The property is ideally located between the Old Town and the beach. Our room was spotlessly clean and was serviced every day. The buffet breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and it varied from day to day. There is a well stocked bar on site. The staff were very helpful and friendly. On arrival we had a problem setting up the safe in our apartment. When we contacted Reception a member of staff stopped what he was doing and accompanied us to our apartment and gave us a demonstration on how to set up and use the safe.

This was our third time to stay at Plus Fariones Apartments. We felt that our apartment was looking a little worn compared to our recent visits. Nothing that couldn't be fixed by a coat of paint. The security lock on the door to the balcony was flimsy and would not stand up to a serious attempt at illegal entry. Having said that, we had no security issues. We feel that the bathroom in the apartment would benefit greatly from having a walk in shower fitted rather than a bath with a built in shower.

The apartment, pool area and bar/breakfast area were all spotless. The staff were attentive and helpful. Excellent cleaning staff. There was a lovely lifeguard on duty which gives peace of mind when children are playing in the pool. A cot was provided for our baby. We liked the location as both the strip and the Old Town were easily accessible. I would be happy to stay here again.

I would have ideally liked an air conditioned apartment with a pool view but when I contacted the hotel this option wasn't available. We chose an air conditioned apartment but probably would choose a pool view instead the next time if travelling in April/May.

The property was in a great location and was very clean

It’s not that we didn’t like it but the apartment could really do with being refurbished it was very clean but very worn out looking the door was slightly hanging off under the kitchen sink and the surface was lifting off a few of the doors the bathroom could also do with being updated the only other issue I had I that we were on the ground floor and had very little natural light in the apartment unless you left the front door open which we wouldn’t have been comfortable doing also wifi was very poor

The only thing we didn't like was for the size of this complex there are not enough sunbeds to cover everybody Unless you were up at 6am in the morning you had no hope of a bed as all taken at that time & there is no room around pool area just to put a towel on the ground & sunbathe For the price of this hotel you would expect better

Following our initial check in, we were offered the opportunity to stay in the Plus Fariones Suite hotel for an additional €20 per night, A very nice gentleman from the check in staff brought us to the hotel. Our suite was on the ground floor (115) Everything about this hotel was exceptional from the location, staff, facilities, rooms and breakfast. Everything imaginable was available from the breakfast buffet. I could not fault anything. I would dearly love to return to this hotel in the future.

Another perfect stay at the Plus Fariones Apartments. The apartments are clean and spacious, light and airy. The breakfast is delicious, with lots to choose from and there is something for everyone. All the staff are friendly, helpful and polite. Nothing is too much trouble and they go out of their way to ensure your stay with them is enjoyable. The pool and surrounding area is spotless and there is always a life guide on duty. Location is a bonus, central to both the old town and the strip. Grande and Chica beach are only a short walk away. Perfect holiday destination for all the family.

Nothing, it’s perfect.

BREAKFAST : EXCELLENT, HUGE CHOICE OF FOOD AND DRINKS LOCATION: VERY GOOD, NEAR TO THE STRIP AND THE HARBOUR IN THE OTHER DIRECTION. ROOM: VERY CLEAN AND BASIC NEEDS MET IN KITCHEN AREA.

LAYOUT OF ROOM COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER. WOULD HAVE PREFFERED A BETTER LAYOUT IE. BEDROOM AT THE BACK OF THE PROPERTY INSTEAD OF THE KITCHEN AND BATHROOM. (LOUNGE & BED ARE OPEN PLAN BY FRONT DOOR. (IN AN IDEAL WORLD OF COURSE, HOWEVER IT DIDNT DETRACT FROM OUR HOLIDAY.)

Everything was very good couldn't fault it

A lot of people had issues with the lady lifeguard. She was very intimidating watching how long you left your sunbed and if you were to long in her opinion your towel was removed. There were a lot of elderly people and one couple in their 80's and the gentleman had walking issues and were upset when they came out after their lunch and she had removed their towels. A little bit of understanding would go a long way.

Great location, lovely apartment, very clean, comfortable beds, nice bathroom, powerful shower, Nice little kitchen, sofa very comfortable. Lovely pool area, great little bar, good drinks and a good bar menu. Breakfast was excellent, great selection, hot food, omelettes cooked to order, yoghurts, fresh fruit, cold meats and cheeses, and a great selection of different breads, rolls and pastries.

The balcony was very nice, garden view, the only one dislike was the patio chairs, I found them uncomfortable. The only other dislike was people smoking around the pool and the outside tables.

We stayed in an apartment on the 2nd floor. It was spacious and clean. It was very quiet. The apartment was cleaned thoroughly every day. Breakfast was lovely with a good choice and selection every day. The staff all over the complex were kind, respectful and helpful. The pool was a good size. We had towels for the pool every day. You simply hand your card in for a towel. We will definitely be returning next year. We could not fault one single thing.
