Very clean and aesthetically pleasing! Lovely view of the sea and the apartments had everything for a weeks stay. Pool was lovely. Could be more sun beds but we didnt mind that. Cleaning staff super friendly as well as those in reception. Had breakfast one morning in the hotel and the food was lovely. Couldn't fault the staff or the facilities.

The location is up "cardiac hill." You'd most definitely feel it walking up with a pram, so if you had any issues with walking, etc, it's probably not the best fit. We were lucky that there were gates at the side of the complex, and our gate was the first up the hill, so we didn't need to climb to the top every time. However, if we wanted to get to the pool, it was 3 flights of stairs...no lifts which again would be tricky with prams & kids or any health issues.

The amount of stairs we had to go up and down to get to other apartment and first and last day with heavy suitcases and bags and no lift was horrible, there was a side gate that cut most of the stairs out but once it got to a concern time it would lock for security reasons which is great but not for people with asthma those stairs was a lot.

The fact that towels are allowed on sun beds from early morning to reserve them even though they are not used until later in the day

Great location, lovely staff, very nice pool and lounging areas.

We wanted 2 x single beds in the main bedroom as the individuals are not a couple but even though the double bed was 2 beds pushed together with a double mattress the hotel refused to change this to 2 single mattresses. This meant I had to sleep on a settee - which was fairly comfortable to be fair, but definitely not ideal. Also we were delayed leaving by 90 minutes, hanging around as the safe wouldn't open and engineers needed to pretty much dismantle it. This could happen to anyone though so harsh to judge the hotel badly on that.

The rooms were spacious and clean and in an excellent location.

We paid for a sea view but were given a room at the lower level with a partially restricted view. Also in shade after 3pm so we couldn’t see any sunsets

Beautiful place great location.

Two of the receptionists were so unhelpful and one of the managers in charge of housekeeping. We had a problem with cockroaches and Ants and as they were in bed it needed prompt attention. Housekeeping managers said their was none. Not good enough at all

The hotel facilities are excellent. It is clean, modern and has everything you need. The bathroom is spotless and has all amenities. The rooms are very pleasant. We had a ground floor room which had an amazing view of the pool area, and the room can be securely accessed from both the pool and the rear. Beds comfy, Air Conditioning Excellent, Kitchen Facilities fine. The pool was relaxing and very clean, the lifeguard literally mops up water left by people leaving the pool as soon as they lay down again. Sunbeds comfy too!

Bar and snack selection was pretty limited but this is matter-less as there are so many bars, restaurants and cafes within a 2-3 minute walk. We had a late flight and would've liked late check out or just somewhere to shower before we left, but they couldn't accommodate. The receptionist was really quite rude about it which was a shame, but I wouldn't let that put you off booking an otherwise excellent property. The only improvement for me would be to offer shower facilities for those with late flights

The property was exceptionally clean and in a great location. It was 2 minute walk to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. The hotel had several sunbathing areas with beautiful views, the pool was a lovely size. Food and beverages were available most of the day. Although there was no entertainment in the hotel it meant the evenings were nice and quiet and you are close enough to all the bars to enjoy the nightlife. The staff were very helpful and approachable. Local bus services were close by to get to other locations. Hotel was only 10 minutes from the airport. Will definitely be re visiting.

Excellent customer service from the staff. Clean room with great views, can barely hear the noise from the bars and restaurants on the front. Chilled and relaxed environment, everything you’d expect for a peaceful getaway.

The hill can’t go without a mention, it wasn’t too bad as we were near the bottom and there is a side gate but it’s a treck to get to reception from the bottom.

Nice, spacious bedroom. Easy to park nearby. Good breakfast with eggs cooked to your liking on the spot. Beautiful pool area - although we didn’t use the pool as we favoured the beaches. Super friendly and attentive staff. Location wise, the area was not out favorite neighbourhood. However we mainly used the hotel as a base and didn’t spend our days locally. It was very easily accessible from the airport which was a plus.

It was difficult to set the AC correctly. It was a bit too warm during the night. It seemed that the thermostat was set to a fixed temperature and changing it didn’t make any difference. We couldn’t leave the windows open in the night as we were at the ground floor.
