The food is fantastic, the room is neat and clean, a nice holiday, a nice hotel, the staff is very friendly.

Maybe a little work should be done on new deckchairs and more umbrellas around the hotel pool, but all in all I have no major complaints.

Location great, stunning sea view, staff lovely, children's pool area great and they loved it.

The beds are uncomfortable in the family room, you only have two single beds, and then two very hard and uncomfortable sofas that you have to push together to make a double. The hotel does have double beds, but only in the star prestige area, but of course children are not permitted there. The hotel really must invest in comfortable double beds and this would be a selling point for some families. It was £300 a night, which is above average on price and deserves a comfortable bed.

The property was excellent all round. Curb appeal was superb being front line to the sea. The location although not central to the main hub, had enough amenities nearby. Everywhere around and inside the hotel was very well maintained and clean. We loved the separation of the adults section for swimming and sunbathing etc. The rooms (we upgraded to Superior) were set in a great location and of an excellent size. The best thing about this hotel was being able to have use of the Prestige dining area ( we had upgraded to Prestige) but have choice of food in both buffet halls. It just felt more special and like you were in a proper dining room. The dining area was well set out and looked great. Fabulous hotel and will go again.

The food is top! Excellent breakfast and dinner. Staff are very supportive. SPA is very nice. Location is great.

Its not the best option for solo travellers. The hotel is very much about families with kids, even the evening programs consider the children. Pools are always busy with kids and their parents. The hotel has a prestige section, adults only, pretty expensive.

Truly amazing! From check in to the sad moment we came to leave. This is an excellent resort. Spacious, spotless and comfy room. Fantastic food and drink. Staff are wonderful and can’t do enough for guests.

What a wonderful wonderful place. Straight away you just know all of the staff are delivering a luxury service. The place itself is very well designed and feels opulent. The way they balance a very kid friendly hotel with 5 star luxury is excellent. The kids pool is so much fun and kept our daughter entertained all week. The fact a stunning (albeit small) beach is just down the road is a major bonus. The entertainment was really good and again our daughter loved it. Our balcony in our family room was huge and so nice to have as a base. Most of the food was great and there is so much choice. The spa was also fantastic. We will be coming back for sure

The family room was nice but not amazing, its quite small and they sold it as having sofa beds but they are just small sofas you could choose to sleep on not actual foldable sofa beds which is what we thought we were getting. I am really into my food and I felt they slightly go for quantity over quality. I think if they slimmed down the choices and refined the dishes they chose it could be next level.

I can only speak for the Star Prestige section, but my experience there was wonderful and peaceful. The staff was exceptional, attentive, and welcoming, making me feel truly relaxed and worry-free throughout my stay. The area was spotless and beautifully maintained, complemented by a great variety of delicious food options and quality beverages. Highly recommended.

The main pool, however, was slightly colder than expected, making it less enjoyable during cooler or less sunny weather. Overall, still highly recommended.

Buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner, all were fantastic. The staff is very helpful and pleasant.

Would have been nice to have a heated pool as the weather was a bit chilly and the water was freezing.
