Very clean hotel., the rooms and the communal spaces constantly being cleaned and maintained. Also staff very friendly and helpful. Bus and taxis right outside. Good supermarket a couple minutes walk away. Really liked the hotel and would defo stay here again and recommend to others.

We stayed July and Pool is lovely but has loud music and games for Kids which is great for a family break but not really for relaxing by the pool! Also we stayed in the suites and would have liked a few more plates/cutlery. Not really a proper kitchen but had a microwave and kettle and fridge which was all we needed but no plates or cutlery! Was one butter knife, also was one cups and glasses. Last thing is it’s a steep enough walk uphill from the strip. Was totally fine for and taxis/buses available but just something to be aware of.

The room was great! Plenty of room, even this Junior room had the bedroom and a small living room and includes a small balcony on ground level... I was really impressed and glad about it. Bathroom was good - the water pressure and temperature in the shower were great! Plus the staff - mainly the cleaning personnel were always always very kind and helpful, I felt really being taken care of during my stay. Bed and linen were good, comfortable, great enough to get a nice rest.

Rarely, it was possible to hear the room above - I guess if you have problems sleeping or a very light sleep it could cause some minor issues (not my case), and you could hear the street a bit.

Had a beautiful apartment over the restaurant with amazing views of the pool and ocean, lovely staff, pool was heated this time as it wasn’t over the New year makes a big difference, food has gone down hill a bit, enjoyed breakfast. lunch and dinner was pretty simple taxi rank right out side costs €3-5 depending what part your going too

Lovely big room with everything you need. Comfortable bed. Fantastic breakfast with lots of choices - really nice to be able to sit outside by the pool. Lovely big pool area with plenty of loungers - it's great that you can't reserve them at 6am and then disappear so there are always plenty available.

My room's patio area was always in the shade so I couldn't sit outside. The hotel is up a big hill which I liked but is worth bearing in mind for others who may be less mobile. The music by the pool was a bit too loud and intrusive for me, personally at times. The pool was also a little bit warm for me but that must be great for families with small children.

Hotel was lovely, pools were heated in March ideal for our baby. Have to compliment the cleanliness of the pool and hotel, staff constantly cleaning, tiles at pool mopped every single morning and evening, pool hoovered every morning. Staff v friendly. Room was tidy, basic enough. We stayed over at the other side, with adult pool which was ideal. If I had young children who could walk, it would be a total hazard as pool is 2 meters deep. But it was perfect for us. They have a lovely slide set area and splash park for young kids which I thought was great. Shop on site too open 8am - 11pm which is great. Weirdly there’s loads of cats around which I didn’t like but they also keep mice away so I suppose it is a good thing but I just do not like cats. It is up a hill but only a short 10 min walk to harbour and shopping centre but again is up hill.

really nice hotel up a steep hill just on the edge of Puerto Del Carmen. Staff were really nice, helpful and professional. Cleaners did an excellent job and cleaned the apartment every day while we were out. Lots of cats and kittens around which was nice (we like cats). Flora 2 Pool was well maintained and perfect temperature (cool but not cold). Nice walkway under the road to the main complex and there was something for everyone (gym, 2 pools, onsite shop, restaurant, entertainment) - really glad we were in Flora 2 though which was quieter and much more laid back than the main hotel pool area. However the main hotel pool was great for those that wanted it a bit more lively. I didnt eat in the restaurant but my son and his fiance did and they both thought it was excellent. Some people might not like the steep hill but we quite enjoyed the exercise - plus there are loads of bars and restaurants all the way up the hill if you want to stop for refreshments. There is also the free bus to the beach several times a day for those who wanted or needed it, but we preferred the walk :)

could have been a few more TV channels but this is a minor issue - we didnt go there to watch TV :). No real negatives - was a great holiday for our large family group!

The hotel is very clean and well kept by a dedicated staff team, who could not do enough to help. They worked incredibly hard to make our stay the best it could be. There were 8 of us, including children big and small, along with grandparents. We all absolutely loved it. Although we went self catering we paid to eat in the hotel restaurant on several occasions for our evening meal. The food was superb and amazing value. What a beautiful setting, I'm so glad we came and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this lovely accommodation to other families or couples.

We visited the hotel for the second year and were upgraded to junior suite with amazing sea views. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room size excellent and well equipped. The balcony comfortably allowed our friends & us to relax with drinks before going out to dinner. On site dining is exceptionally priced and offers a nice range of options. All staff, as before, are so helpful and accommodating.

Nothing, enjoyed our second stay even more than first time.

I received a complimentary bottle of wine for my birthday,which was a lovely touch!! There were quiz nights/bingo nights when I stayed, there was a teenager there and she hosted and co hosted theses events, she was full of energy and fun, she was a real asset to the hotel. Cleaners were great all the time clearing great workers !

Drinks at the bar were far dearer than drinks anywhere else, I had a jameson neat in the restaurant nearby €5 (not happy hour) and in THB it was €7:80. Ciders were dearer beers dearer, not impressed. Others at the bar spoke of similar issues with the prices,perhaps thus might be a factor in why the bar was so quiet on fri/sat/sun etc nights..

The heated outdoor pool was the icing on the cake for what was a great stay. The room was spotless, with comfortable beds and a patio with a great view.
