Love the accommodation nice to have a nice bit of room to sit outside. Adult side was great.

Cocktails weren’t that great and not a great selection of them on the all inclusive such a shame as who doesn’t like a good cocktail by the pool.

Friendly reception staff, I was upgraded from half board to full board ,I arrived early to the hotel they checked me in room wasn’t available yet but they have a hospitality room you have access to and could start using the facilities straight away bonus points for that, hotel is very clean and staff around the hotel are friendly and facilities were good, room was large and clean with coffee machine and a mini bar, robes and slippers were provided along with a pillow menu, food is above average premium restaurant does have a premium feel to it and is comfortable received a free voucher for the spa location is around 10-15 mins walk to the promenade daily bus available to and from beach. I enjoyed my stay there from start to finish and will stay at this hotel again when I return to Lanzarote.

Reception staff are welcoming, courteous & helpful. The upgrade to full board was a nice surprise. Food is very good with a wide variety & plenty fruit & veg. My room was spacious & clean with a daily bottle of water, meaning that I didn't have to carry one up from town. Pool area is very nice & the entertainment (aquafit, cheese & wine tasting, margaritas) etc were all an unexpected plus. Location is a bit out of town but the lovely walk is worth it (especially after all the lovely food)!

Unfortunately, there is a water treatment plant next to the back of the complex &, wind-dependent, the smell is awful. This just meant that I couldn't sit out on the lovely terrace for the few days of my visit, which was a shame as my location within the complex was really nice.

Exceptional hotel for family holidays with kids. Pleanty of activities, games and entertainment available throughout the day. The staff were amazing in keeping the kids engaged, which meant parents could in return have some well deserved relaxation time. Great amenities, particularly the pool and onsite bar.

Sadly, food needs a bit of attention and was a slight let down. Staff can do with some order and capacity to make things run smoothly during meal times.

Premium suites and adult only area was very relaxing with a great level of entertainment from the Onsite team. The free shuttle to and from the beach was great, it would be brilliant if they expanded the times you could travel up and down.

The hot food options were very bad in the evening, even thought we booked half board, we ended up eating out at night and just had breakfast in the El Mirador. The hotel location is quite far from the rubicon marina.

Very friendly and helpful staff at front desk. We asked specifically for quiet room away from the pools and we got one. Room very spacious and clean. All facilities in great condition and clean (apart from indoors playground). Nice pools, well designed. SPA and massages excellent. Quick car rental service. Great kids and adults animations. Perfect idea with Pepe 😊

From Monday to Wednesday poor selection of lunch and dinner buffet. Got better on the weekend. Missing bowls and cutlery was daily issue. Also indoor play area would need some renovation and deep clean.

Hotel was a last minute booking due to a change of accommodation on a business trip. It surpassed my expectations in most ways. The room was very big and comfortable for the price, the facilities in the complex are more than adequate and although my purpose of travel is not normally the intended customer profile I did not feel out of place. The Spa facilities are quite basic but for the price I got a free voucher from booking dot com so it was a bonus to have access. The bar and restaurant staff were very friendly as well.

The configuration of the rooms mean that you're sharing a hallway with other guests, no issues during my stay but if you had noisy neighbours this could be a huge downside.

This hotel is amazing, it is one of the cleanest places I have ever seen. It is very family friendly The kids have a corner in the restaurant where they can choose their food. Different pools are available and you always find a chair not far from the pool. The rooms are very big and well decorated. The food is very good quality. All the staff is lovely... really. The animation team organizes different activities for kids and adults during the day. We recommend this hotel at 100%and we will cherish our good memories there forever.

We would like to have more choices on the services shuttle timetable to come back to the hotel during the day

The cleanliness. My room was cleaned daily, and items like water, towels, tea and coffee were replenished daily. Overall good stay.

Some parts needed renovations. The food situation was not that great. Limited options for lunch and dinner, and lacked seasoning. Moving around was an issues though, it was hard to get taxis in town. And there is usually a line up,

All staff were lovely with no issues with language barrier, the facilities were lovely, good choices of food at the buffet, breakfast was very yummy. Beds were super comfortable, English satellite channels. Overall a good experience especially as a black family. Great location to explore the island and the many beaches which have a vast majority of restaurants and shops.

Cutlery definitely needs to be cleaner at the buffet (drinking glasses, plates and cutlery). Stains were visible as well as smudges.
