Staff were fabulous especially Francesco in the restaurant so friendly, helpful and welcoming. Reception staff helpful, Adrian was great on the egg station and Omar and Ali too on pizza and pasta. Great food and drink selection. Small site so didn’t take ages to get from one part to another. 3 pools. Nice big shower room. Terrace was spacious - had 2 sunbeds and table with chairs. 7 mins to supermarket, 15 to beach and 35 to main strip. Taxi only 6 euros. Nice warm kids pool. Suitable for young families. Accommodation is in 1 or 2 bed suites with balcony or terrace.

Sofa bed was double but flimsy and only suitable for kids really probably up to 12 years. Why the canaries insist on flat sausage pillows I will never understand! Entertainment was basic but most people went out into town.

Clean and well kept grounds with the spaced out nature of the property made for a quiet and relaxing stay. Food and drink on AI was good and the space in the suite was great. Plenty of poolside beds so the area didn't feel over crowded although it might be different at peek times. Adequate street parking for cars and easy access for sightseeing in the car

Rooms The bed was too firm for our liking and it was a sprung mattress so also noisy. Could do with more surface area in the bathroom for toiletries ie a simple shelf would be a big help.

We had very nice accomodation-2 bedroom suite. Cleaning was every day and was fine. The food was good. We had a plenty of vegetables and fruits. Every day was something new, so it wasnt repetive at all. Every day was 3 -4 kind of meat, potatoes, rice, pizza, and pasta. At lunch and dinner we had ice cream and cakes. Breakfast was also perfect and our childrens loved fresh made omelets from brekfast chef. If you have all incluisve you have have drinks and afternoon snacks as well. Snack at the pool bar was hotdogs, some cake, fruits...

Every day was different theme dinner. One day was asian night and we had a sushi , but it wasnt very good. Other themed dinners was good. Water in the pool could be more heated because was cold. Just in kids pool was ok.

The suites we had were perfect for us with a large patio area and sunloungers on which we used a lot. The beds were comfortable. It was December and we didn't need to use the air conditioning. The rooms were the perfect temperature for sleeping. We liked the complex with the bar at the pool. The rstaurant was laid out nicely and you could choose to sit in or outside.

There wasn't such a great choice for vegetarians. There was enough to eat for sure but on some themed nights we could only have the pizza. For example asian night fish oil was added to vegetable dishes when it could have been left out and been fine for everyone. The food was of a good standard and tasty though.

Beautiful hotel and grounds, stylish room, excellent shower and brilliant hairdryer, great views and beautiful sunset views from both the room and the pool bar. We were two friends who had a lovely, chilled, long weekend and I liked the hotel so much that I've booked a large family holiday here later in the year. The pool bar was a nice space during the day to relax and was fabulous at sunset. We would have preferred to have been able to have a quiet drink there after dinner but there were live singers on, which we weren't really up for. The bar at the front of the hotel was quiet, but lacked atmosphere. I imagine it would be better towards the summer as it was a little cold to sit outside at night. The lady in the pool bar during the day made AMAZING gin and tonics, and took great care with the orange and lime peels, and seemed to really care about doing things well. Give the woman a pay rise! We so wanted to give her a tip but she'd gone by the time we got some cash. Everyone on reception that we engaged with was courteous, friendly and helpful and indulged my Duolingo spanish, which was much appreciated. Looking forward to returning in May!

Some dairy free dessert options would have been nice. There was only fruit or jelly for the lactose intolerant. However I didn't actually ask, so I could well have been missing out for no reason!

The whole experience exceeded our expectations. The check in process was simple and efficient. The room was ready even though we arrived early which was a bonus and it was very clean and was as advertised. We opted for all inclusive as it was a short break and the food and drinks on offer were of excellent quality and variety. The premises were also very clean in all areas and the staff friendly. One of the pools was heated which was great for people staying earlier in the year.

Nothing to dislike although we found the bed mattresses to be a bit too firm for our liking. We are aware this is something that is personal choice. When I mentioned it during completing the hotels own review they responded to say if we were to stay again let them know in advance and they would add a topper to make it more comfortable. This was a nice touch and proof they take reviews seriously.

We liked the bungalows/suites, it felt more relaxed than a large hotel with people above and below you. The staff (apart from one person on reception) were all lovely and polite/friendly. The staff cleared the tables well as you were dining which is always a positive for us. The pool area is lovely with plenty of sun loungers. Although it's a little out of the way, we really ended the walk along the front into Playa Blanca, it has a lovely vibe.

Housekeeping wasn't great, but was okay. Better the second day as we mentioned this to reception. Shame the lobby bar didn't open until 9pm but this could be because it's winter. The pool bar was open but if the place was booked up you may not get a seat. Food was good for an all inclusive, but not amazing which is what we expect anyway. Some of the foods were kept hot though so that's good. Although it wasn't perfect, it was very good. We would recommend this place and we would stay again at the right price.

I have stayed here twice this year march and june 2024 i requested to stay in the same bungalow they did meet that request , its a two Bedroom id say my matress was very firm which i struggled with but thats because i am used to a softer matress, the bunglow is lovely and spacious The whole complex is immaculate ! Not a piece of paper left anywhere, for me the food was lovely always something different to eat it was always hot too ..There was always something to watch in the entertainment at night if you fancied sitting in the outside bar .the pools are nice there not warm but nice .The staff are lovely and friendly and very helpfull i would say my only dis advantage i would say is i prefered my winter break in march as most people staying there were older and not many young people , as this time june there was lots of young people partying and children this time around not sure why but no english channels were working on the tv they did work back in march tho i would definately return again for sure but maybe in the winter time not for summer

Me and my sister in law were totally amazed how amazing this place was. The accommodation was amazing, modern, clean and spacious. Food and drinks were the best!! So much to choose from and it is unlimited if you are All Inclusive. Pool is great area to relax and there is so many sun lounges, that you will never be short on one.

It is about 30 minute walk to town but taxi is only €5, so not so bad.

There isn’t anything I could write to explain the experience we had as a couple! It was amazing from start to finish. The staff were just exceptional! The cooks were fantastic and the facilities were outstanding. Would happily stay again. Location to the beach is around a 20/30min walk or you can grab a taxi from reception for a few euros.
