Good food. Big pools.

Location isn't great as nothing around but only 5 euro taxi into town. Only 1 water slide open.

Waterpark and activities during the day were excellent. Paulina from the Animation team was outstanding as well as Lucia. Snack bar during the day was great for kids and all day coffee machine was great if you were cold coming out if the water

Bedrooms are a little tired. Linen not the cleanest and no hand soap in a lot of the toilets around the hotel. Crockery in the restaurant, at times, needed to be checked for cleanliness.

Staff are lovely, food is lovely, such a fun place for kids … and nice clean pools etc.

no mirrors were ever cleaned, shower was dirty when we got there and haven’t been cleaned at any point by the cleaners whilst there. People Do hog the sun beds (All of them) by 7am which is highly annoying and unfair on others! it needs to be stopped by staff, I genuinely watched 6 sunbeds untouched for 5 hours whilst I sat on a chair because I couldn’t get a bed and watched as these people came back from the beach … sat on them for 10 mins and then picked up there towels and left!

very clean hotel from the rooms, restaurant to pool and loungers. really liked the choice of food available for breakfast and dinner. staff were very friendly on arrival and the reception team rang us on our second day of our stay to see how we getting on excellent customer service. air conditioning in room worked very well and the room itself was lovely and spacious for a couple travelling.

unfortunately we were not too keen on the options avail able for lunch not a-whole lot of vegetarian and vegan options during lunch. just pasta and pizza. beds were very uncomfortable and hard and pillows were way to soft with no support. if we could make a suggestion at the buffets to make signage for vegetarian/vegan area so guests know that the food is vegetarian as it can be hard to know at times of pasta has meat in it or not.

The accommodation was beautiful! Very modern, lovely location. Great children’s water park for small children. Food was delicious and hot.

Entertainment started quite late in my opinion and it was all outdoors which was a draw back in the windy evenings. Not a lot of day time entertainment.

The rooms could use some updating, including the beds and furniture, which felt a bit dated. The food was okay, though the snack bar was somewhat limited. On the bright side, the kids had a great time at the water park, which was definitely the highlight of our stay.

I loved the location and the apartment itself was spacious has a nice walk in shower and has everything you need, the apartment was clean, all the staff were lovely and courteous. my kettle didn’t work, but this was replaced upon informing reception. pool bar was close to apartment, great food at the restaurant.

nothing much I didn’t like.

There is a lot to like about HL Paradise Island, Waterpark 1 min walk from your room, Food is very good always a choice, All Inclusive is only way to go with drinks and food for everyone. This does exactly what it says on the tin, It’s not the Ritz but it’s perfect for a family get away.

Not going to slate the hotel but the rooms are really basic,Its 1 bedroom and 2 sofa couches that make the other bed.Still A bed, Shower, TV what else do ya want. The Hotel just needs a small revamp, A mini golf course, And different games for kids. Rooms needs upgrading big time.

Decent sized room. Exceeded expectations in that department. More like a small apartment. Variety of pools for the kids and attached water park is quite a good for what it is as well.

Felt like all inclusive option was slightly confusing/all over the place. Ice cream only included until 3.30pm. Middle of the day when kids want ice cream. After that 2-3.50 euro a pop and most/the best ones aren't available. Food was basic. No walkable local supermarkets (e.g Aldi or local independent shop) for cheaper hotel room essentials than the on site supermarket.

On site water park was excellent. Main pool was super & lively. Buffet was very fresh & catered for my wife ( Coeliac). Special mention to Alfredo on reception & Sara & girls in the bar.

Couldn’t fault it.
