Everything! The whole stay was incredible, we traveled for a relaxing holiday and we got what we needed in La isla y el mar. We got princess treatment there, all the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was vast clean and very cosy either everything you will need. Breakfast was also perfect every morning and well organised. The location also is perfect near to the beach and restaurant. A plus for the jacuzzi side in the pool, so relaxing after a day in the pool or beach. I will definitely come back

Staff were excellent, friendly, fun, informative, accommodating and very compassionate and genuine regarding a family bereavement before we travelled. Hotel room was spotless Pool area was lovely so was the bar in this area. Breakfast was great - fabulous selection The restaurant was beautiful and the food was stunning. Cocktails were also excellent and a bit of a show piece. We usually stay at different hotels when we visit Lanzarote, just to try them out but I would definitely come back to eat at Kentia if we stay at a different hotel next time. Thank you all, we had such a lovely time.

The track up from the strip, although taxis were very accessible and the walk was definitely good for us especially after all the lovely food and cocktails 😊

I stayed at this hotel with my girlfriend and we had a truly wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and taken care of. Everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely friendly. Their hospitality made a big difference and really elevated our stay. The atmosphere was cozy and relaxed, and we felt comfortable throughout our time there. We’re definitely looking forward to coming back in the future. Highly recommended!

All staff were always very pleasant. The breakfast each morning was excellent. The room was spacious & comfortable. A light curtain on patio doors would be a good idea to provide some privacy.

Unfortunately the location wasn’t great for us as it was at the top of a series of hills. We found the hotel quite expensive. We had booked a suite with poolside view however on arrival we were given a room on upper level with sea view. When I took this up with reception I was told we had been given an upgrade. It didn’t feel like an upgrade to us as we had only a little terrace with 2 chairs & table up a flight of stairs instead of 2 sun loungers, 2 chairs & table on pool level. It was agreed we could have the room we booked but not until the next day. Felt like this delayed the start of our holiday.

Staff were exceptional, so friendly, hard working and always smiling. Room was beautiful and so spacious. Cleaned a few times during the day and fresh towels given without even asking. Breakfast was lovely. Buffet breakfast with eggs made to order and fresh coffee/teas. Lunch was really good and bar staff were fantastic at making cocktails.

Everything was lovely apart from the use of sun loungers. Guests should not be allowed put out towels on Sun loungers early morning to ‘reserve them’. We came to the pool at midday one day. There was loads of beds all with towels on them. We observed numerous double loungers with towels on them vacant for nearly 2-3 hours. This should not be allowed especially when there aren’t enough beds for all guests. We also witnessed a couple taking a double lounger each while other guests were aimlessly wandering looking for loungers and there was none free. Signs should be displayed and a member of staff there to monitor the misuse of loungers. No reserving beds and ONE single lounger per person.

The design and layout are beautiful . Very unique compared to other places we have stayed. The staff are so attentive and are very friendly. Breakfast buffet is fantastic and caters for everyone’s tastes. You won’t be disappointed if you choose to stay here. The pool layout is perfect and never ever had to get up early to put towels out for beds etc. This hotel has lots going on without it being in your face. Would stay here again.

Very little. The WiFi isn’t great and drops in and out a lot. The TV runs off the WiFi so It’s annoying with the TV pausing all the time. There were renovations happening in the rooms beside ours which were noisy quite early each morning.

The staff are excellent and always so friendly. The hotel provided me and my parents with a beautiful two bedroom apartment with a jacuzzi on the terrace. There is a taxi rank just outside the hotel which is really handy. About a 15 walk to the start of the seafront promenade. The breakfast was perfect. Large selection. The staff are excellent. The coffee machine was not super if you are really into your coffee. I’d prefer if it was made from a regular machine and not those industrial digital ones

There are no irons in the rooms and they only give them out when asked for. I do t really understand this as they are not expensive to buy.

Hotel was beautiful, Staff were friendly and professional. Food was great. Pool and pool bar was nice. We enjoyed a lovey breakfast each day. Located higher up in the old town it’s a steep walk up but in fairness it so close to the fab restaurants and port.

The hotel itself is excellent. We were dissatisfied with the beds they were hard and uncomfortable, two single beds pushed together not a bed you would expect in a five star hotel. Also tvs not smart and no apps available. But all in all a beautiful hotel. Needs beds sorted it takes away from the hotel.

Stunning place, great arhitecture, everything, every corner shows very much care. Great staff, large room, extraordinary terrace, stunning views, staff excelent. Breakfast very tastefull and with many, many choices.

First, if you say you have a spa with sauna, steambath and jacuzzi at a 5 star boutique hotel, you have to mention that is not for free! Nowhere else in similar places I had to pay for this services, 40 euro/day, to acces some of these facilities that hotel presented as included, because I verified in their presentation, website and intern app, is nowhere mentioned. So , i understand that if you want a massage, a facial or other trataments you have to pay. But you cannot present yoursefl as a spa hotel boutique and ask for money to acces the sauna at the reception!!! Huge disapoiment. The pool is nice, heated, but is maximum 1.10 m so you cannot swim, just soak.
