I absolutely loved this villa. Everything about it was perfect for our stay. Very spacious and a lovely layout with plenty of room. We stayed with our two young children. The pool was fantastic and it was brilliant to have a kitchen and everything handy. Bedrooms.and bathrooms are great too. There was access to the spa, pools and gym at the local hotel too which I didn't get to use, but seems amazing. With young children the location was a little walk to Playa Blanca, but it was no problem by car. Any contact with the host was professional and helpful. We loved our stay here!

Nothing to dislike!

It was an easy location - we had a private pool and it's only a 20 minute walk to the front. Liked that it was residential so fairly private and could park the car on the driveway. The apartment had all the amenities we needed, including bathrooms, a blue tooth speaker, a Wii and whilst we didn't use it we had access to use the spa and gym facilities at the local hotel.

I felt that it was a bit worn in places and could have done with more of a mop in the bathroom. When I moved the bin, there was a layer of dust. Also, while we were only there a week, no one came in to change the towels, but I wasn't sure if I was supposed to leave them in the towel bin - that wasn't clear. It would have been nice to have a little more information on how we needed to leave the apartment when we checked out - we tried to leave it as we found it, but I wasn't sure what to do with the rubbish.

Everything you need with lovely quiet location .

Everything was perfect .

The villa is very well appointed in terms of equipment and facilities within it. It was definitely worth paying for the pool to be heated which was set at such a comfortable temperature throughout our stay. But without a doubt, the highlight of this villa is the support from the managing company that comes with it. We had to report an issue relating to a lack of hot water but the speed with which it was resolves was mind-blowing.

There's a few small ants around in the property. No big deal apart from them taking residence in one of the beds. Easily resolved though.

Well laid out Villa with all you need to make your holiday enjoyable. Pool was clean and area well kept. There are a lot of cats in the area and they pass through the property or sleep in the garden. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms clean. Spare towels and sheets should you need them. The area is a cul de sac and some residential properties, and it’s quiet too.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like but you need to be aware that it takes 25-30 minutes to walk to beach or town. However it only costs 4 euros for a taxi home.

The villa was beautiful, clean and comfortable for our 10 day stay. It was a great size for a family of 5 with lots of outdoor space.

The only negative thing was that the pool seemed to get lots a debris floating on the top and sinking to the bottom which just seemed to stay there. Not sure if there was a problem with the filter system, it was cleaned once on our 4th day however still wasn’t completely clean after this.

The villa was immaculately clean. It had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. The villa was spacious. The outside space was amazing. Lots of space, a dining area with shade and a super roof terrace. Communication with the host and they reacted quickly to any queries we had. We paid extra to have the pool heated, which was great. A lovely quiet area of Playa Blanca. A 20 minute walk into the center. We had a taxi back every evening, just under 5 Euros. Would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the well furnished private villa. We paid to have the pool heater on, so we could use the pool. We also paid for a starter pack, which meant we could make a drink on arrival. There was only two of us, so it was good having 2 bathrooms. The pool man came 4 times during our stay.

There was no housekeeping during our 2 week stay. Extra towels and sheets were provided but the bottom sheet was a double for a king size bed! I could not get any English channels on the TV, via the box, it kept saying no signal. We tried to use the pass at the Tropical Island spa but it was closed for maintenance. The walk back to the villa after an evening out in the town.

Lovely villa ... Quiet area. Villa was clean and us well laid out - Beds are comfortable, towels, shampoos, dishwasher tabs etc all provided. Pool is amazing and really made our week - was not heated the first day but men came on the 2nd day and resolved the issue.

Only issue was the pool heat on Day 1 - and the cockroaches in the water in the mornings ... Small suggestion would be to provide a pool net so we could clean it ... we were using the soup ladle to clear it 😃

It was a beautiful villa spacious the pool was just ideal it was safe had steps down at one end and we used it a lot, the outside area was beautiful and clean, master bedroom was just off the outside area big bed comfortable and en-suite bathroom, a comfortable twin room with great wardrobe, the living/dining area was fab and the villa has air-con in both bedrooms and living/dining room it was about a 15min walk to the town, we used to walk down and get a taxi back

the kitchen was full of tiny ants/bugs they were everywhere and even a jar of Nutella with the lid on they somehow swarmed, we kept everything in the fridge, they villa did provide a lovely cleaning kit which included bug spray this was used regularly, if you were having anything to eat it’s best to put it on a plate and tidy up straight away, the lighting in the twin room was very poor could do with a ceiling light, the tiles around the pool got very slippery and my son took a fall also there was a tiny step and that was hard to see we all tripped on it at some stage throughout the stay but it blended in with the floor, It was lovely to have a washing machine but the spin cycle wasn’t great and clothing came out very damp but we squeezed them out and they would be dry in a day
