The location of the hotel is brilliant. Close enough to the beach, harbour & town to walk to each. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was vey clean and a good size. I would highly recommend staying here.

My only negative comment would be the lack of enforcement of the poolside rules. We were told at check-in that reserving sun-beds by putting towels on them is not allowed. However, we found that this rule was not enforced at all. There were a number of times we were looking for somewhere to lay by the pool and a lot of beds were empty with towels on them. This is frustrating to say the least.

We loved our suite. It was spacious, modern, clean and comfortable. It was lovely to have a terrace to sit on. The sun-beds around the pool were super- comfy. We enjoyed the entertainment, especially the live singers. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, just 5 minutes to the beach and promenade. It was a very relaxing place, not too big!

We enjoyed breakfast but the evening buffet didn’t have a great deal of choice. We ate out instead.

Do not like having to get up at a silly early hour to get a sun bed….all retired people on beds by 830am …. I went to White Suites for a rest but unless we played the sun bed game we did not get one and had to go to the beach and pay !

General hotel set up and facilities were amazing. The food was very good but the evening meal they ran out quite quickly and some things were not replaced. Drinks were top notch, spirits were top shelf at no extra cost. Pool was lovely and enough beds for all guests with no-one getting up ridiculously early in order to secure one.

Only downside was the hotel pool bar to eat at lunch time. All tables were for 4 people but lots of couples so lots of wasted space and people waiting for others to finish lunch at the busy times and therefore having to eat later at 2.30/3

The noise from the builders who were about 50ft away from our room and the cold pools I am sure i read that one was heated and I do enjoy a swim

This was our 2nd visit to H10 White Suites. Good sized spotless room. Lovely buffet breakfast and lunch in the restaurant (we were half board and swapped dinner for lunch). Comfy sunbeds around the pool. Short walk to Dorada beach. Supermarket over the road.

There were no tea making facilities in the room and no ironing board but not a major issue.

Beautiful immaculately kept hotel and grounds. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Never a problem getting a sunbed, even though we were a family of five and there were plenty more stacked if needed although we never did. Food and drink plentiful and good quality. Very peaceful surroundings for relaxing and good variety of evening entertainment. Pools were empty a lot of the time, mainly people just bobbing about to cool down.

Nothing of note not to like about this hotel. It was near perfect. I would say that for our 18 - 22 yr old sons it was a bit too quiet, and they quickly realised dive bombing in the pool wouldn't be appropriate but for us in our late 40's it was perfect!!

Nice spacious room cleaned daily. Friendly staff particularly the staff on reception. We only had B&B, but did eat in the restaurant a couple of nights, and it was ok. Breakfast was fine for us. We had no problem getting a sunbed, and managed to get the same sunbeds every day, and we didn't get up particularly early.

The pool bar waiters need more training, they have no observation skills, and people where always having to ask to be served. We used to go to the bar and get our own drinks, as you could wait ages to get served. Once they eventually took your food order, the food came quickly. The pool, and pool area is very small for size of hotel. I also didn't like the singers by the pool during the day, and the DJ went on so long I had to go back to our room for some peace. This is a personal choice, as I like peace and quiet when sunbathing.

Really good location set back not even a 5 minute walk to the Prom and beach and then in the middle between the town and marina. We were kindly upgraded to a deluxe suite so had access to a smaller pool that was lovely and calm. Lovely staff.
