We enjoyed our stay very much, and will definitely be back soon. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the location was perfect, close to the beach and near to shops, bars and restaurants. The rooms were of a good size, simple but comfortable. There was a heated pool that we used constantly, even when the weather was not great. A big thank you to the entertainment team, they were amazing. My son enjoyed the Kids Club, the disco show and there was also a different show for all the family every night. Can't wait to come back, we loved every minute of our stay.

Nice hotel and staff in a lovely area. Lovely walks close by. Food was nice, the fish was always gorgeous.

Not enough sanitizer stations and ones that were there were empty a lot of the time. The pool bar ones were empty for the week very bad considering it was self service food and drink

Staff were extremely nice, my little boy loved the kids club especially Ivana, daily pool activities & of course the mini disco with the awesome Sara. Also loved the heated pool it was a god send especially travelling in February. Would definitely return

Interconnecting rooms you can next door coughing. Food was very basic, didn't really cater to kids, no plain pasta, no chicken Nuggets.

Nice pools, waterpark included which was very good, walking distance to beach and town. Food was good ,self service beer softdrinks and wine for all inclusive. Arcade kept kids busy for an hour every evening which was handy. Entertainment every night.. Couldn't fault it, thinking of going same place again next year

Maybe have air con in the living room/ 2nd bedroom area. Only in main bedroom.. But only a small thing..

The hotel was lovely. In particular the bungalows, which were spacious, comfortable and well equipped with free use of the safe. Food and drinks were lovely.

The tiles around the pool were a little slippery and on our first day I slipped and broke my wrist. I reported this to reception the next day and all they did were take my room number. No forms to complete or ask if I needed any assistance.

Great facilities and activities for the family. The animation team was brilliant with the kids. My daughter had a great time at the kids club. The reception staff were really helpful and friendly. I got a problem with my booked taxi on the way back to the airport, they found me another one in 2 mins.

No activities or kids club on Thursdays.

I couldn't fault this hotel, it was amazing. The bungalow was clean, comfortable and spacious. The food was excellent. The location was perfect right next to the beach so not far to go to watch the sunset. The water park was brilliant, my daughter had a beautiful photo shot, I can highly recommend there photographers. I would stay here again for sure .. I still can't believe I could not find a fault. Oh the entertainment was brilliant, the team was so high energy and fun.

We had a really nice time in Relaxia. The bungalows were a little bit outdated but for a 5 days stay they had everything that you need. I liked the pool area, although it was open a bit too short. Food was ok, for a vegetarian it got boring very quickly but for my boyfriend the meat selection was good. There is a small market inside and also the staff was very nice and helpful.

Our bungalow was nice and close to the food hall and the pool but very little noise at night so that was great. The exit gate to the beach was also very convenient.

The couch bed is not suitable for adults, it’s short and slim mattresses. Luckily our kids could sleep there and we had the room.

it was spotless ,staff where nice and the water park was lovely and a two minute walk you have a lovely beach with loads of restaurants and pubs .there was plenty of choice in food and food was ok we still ate out on the second night .you could have beer on tap ,wine or vodka rum ect and they had a few cocktails included but we didn’t like them .they had coke Fanta ect for kids and Icecream .you could get other stuff if you paid extra .we had never done all inclusive before so it’s prob standard stuff but even for the water park and kids drinks ect it is still prob worth it if you get a good deal .
