Sea view. Lovely gardens. Absolutely everything you need in the kitchen of an apartment .Fabulous Baileys restaurant and bar. Good entertainment every night. Staff very efficient and helpful. Filtered drinking water on tap. Excellent recycling system. Great WiFi.

A bit far from town but we used bus service which was excellent value. Also taxis very reasonable.

Highly recommend, clean, nice & spacious appartment equipped in all you might need. Staff was helpful. Worth to book also because of hotel restaurant - definitely go there, prices are standard ones like in other places but food was sooo great

Very clean with beautiful grounds. Great food in the restaurant. Happy Hour and nightly entertainment good. Spacious apartments, very well equipped. Peaceful and quiet during the day. Lovely terrace with table, chairs and umbrella. Comfortable sun loungers, washing line.

Check in took a long time as a few people arrived at the same time. Guests need either a site map or someone to help them when they arrive or more visible apartment numbers/signage as it took us about 20 minutes to find our apartment in the dark. 6 days between changing towels and bedding was too long. Some things in the apartment were a little tired. We only had 8 pegs supplied (I did ask for more) and a bread knife and a carving knife but no small knife to prepare food with. I did ask for one and was given one immediately. Our main dislike was that we could hear everything that our neighbours were doing through the joint bedroom wall so their snoring kept me awake nightly and we could hear them using the toilet. We felt like we had no privacy.

Apartment was spacious and spotless. Excellent Air Con in two bedrooms and living space. Great black out shutters & very peaceful. Really well maintained grounds and a very relaxed atmosphere around the complex. No over crowding in pool area and bar had a lovely central location. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Really high quality feel to the overall complex. Very enjoyable holiday.

While the restaurant on site does the basics very well, it would be great to have more restaurants in nearer walking distance. It took 20/25 mins walk to the marina. It wasn’t a major issue as a taxi home was less than €5.

We liked the bungalow which was modern with everything you would need for self catering. The bungalows were clean and gave a comfortable nights sleep. The facilities are very good - we used Baily’s Bar on site for a meal when we arrived and drinks across our stay. We used the swimming pool once in our stay which is ideal for families.

The communication about events onsite was the only thing that could be improved. There was a traditional meal on Christmas Day at Baily’s Bar but there was no mention of this when we checked in or anything to advertise this. When we arrived we were asked if we wanted to receive additional information via WhatsApp and this would have been ideal place to let us know about Christmas Day’s lunch/dinner.

Every thing slightly disappointed in where our bungalow was as did request a different one but it meet all our needs and in the end we loved where we were This was the 4th stay at these bungalows We love them Clean for us a perfect location Baileys bar on the complex is brilliant the food the staff so thank you to them all All staff we spoke to or saw were polite and helpful This is our happy place already booked for next year

Didn’t appreciate the noise from our neighbours at 1pm but rang reception and the lovely man came to our rescue so a very big Thank you to him as never heard them again Obviously not the hotels fault but inconsiderate others

It is clean and meticulously tidy. Staff are wonderful and willing to help in every way. We loved the large veranda and the fact that it is a gated, quiet and premium resort not too far from Playa Blanca. The restaurant was great, staff are so friendly and accommodating. Food was delicious, whether just drinks and snacks or something more. The pools were very clean and kids were very safe. The games like chess, pool and fuzball are all added fun to the pool area.

Some of the paintwork eg doors and outside could do with a repaint.

We were in a 2 bed bungalow with separate kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The resort is in a quiet location and is very well looked after. It was a 20 min walk to Flamingo Beach which is an idyllic spot with a beautiful bay and nice cafes.

I asked for a quiet room but there were workmen at the side of our bungalow constantly emptying wheelbarrows into a skip as they were renovating an apartment. They should make it clearer where to present the key card at the entrance gate as when we arrived back at night you can't see where the sensor is. Better lighting in living room would be nice as it's rather dull.

Excellent staff from start to finish. You are offered a 'Whats-app message' on arrival which is incredibly handy as you can reply with any questions you may have. Baileys Bar - Again first class service. I did note that people who weren't staying at the hotel also came in from other areas to eat and drink, very popular. Bars, restaurants and beach all within walking distance. Recommend you do try Baileys Bar as well.

Pool - them are some tiles missing from the floor which cause a small cut on one of the kids toes, reported it and hopefully will be sorted. Other than that, nothing. Villas large and clean, beds comfy - will stay again.

This place went over our expectations and it is highly recommended. The apartments are in the fair distance from each other so you still have a lot of privacy for yourself. The beds are really comfortable, even the couch in the living room. The place looks better than in pictures and has many small things that make your stay even more pleasant (such as a water filter in the apartment). Personal is really helpful and always available for help. No problem with parking due to the parking lot.

The only thing we can say to be improved is the pressure in the shower as the water flow is very low.
