expecting to find more fresh fish at the restaurant.

Lovely hotel outside of Playa Blanca. About a 20 minute walk along the promenade to the marina and a 50 minute walk to the Centre of Playa Blanca. Good selection of food in the buffet and excellent to have drinking water refilling facilities at the hotel. There’s a gorgeous walk along the cliffs beside the hotel to Playa de Papagayo.

There were often drinks and plates left around by the lifts from the all inclusive. The pools are up high so can feel a bit windy up there. Use of sauna is not included unless you are on an all inclusive package.

Really spacious and well laid out complex. Great choice of food at the buffet restaurants, we tried the main restaurant, the Italian and the Asian (the last one is booked online). Really liked how well run the poolside buffet snack bar was if you just wanted a light bite rather than the main buffet lunch option and great for an early morning coffee! Easy walk to the local marina which is gorgeous for a morning out and a convenient location for a trip to Timanfaya National Park. Will definitely be back!

The unreliability of the pool tables and air hockey on the games floor, pool balls jammed in the table and €1 coins eaten up. A real shame as this area is really lively. The Green Bar lacks a bit of atmosphere so quickly moved on and found an area that suited us better.

The hotel is perfectly located right next to the beach. You can climb up to the cliff for access to other nearby beaches. We opted for the all-inclusive package; however, the food was just okay and became repetitive every day, as it was mostly the same options. The staff was very friendly and helpful, which was a plus. While the hotel itself is nice, it definitely needs some renovations. We also experienced some issues with the shower. Overall, it's a nice place but has the potential to be much better.

Location was great for beautiful beach and town Room was comfortable and had a great view of the area and the amazing sunrises.

The service staff in eating areas were very efficient at clearing up but I’ve been to other all inclusive hotels where you get to know your table staff. I’ve realised I’m not really a fan of buffets - I thought the Mexican meal we booked in special restaurant would have not been a buffet but it was. The food on offer was good . Some of the plates weren’t clean. I suspect the dishwasher was over loaded

We chose this hotel for location and for food - we saw reviews that said the food was decent for vegetarians. Every dinner they had a small section with vegan food, which was great! As vegetarians we were glad we got half board. Thanks for considering us vegheads

It seemed there were foods that were vegan but not marked, so it would be good if vegan vs vegetarian foods were marked more clearly. One of the pools was heated which was nice, but would be better if the other pools were heated too
