Excellent location and short walk from the beach and the aqua park opposite. An easy journey from the airport- we hired a car for the transfer and was an easy drive and plenty of parking in the hotel. The bungalows were spacious and ideal if you have children as they give you more space than a hotel room and less worried about noise. I loved our inside/outside second shower room. So nice to shower under the stars. Room was clean and modern. Plenty of storage and iron/hairdryer/kettle. All inclusive food was delicious and plenty of variety. Fresh omelettes cooked in the morning and every breakfast you could wish for. Pool was fun and children loved it. Entertainment was enjoyable and plentiful. Nice extras like the water orbit balls were included in the price. All round throughly enjoyable stay. Highly recommend.

Although an inclusive some of the ice cream and cocktails were extra. I had to buy bottled water everyday from the on site supermarket.

We liked food with different kind of meat, cheese, warm food and local traditional food (Paella) and some other. Kind staff, who was helpsome and very professional. Activites were very fun like archery, almost every night different show in beautiful and big arena. Mini disco for kids is awesome. Climbing part is also very good. Kids pool area is a very good area for little kids.

Tennis court is very short, its not a very proper tennis court. One basket rim is destroyed (so please fix that :)) and the hotel should have another entrance to the down side of the hotel. The GYM is small not too many equipments for training. Also Football goals needs to be changed/fixed because they are almost falling apart.

Very comfortable! Bed was super comfortable! AC in the room if it gets too hot. I like that they’re small ‘cabin’ like spaces rather than a massive multi storey hotel. Makes it that bit more private. It was clean and spacious. Staff - lovely staff all around the hotel. Pool- little bit too cold for our likes. The ‘heated’ one still felt freezing. It would have been nice if it was warmer. Only got into the pool once for that reason. Just personal preference. Food- the buffet was varied. Good selection of hot and cold food, various meats fish etc. delicious local veggie and fruits. Desert quite repetitive but wasn’t my preference anyway so didn’t mind that. Big breakfast selection too. Wine - not the highest quality wine on tap but it was ok. I must say we were pleasantly surprised with the food and all for the relatively low price paid! You get to choose one themed restaurant for dinner (book it on arrival at reception) we tried the Italian one and it was a nice change and food was good! Entertainment was pretty good.

The only annoying thing was a strong smell of sewage outside, worse during the day but it was unpleasant. It was hard to have our coffee outside. A lot of flies even with no food or sweet drinks etc in the room. I didn’t use the wifi so can’t comment on it.

Themed restaurants were not great. Much of what was available at these was available at the main eating location. We ate 3 times between both (Tex-Mex: 2 + Italian: 1) All three times, we ate in the main eating area afterwards. We also noted other guests doing the same on each occasion. Only other item we thought was not great was the limited “included” drinks options. Most of the drinks listed on the bard menu required purchase.

Always a good variety of food, even for us vegetarians. 4 pools were great, including a 25m lane pool, but only 1 pool was heated. The rooms are bungalows and are really spacious with two bathrooms. The animation team work really hard.

Labelling of food could have been better. Needed more serving staff at the pool bar. Water is not available self-serve at the pool bar, you have to queue for it, but fizzy drinks are self serve. The fruit juice comes form a machine and isn't that great, so all cocktails taste and look the same.

Very spacious accommodation, excellent location and plenty of food, with different mains each day. I was skeptical if I'd get bored but trust me you won't get bored as you could try different options each day and plentiful dessert option. Easy to commute from this location. Hotel staffs were extremely helpful and literally ask anything you'd want from the reception they get it done for you. My son's birthday was celebrated during my stay and the hotel staff made it very special. Can't recommend enough, must go!

Staff were absolutely amazing! The shows were brilliant. A heated pool during winter would have been nice! Especially the little kids circular one. If that was heated it would have been the best! But an exceptional stay! We want to come back already. Food brilliant SO much selection, mini disco great fun for the kids! And the water slides were the highlight of the kids week. Thank you all.

Just the pools a bit cold we came in December.

The rooms were spacious and clean. Good choice with food and activities for the kids, loads of sun beds for relaxing and tanning. Friendly and helpful staff.

I was disappointed that they offered a meal in one of the two restaurants with all inclusive but they didn't inform me to book 3-4 days in advance as the restaurant spaces are booked 3 days in advance. So we missed out on the experience.

Food & facilities exceeded our expectations. If you think/plan it you can have a totally different meal every breakfast, lunch and dinner. Staff and entertainment all very good. Rooms well maintained and cleaned. The pool towels being provided was a great bonus.

Not really complaining but if I have to mention a few things, TV signal was poor sometimes (freezes and then comes back in real time so you can miss bits of the programme, not that we spent much time watching TV). I could hear too much of the people next to us through the connecting door (again not a major issue) on occasion.

Food and splash area

A little chaotic managment, receptionist was a little bland and unaware of things, evening entetertainments are all fragmented, they don't have one comfortable place which is warm, easy access to bar, makes you want to skip the entertainment. Also they are very low in day entertainment activities, with kids and adults. If they improve on these bits the hotel will be super good.
