The atmosphere at the pool side and in the whole resort in general was so friendly. The workers and entertainers never stopped smiling and had such energy. i don't know how they did it and are a credit to the hotel. It is extremely child friendly. The receptionists were very helpful with any queries we had. Though, one receptionist was trying to charge us to walk up to the sister hotel and use the pool there. You do not need to do that. You have free use of the pools there, and there are slides in the pool for the kids.

There are no cleaning facilities in the Bungalow. No mop or brush. They do come to clean every day, but we had a baby, and she was napping for the first 4 days every time they called, so they just left towels. There is no sink for cleaning bottles or washing cups. Just the sink s in the bathroom. The vents between the bungalows in our sitting room and hall were filthy, and the noise between the two bungalows echoes through the vents. You can hear word for word what is being said next door. Those vents need to be blocked. The beds are extremely uncomfortable, as is the couch. For the price you are paying, they could invest a bit more on the mattresses and maybe a soft pillow or two for the couch.

Good in restaurant very nice and varied. Sometimes could have been hotter but then I discovered the microwave. Location at first seemed further away but walking slowly we got down to town centre and seafront in 13 minutes

The pool bar food at lunchtime was either excellent or a bit poor. Some days the chips were obviously reheated and cold. Other days absolutely fine. Loved how u could get a toastie right up to 5 pm.

Great location, beach within 15 minutes walking distance. My 3 year old daughter loved the swimming pools on the resort. Dino Park at the Sister Hotel is also within walking distance.

I wasn't a huge fan of the vegetarian food offerings. However, there were plenty of options for meat eaters.

Close to town,5 minute walk close to small water park for the kids(aqua lava)

Main bedroom Window(apartment 822) was broke no lock whatsoever .could only pay by card for kids ice cream which found strange of all things to “have to pay by card no cash accepted for ice cream”

In general , everything , The whole complex kept spotless , staff were very helpful . Food wise , couldn't complain , catered for all tastes ... Pool area lovely and bar , and evening bar , entertainment was enjoyable , the two nights we were there , a, magician one night and a song and dance show another , really enjoyed them ..

when we arrived waiting a few hours for our room to be ready .. And one thing I have to say is about the over eager staff to take your plate away at the dinner table , really eager , even when I hadn't finished , ..I had to have a few words with them to stop .wouldn't let that stop me going back though ... that's all folks

Safe for all.. kids loved it, great breakfast in particular, lunch good & great variety at dinner you can be as healthy or unhealthy as u like, great choice for all.. loved clean bungalows with towels daily…staff are super… Lovely new Dutch girl recently arrived on entertainment staff she is super & does over and beyond…

keycards keep failing on the doors even when I kept away from mobile very frustrating when you’re bungalow is a good walk from reception! my only gripe.

Very clean, staff very friendly and went out of their way to help.. food was excellent and always something different to eat.

Evening entertainment was not so great a.mixture of quizzes, bingo and staff show. Weekends had external entertainment that was good.

The facilities were great generally

The pool bar closed at 6pm and the evening bar was soulless, like a waiting room at a funeral parlour. There was generally a lack of entertainment in the evening. In the evening bar Two large screen TV,s showing nothing but screen savers. Very poor.

Pool was freezing, not a great food selection. Entertainment team were so good but could do with a bit more entertainment and activities by the pool.
