Food selection was superb, I always found something that was compatible with my picky stomach at every meal. The room upgrade was a plus, very clean, and had good soundproofing because mine was just in front of the main pool with all the activities during the day. The staff was nice, polite, and always ready to help. Quiet pool was awesome as well, even though I'm a rookie swimmer. The location made for a good walk and great ambience. Drink options were great as well, I got to rest, recharge, and have fun at my own pace and convenience. The spa was 👍

The WIFI kept glitching and wasn't stable most times, especially in my room. The opening hours for the gym were quite off as well. Both TVs in my apartment were older models. This meant I could not stream, mirror, or connect my devices even when the audio and subtitles of all channels available were not in English. There wasn't a food delivery room service option either.

The hotel is very close to the beach and to supermarket and restaurants. It is very quiet. Overall the area is quiet, I would say it is not for people that want to go out and have fun. The staff was very nice, they changed our room when we had a problem with our air conditioning.The room was very clean (it's actually more of a flat), with loads of space for storage and having everything you need. We had breakfast included, overall the value for money is good, plenty of options everyday, but the coffee is not that great. There are activities in the evenings and during the day at the pool, which looked nice for families with young children. There is a gym as well, looked okay, but havent used it.

Overall the stay was pleasant. One day we found a lizard in the room, that climbed through the window, but it is not that unusual. I think it happened to me in other hotels as well. The ants are more annoying, left some food in one cupboard and when I got back to it in few hours there were loads of them. Our room was at the ground floor.

The location is excellent with a beautiful circluded beach just a very short walk away. The Tui staff were excellent- particularly the Tui entertainment team who worked really hard to keep children and adults entertained and were highly skilled and devoted. Restaurant staff were excellent in tidying up tables and a clean cutlery laid table was always available even at busy times.

The apartment was dated and the twin beds were uncomfortable. Whilst the housekeeping staff were polite and friendly and clearly works very hard, there was a stench from the toilet. Possibly toilet could have been cleaned better. We encountered few cockroaches and plenty of ants in our apartment (toilet/bathroom in particular). Food was plentiful and varied each day but lacked flavour. Meat dishes were largely dry and not much wetness/ sauce. Serving spoons were not suitable for picking up sauce. Certain hotel reception were staff were blunt and not personable unlike the TUI staff who went above and beyond.

Really good hotel for families with children! Fantastic buffet for breakfast and dinner. In addition, they change the theme every day! Quality food and really friendly and patient staff. There is an event organised for the little ones every evening, up to you if you want to take part in it. The hotel is situated right next to the beach with white sand. And there is a long paved walk path along the seaside with beautiful view on the sea. I would go for this hotel again if I was to come back.

If your room is located close to the event room, you might hear some noise until approx 23:00.

Hotel was amazing, beautiful location and really handy when self catering and wanting to have something different to do each day. I liked the diversity it provided with the different pools, the staff members were not in your face like a lot of entertainment staff are

I didn’t like how the rooms are showing its age. It was clean but needed quite a bit of maintenance with peeling walls, phone not working, plug sockets not working and with the air conditioning leaking and making buzzing noises

The food was of a very high standard, very varied and good quality. The staff were outstanding in all areas, dealing with at times quite rude guests, loved our stay and couldn't fault it for value and location also.

The rooms are quite dated and shabby in some areas, plaster badly filled that sort of thing.

Had a first floor apartment, which was better than the ground floor apartments. This had a sea view and a reasonably private balcony. Connected to WiFi after checking with reception on how to connect to it, which was easy. Bed was comfortable. There was also air-con. Soap dispensers and washing up liquid dispensers provided. Complimentary water on the day of arrival. Lovely shower with hot water. Keyless entry was good. Cleaners came usually daily to change towels & changed bedding halfway through stay. Close to beach. There was a Combi Oven in kitchenette, even though on first appearance looked as if there was no oven.

Fortunately, I had the first floor apartment as I would not have liked the ground floor. Didnt know what apartment I would have until I arrived. Parking for the car was hit or miss on the roadside mostly, sometimes not near the apartment. Parking in the grounds of the hotel I was told was for private guests. Use of it would have made parking less stressful. Cleaners would turn up at different times each day, which could interrupt your stay. Getting cases to the apartment is not easy. TV had limited channels & was not a Smart TV. Could hear noise through walls.

Great location, so close to the beach. Lovely swimming pools and lovely villa. Kitchen was great and useful. Very laid back resort with nice other guests. Shops nearby were great and one particular local restaurant. Parking easy and free. Felt safe and secure. Disco night was great and nice touch having entertainment. Had a wonderful stay.

Room cleaning was irregular and was very simple- floors not cleaned and villa didn’t smell like it had been cleaned. Buffet was ok but dining room felt a bit like a youth hostel. Glad I wasn’t full board as selection would get dull every day. Complimentary wine was awful but the beer was fine. More changing of towels would have been good.

We like the more traditional Moorish style resort properties, They are comfortable of a good standard with out being ostentatious it feels like a village . Some of the more modern hotels nearby look soul less . Flamingo has everything we need, the resort has good facilities pools, gym, spa etc, this is our second visit, It’s clean modern, peaceful and very well located, to a lovely beach with calm sea, shops , restaurants and an easy walk into town. Feels a very safe peaceful location. Very helpful staff.

For self catering purposes the apartments could do with a few mugs, a potato masher, a dish cloth and a tea towel. Other than that we are happy . Some of the tiles inside the pool are missing and need replacing .

The location was perfect, right on the beach. Restaurants, pools, shops within 5 minutes and more lively scene 20 minute walk along buggy friendly coastal path. Kids loved the kids club and nightly disco. Staff were all friendly & apartment was cleaned daily. Activities for adults and kids onsite was plenty & when we needed a change we could walk to nearby beach for an amazing snorkel! Plenty of breakfast options, omelette cooked to order was a favourite. Request a quiet apartment if you dont want to be near main area and also for those with toddlers request an apartment with a gate. Staff were very accommodating when we requested to change.
