Large, bright suite, separate bedroom and spacious living room with large balcony. Housekeeping was impeccable as was the standard of cleanliness in the public areas. Relaxed breakfast buffet with the best coffee we have ever had at a hotel breakfast. Very good dinner options, lots of fresh fish and salads.

While not a major issue in December, it’s important that hogging of sunbeds is actively discouraged.

Omg fantastic beds so comfy , spotlessly clean , brilliant showers ,housekeeping every day , first time doing full board range of food was excellent 10/10 and the hilarious Grace on the hot grill just made it "hello mama "😄🥰 also location perfection , staff on the right side of friendly professional but not fakey fakey , it's our 3rd time there , I'd love to move in for a couple of months but I'd have to be rolled out 🤗 , don't forget there's a small library of books to read in reception which i don't think people are aware of , you can have a browse and leave back when your done

The price ,It's definitely a treat as it's expensive but what a fabulous treat and so quiet calm and relaxing , worth the extra €€€€

Price! Way too expensive for what it is. I’ve stayed in cheaper 5 stars that were nicer. For that price you should expect an all inclusive! Drinks at bar were really expensive too.

One of the best locations in Puerto Del Carmen, right on the end of the main strip and directly onto the beach The facilities were 5 star - an immaculately presented and brand new facility. The facilities were amazing and the decor & surroundings could pass for 5 star.... the landscaping and cleanliness were top notch - i cannot fault it in any way

As it is a new hotel, the service from the staff was not always 5 star... this comes with time & experience. Each individual staff member was brilliant and amazing - but the co-ordination from management needs a little polishing. Staff need to be directed where needed ie some times the que's at the bar or directing customers to seating and solving problems in the eating areas

Beautiful location, very clean and comfortable accommodation, excellent cleaning service. The pool and surrounding areas are immaculate, cannot fault it at all.

The pool bar service is a little slow, all the staff are lovely but at times it would take a very long time just to order a couple of drinks. There is also a push to charge to your room which I’m not a fan of, I prefer to pay as I go.

Choice of food in the evening was not very good, a lot of pork and fish, lack of vegetables.

Breakfast and buffet was fabulous , lots of choice . Super location , few steps onto the beach . Staff were friendly , all areas and rooms so new and clean ! Will definitely return next year !

Very relaxing. Really close to lovely beaches (recommend turning right and going to a reallu lovely secluded beach outside a neighbouring hotel). The buffet breakfast was excellent and the evening buffet also good quality. All the staff in the restaurant were very friendly. The pool area was spotless. Heated pools. Central location - close by to restaurants, bars and shops. Travelled with a toddler and the suite was perfect for this - they made up a bed for her in the living room. We travelled to and from the hotel/airport using the local bus 161.

Could do with some coffee etc in the room

The hotel is located right on the beach which was so convenient and we didn't need to pay for the beach loungers as the hotel was right there. We booked the high floor suite which had an amazing view and was very spacious. The hotel put accomodated our request and gave us rooms next to each other which was great. Very clean and comfortable with great working Air-con. Live music every evening. The pool was well kept and clean and very aesthetic. It was the nicest smelling hotel I have stayed with nice floral scents everywhere including the bathrooms! We will be back ...

Location and new face lift

My wife is vegetarian. The vegan bowl on lunch bar menu did not exist and there were no main course protein based options for dinner. How. About vegetable lasagne , lentil dishes, tofu or soya products, vegetarian burgers, vegetarian sausages all easily available in supermarkets.
