I really liked the HG Lomo Blanco. The staff on reception were so friendly and helpful and all the staff spoke and were lovely. The apartment was nice and clean and comfy and functional. I loved the shower, lovely and hot and powerful. Beds were comfortable and sitting area relaxing. We didn’t use the pools but they looked very clean and looked after. Good hotel amenities, nice food at the snack bar. Shops and restaurants close by. I would return simply because of the lovely staff it really made a difference. Also great WiFi.

No English channels on tv but we all have phones these days. Would be wonderful if there was an oven but I’m not complaining.

It advertised a heated pool but this pool was bitter cold. Only thing I did not like.

Friendly staff. Clean. Good location. A lot of parking spaces around. Well equipped kitchen. Clean pools. Quiet area but not far from the ocean.

The room (406) needs some attention. Half working cooker, laminate floor is a bit worn. Nothing major but deducting one star. Ar$ehole tourists "reserve" loungers (towels) next to pool in the early morning but they don't sit there until a lot later. This was widespread in Dec 2024. The hotel should be more firm on reinforcing the policy on no lounger reservations this way.

It’s so close to absolutely everything, we rented a car and we didn’t use it once. The pools are lovely, the pool bar food was lovely. The staff were brilliant, there was a man who worked in the bar, he had a beard, an absolute gentleman of a man and a credit to HG Lomo blanco, he would see our 2 year old son and dance with him by the bar, he’d take his juice bottle and fill it when we asked for apple juice, just a very positive and to be honest just a good guy!

We had a downstairs apartment so it got very warm during the day, we seen that there was ceiling fans being installed so we can’t wait to stay again and hopefully those fans will solve that problem!

Great value for money. The apartments are spacious and clean with good amenities including a decent size pool with a pool bar, pleasant dining area and a few nice extras such as a gym and options for massages etc.

Location is close to the “strip” but this does require a bit of an uphill climb when coming back to the hotel, nothing unmanageable and for the price I think it is worth it. Have stayed twice before and would stay again!

I've stayed here many times and just love everything about it, the privacy around the pool area is fantastic especially with all the beautiful tree's and shrub's. The staff are exceptional, the place is spotless along with the apartments, the pool bar is excellent, We love the location as it's easy to get to both old and new town and you don't have to use cardiac hill or the steps just walk around the road. We just love everything about it and we always come back twice a year. 5 star's

Nothing I love everything

Apartments were recently renovated so nice and modern, the location isn't bad, in between the old and new town, once you don't mind some steps and hills. Beds were comfortable. All staff that we met were very friendly and helpful.

Cleaning was only done 3 times in a week, only left 3 towels for 5 people. Toilet roll and toiletries weren't refilled. Bought wifi for the week but connection wasn't great. The pool is rammed in the morning, we never managed to get a bed, the shallow pool is so packed with floatables you would quickly lose your child in it! But all in all for the price we paid it's good value

Very comfortable apartment. Very good mattress. Great location. Handy for shops and bars. (Up a steep enough hill, but there are lifts in the shopping centre carpark that will take you 2/3 of the way up! Just a couple of minutes up the hill after that.) Good amenities in the complex, snackbar,restaurant, and nice pool area.

Nothing really.

The rooms were nice - we stayed in an unrenivated one - but I thought it was just as nice as the newly renovated ones. We were given a top floor apartment which has great views and a breeze. We left our windows and patio doors open all the time - the balcony would have allowed anyone to get in.

The Main pool -the sun bed area was very very cramped. All the beds were claimed by 7am despite signs saying you could put your towels down. Mix of clientele- mainly loud drunk people. Running. Around the pool all night screaming - literally - then doing bombs into the pool ar 6am. They were completely drunk.

Good location. Staff were really excellent. Clean and well laid out apartment.

A bit disappointed that there wasn't more fresh fruit for breakfast. We paid €15 for WiFi but it never worked.
