Excellent right throughout the hotel

The location is a bit far out of the way

Wasn’t a problem for us, but location may be an issue for some people . Was a decent walk from the strip, up and down hills ! But beautiful

Food was good and everything in the apartment spotlessly clean and well maintained.

Pool is not heated in the winter months

We had a really pleasant stay at this hotel and would gladly recommend it to others. We arrived quite late on our first night – well after midnight – and were positively surprised to find a cold dinner waiting for us. A thoughtful touch that we truly appreciated. All the hotel staff were incredibly kind and warm-hearted throughout our stay. At one point, we asked if it was possible to change our room to a higher floor, and they did their best to accommodate us. In the end, we decided to stay in our original room as it was conveniently located right in front of the sun loungers – which turned out to be very practical. The food was varied and tasty, with enough options to satisfy different tastes. The pool water was a bit cold for me personally, but that’s just a matter of preference. The location is good – it’s a bit of a walk to Playa Grande, but the uphill part isn’t too steep. Also, the bus stop is right in front of the hotel, which is super convenient for getting around. All in all, we had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Great facilities for adults and children. Fabulous pools. Great selection in the restaurant. Breakfast was included in our deal and was delicious. Spotlessly clean accommodation and cleaning service. Can't wait to go back!

Cold pool unfortunately not heated couldn't use in December. and children entertainment starts too late. Circus at 9.30 when most kids go to bed.

Excellent choice of buffet breakfast and evening meal. The hotel is only a 10 minute walk down to the harbour area and only 15 minutes to the beach. There is a supermarket and restaurants 2 minutes walk.

There is quite an incline up the the hotel so it might not be suitable for people with walking difficulties.

Love the whole area, lots of hidden places with sunbeds away from the swimming pool, which I really like. Table and chairs in front of each apartment. Lots of food choice for breakfast and dinner. Hilde, girl from the restaurant, she stole our hearts, very friendly and helpful, always smiling. We felt like she was running this restaurant. When she was off for 2 days, there was a big chaos in there. Apartments are very close to the centre, walking distance.

Nothing major that would change my decision to stay there again. The cleaning of the apartments could have been better. Ants in the kitchen area, couldn't leave any food open. Before arrival, I sent a polite message asking for a sunny terrace or balcony, but we were given one that was in the shade all day.

The hotel is absolutely spotless and all apartments are well maintained and kept at high quality. The option to go half board or self catering is a fantastic idea. We had 2 apartments and we got them next to each other. This was a last minute literally on the day booking as we had a bad experience in the Villa we booked and had to leave as soon as we arrived there. The staff were so welcoming and even had our apartments ready within 2 hours for us as we had a baby with us. The large sunbeds were perfect for our family as we didn't want to sit around a pool all day. Overall a fantastic holiday 😍.

There wasn't anything we didn't like about the hotel. The walk back from town is a good workout but nothing that a couple of Euros in a taxi doesn't sort 😀.

Well appointed apartment with kitchen, living area, bedroom and bathroom, plus terrace. Beds are large and very comfortable. We stayed on half board basis for six nights and food in the restaurant was always very good The staff were friendly and attentive. Room service daily. A 900m walk downhill to Playa Chica beach Plenty of sunbeds to choose from and good pool and pool bar. Overall the hotel was very well managed. We would stay here again next time we visit Puerto del Carmen. Also, free public parking directly in front of the hotel.
