Amazing location just off the main strip in Puerto Del Carmen. We booked a sea view apartment and it was absolutely worth it. Beautiful view from the balcony. Very spacious, airy & bright apartment, nice furniture, lots of storage space and zero clutter. Comfortable bed. Shower was really nice & strong, no issues with temperature. We visited the pool bar for a light snack, it was very tasty and the staff were friendly. Lots of sun beds for sunbathing, was very glad to read the note in our room saying that reserving sun beds was not allowed! Lady on reception was so friendly & helpful, she even helped me with my Spanish. She also called our airport taxi for us when we left.

Definitely needed more than one pillow on the bed, and although there was plenty of wardrobe & shelf space, we were only given four clothes hangers. The bathroom cleanliness could have been improved, there were some hairs on the floor & walls upon arrival. Grouting is brown & needs redoing. The towels were so thin they didn't dry us at all! Take your own. We also had to go out and buy hand soap, sponge & washing up liquid. These were only very minor issues though, and wouldn't stop us staying again. I would only book the apartment with sea view however, as the other balconies looked straight into other apartments!

I loved the location. The facilities were good especially the poolside bar. They could do with a wc near the pool but other than that excellent. I had a family emergency while I was there and had to return home two days early and the staff were so helpful and genuine. We had an apartment down on the lower side and I was disappointed initially but the apartment was so nice and clean I didn't mind for a finish. The only thing that I felt would be useful would be an oven. More storage in the rooms would help. No wardrobe or drawers just a rail with 5-6 hangers which is not enough for two adults. Just be warned very steep hill..

The location of this property is ideal, very close to the beach, restaurants and bars. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We’ve stayed here on numerous occasions and when we asked for an apartment on the row that we had last April we got the exact same apartment 😊. Couldn’t fault this place.

This time I did think I needed air conditioning as it was hot during the night, when we asked about it the cost was €40 for a week for a portable unit as very few of their apartments have fitted units. In future I will pay the extra money and have the air conditioning

Really central, clean apartments & staff were amazing. We had a few hours between check out at 11am and leaving for airport at 5pm and had the use of complimentary apartment which allowed us to shower etc and store our luggage. Lovely pool area & sunloungers. Safe in room for a small rental fee per day. Locke, powerful shower & hairdryer provided

Located on steep hill but only 40m from beach so not a long walk at all. Basic apartments but has everything you need. Sockets in our room were loose on wall so had to make sure phones etc were charging properly. We were a party of 3, all apartments have 2 comfortable beds and one sofa bed in sitting room which was comfortable.

Staff lovely and helpful , Brice in the pool bar was a little gem and deserves a mention ,food lovely too , always a sunbed, nice and peaceful, lovely clientele, great location and we had an amazing sea view, we will definitely be back

Stairs lol but we were on Cardiac Hill as they call it , so nothing really it was Overall great and local to beaches and restaurants easily makes up for a little hill

Only one plug in the kitchen area to serve kettle, toaster and microwave is RIDICULOUS. Also the fitting of same plugs is unsafe. Lack of English speaking channels on TV. Quality of towels for guests use is inferior

The apartment was in a great location, good views and spacious. Ari at the front desk and the girl that made great chicken burgers at the pool bar were great. Overall a good stay.

The bathrooms are in a bad state and need a full refurbishment. It was the only big downfall of the apartment. Which is a shame as everything else was great. I wouldn’t stay again until that has have been done.

We have stayed in some exceptional 5* hotels in Dubai and you have got to review the complex relative the the price you pay, so this in not in that class however it was an exceptional place to stay for a short break in the lower price band. The reception was just off the road and the taxi from the airport dropped us right outside... Check-in was quick and easy. The complex and rooms are very clean and staff were superb and very friendly.. Cleaning of rooms is every other day. Pool was heated and we used it every day.. There is a hob, microwave and fridge in the room.. The fridge is a full size undercounter and is great for keeping drinks cold. The pool bar does hot and cold food made to order and all the normal drinks, we visited this daily for lunch. View rooms and a lovely sea or pool view and we would recommend spending the extra if like us you like to sit out on the balcony. Never had a issues getting sunbeds and the view from the sundeck is amazing. The true gauge of our stary is 'would we stay here again' defiantly as we loved it!!

Room a bit dated and they are in the process of renovating one block at a time. No Aircon in our room, however in February this was not a problem as its cool at night but this may be an issues in the summer months. Only one pillow on each bed in the rooms and I like two, however if I asked I'm sure they would supply extra. The maid seemed to be a bit pushed to get round so visited our room at 5pm on one day and we felt this was a bit late as we were back in our room looking to have a short sleep before an evening out. The hob is low powered and I struggled to boil my eggs on the day we did not go out for breakfast, so eat out. The complex is set on a very steep hill and there are many steps in the complex so if you have mobility issues you may wish to look at a flatter complex.

Ive first stayed here around 7 or 8 years ago and have been trying to get back ever since but getting a two bed is like gold dust and you have to be quick. Two bed SC aparts are rare outwith private lets so these go quick. I love the location of these apartments, central to main strip and beach. If you know lanzarote well.you will be familiar with cardiac Hill. These apartments are right on the Hill and that walk doesn't get any easier lol Definitely worth getting a sea view apartment, must be the best view in lanzarote. (I wouldn't want to personally stay in the lower apartments however I think those are getting a face lift and are probably quite nice.) Pool bar food and staff excellent. Reception staff lovely and helpful.

I know these are self catering but I think.a few basic provisions could be provided like a sponge and washing up liquid. The towels are very old and could really do with being renewed, however all.managable. didn't make or break my stay.
