Wonderful hotel in an excellent location on the seafront. Medium sized, well kept, clean, plenty of sunbeds and excellent food. Our room had a garden view but also a sea view, and you could hear the sea from the balcony! Staff were friendly and welcoming without exception.

The entertainment was a bit sedate for us, only one night out of 5 was lively, the rest was piano, violin, guitar with a more classical feel. I felt there could have been a bit more going on in the evening, maybe a quiz night or bingo? We discovered the bar next to the hotel, which is run by the hotel, on the last night which has live music so that was great. Food was excellent but the dining room wasn't the best lay out, a bit confusing!

Location is good, there is a beach but it's a fair walk down the promenade. The restaurants in walking distance are mostly catering to English tourists so you may need a car to get to some more authentic dining options. Playa Blanca is far from everything else on the island so if you want to venture out of the hotel, you will need a car or a tour. The hotel itself is very beautiful and the staff are extremely polite and helpful. We did not have any bad experiences. The breakfast buffet offers a large selection of food that caters to tourists, but it is quantity over quality so it's a good option for convenience since there is nothing else close by. We didn't take any other meals there. The pools are nice. It's adults-only and not located near any hot spots so that means it's very quiet and chilled which is what we wanted. You can rent a car in the hotel lobby, very convenient for exploring the island during the day.

The breakfast buffet is quantity over quality. Everything is fine, there is nothing 'bad' but it gets very boring after a few days. An investment in higher quality food offerings would be nice, along with some options that change daily or at least every few days. A discount for guests at the spa would be a nice touch too but not necessary.

Good location, a lot of variety at breakfast, very peaceful and nice overall.

Maybe a few updates in the rooms. Housekeeping visits the rooms every day, but it would be great to have the floor cleaned or vacuumed in between.

We spent 10 nights at this Hotels, without a doubt this hotel exceeds in every aspect. Food: Such a wide variety of food to choose from every evening, various meats available all cooked to perfection, vegetarians also well catered for. Rooms: Maintained to a great standard, cleaned daily, all with a sea view. Location: 30 minute walk into Playa Blanca or taxi that cost €5 each way. Staff: We found all staff to be very pleasant and accommodating with requests, a few need a special mention, there are more but can not remember all their names: Alba and Roberto in the Pool and Lobby bars, Francesco in the restaurants (Great Guy), Carlos and Alba on reception (Carlos is a Star). I celebrated my 60th birthday while at this hotel and everyone went out of their way to make it special. I would not only recommend this hotel, I will return in the future…Thanks

Very friendly staff, nice and clean facilities with beautiful garden, lots of space inside.

Breakfast time could be longer than 10.30 (for long sleepers); it was hard to find sunbeds at the pool because everyone seemed to reserve their early with a towel, and often not even showing up or just shortly. Definitely needs more space for sunbathing and better policy around reserving sunbeds.

Staff were very friendly, helpful & welcoming. The hotel was very clean & very comfortable. Pool area was very relaxing & provided good entertainment. Plenty of sunbeds & areas to relax by the pool. Very impressed with the amount of knowledge around dietary requirements for a coeliac.

Food was a little samey throughout the week & the meats were very tough ie beef,pork,chicken all very dry. Felt it would've been nice to have had the desserts dished out to people as guests were making lots of mess using the same utensils for different desserts. Also felt it would've been nice to have had some background music playing around the pool area.

The hotel itself is beautiful and the staff amazing. Facilities are great especially the pool areas, the bars and restaurant. Food was very good with lots to choose from. The premium room was excellent.Evening entertainment was good too.

The beds are hard and although that May suit some people it didn’t suit me. The sun loungers around the pool are the most uncomfortable I’ve experienced, the hotel needs to address this urgently. The location is about 35 minutes walk from the centre of Playa Blanca and is probably 15 minutes further than I would have liked.

We loved the staff, they were very friendly and helpful. This hotel is very well looked after and clean. They provided so many entertainment options and the acts they had performing in the evening were brilliant. The room was big a spacious with a lovely balcony and clean bathroom. The pool area is very laidback and comfortable. We spent most evenings walking the promenade, easily accessible from the hotel. Our favourite thing about this hotel was the buffet dinner. So many options and different every night. Our favourite was the seafood on the Friday! Breakfast was good.

We loved the food! But my partner has a nut allergy and there wasn’t any allergy labelling on any of the food. Even the food that clearly had nuts on them. We also noticed some labels were put next to the wrong foods. I think the hotel needs to look into this to reduce the risk of something bad happening in the future. Over than that, this is a brilliant hotel!

The most amazing stay. The staff were always so friendly and happy to help. Special mention to Carlos, who helped us so much with booking day trips, giving advice on the area and things to do. The facilities and breakfast was great with so many options and always fresh. We particularly enjoyed playing the on site mini golf! We hired a car from inside the hotel which was very reasonable and straightforward. I also enjoyed a full body massage at the on site salon which was amazing and I managed to get booked in on the same day. Thank you so much, we will definitely return!

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good overall but bacon and sausages were poor quality. Beds were very comfortable, rooms were very quiet, location was quiet. Immediate access to the coastal pathway... Flamingo beach a nice 15 minute stroll, Playa Blanca longer 50 minute walk. A few excellent restaurants a couple of hundred yards away - thoroughly recommend Luna Rossa for both food and service; food at Sebastyans was great, service was unfriendly and poor. Also a great little volcano opposite the hotel that you can walk up - saves spending 70 EUR on a tour with the hoards and much better photos!

Had cockroaches in the room which seems odd as there should be ongoing pest control? Bit of a struggle to get sunbeds sometimes, too many people leaving towels out when not in use despite the hotel asking people not to - but clearly not enforced which was annoying (~30-40% of beds left like this at any time!). Annoyed by hotel recommendation to use a "shuttle bus" - it was nothing like a shuttle bus, just a coach that ran around hotels on their own timetable... from the airport we sat on the coach waiting an hour before it even left, coming back we were told it would pick us up more than 4 hours before our flight for a 30 minute drive which was ridiculous... we paid for a taxi instead.
