Absolutely everything

One member or staff. I heard him complain about being over worked and not getting paid more. As a result he had tantrums banging the furniture and telling people to finish their dinner quickly. He was o e of the three younger staff members. Not the black or the skinny guy but the other of the three.

We liked atmosphere the staff was friendly polite and helpful. I think the distance a bit far from the sea but we were walking every day what was enjoyable. Food was healthy and plenty. Actually we liked everything this is the reason why we try to go every year. The cleaning was spotless shinny and good smell.

Some of quest packing the food and grabbing the tea bags in their bags. Or using the water machine for their bottles. Even it was written don't do it. You can not to change gridy people behaving.

We’ve stayed here before and it was just as good 2nd time around. All inclusive is great value for money. Nice quiet spot with sea views and either a 15 min walk to the old town/across the beach there to the strip or a 5 euro taxi ride. We will definitely stay again 🏝️

Second great stay. Had some lovely tasty meals, I would say they have slightly improved since our last visit. Yes there isn’t massive amounts of choices but we found 3 course meals at every sitting and enjoyed them all. If you want á la carte food pay for a 5* I would say this is mostly an adults hotel as never see children but I can’t say if that’s the case in summer holidays. Lovely hard working staff as always No doubt we will return again :)

Overall, we (two 25 year olds/couple) had an amazing all inclusive weeks stay here at the start of June. Everything from the room, the staff, the beds to the location was great. As the title of this review says, in my view, do not listen to the bad reviews - if people want 5* food, service etc…. They should really stay at a 5* hotel! After finally booking this back in April, I was a little nervous about the bad reviews but I tried to believe the good ones. Because of the bad reviews we tried to go in with really low expectations and honestly my expectations were blown away! Staff - when we arrived we were met by Jesus behind reception; we were greeted with welcoming smiles and kindness. We had to sign in and give a copy of our passports. We were then told the times to come for breakfast, lunch and dinner (different set times are given to different guests). The receptionist then gave us our all inclusive bands and key to apartment. We did have to go back as the wifi wasn’t letting us log on but this was sorted straight away. The staff at food times were also great, special shout-out to the waiter Daniel (glasses and hair up) he was so so so smiley all the time and always asking how you were etc! So lovely. Apartment/Room - A lot of people said the apartments were dated and maybe they were but this had no effect on us what so ever. Like other people said, you don’t go on holiday to stare at the wallpaper and decoration (well I don’t anyway haha). The beds and pillows for me were fine (I am soooo picky and struggle to sleep and it was all good for me)! There was loads of storage in bedroom and a nice big mirror. There was also a couch that turned into a sofa bed which we pulled out, it was nice to come into and just fall into! There were some English channels on the tv which was also a plus! There was also a fridge, cutlery, pans, plates and hobs.

This was a cheap last minute break for us and got exactly what we expected. Yes hotel could do with modernising but is kept clean and the gardens surrounding the rooms are nice and well cared for too. Our room was cleaned every second day. They came the day before we left so I told her not to clean as it didn’t need it but took towels and toilet from her. The cleaning ladies were lovely and always had a smile. We were AI and managed to have a nice meal each time we ate. Yes the selection wasn’t huge but it was enough for what we paid. We had every type of meat and was seasoned lovely every time. Always fresh salad on offer too. If you see the onion rings on offer then have some, best I’ve ever had. Could have eaten them all day :). The drinks set up was help yourself which I really liked as no waiting for them. It was always very chilled atmosphere in the restaurant but no children were staying which was a bonus for us. Been there done that ;) Jesus at reception was very helpful and when I asked for extra pillows that’s exactly what I got :). He also booked an early morning taxi for us. Nothing was any trouble. The sunbeds weren’t unlocked until 10am which I liked so no sunbed wars here. Loads of room for sunbeds up on the terrace and lovely views of the sea and hills. You can also watch parakeets land on the nearby trees. All in all you get what you pay for at this hotel and the staff are all lovely. I’d certainly go back :)

Had no issues

Hotel is basic and clean but beds are definitely too small for todays people. We were fortunate to get our room changed too an excellent room with a great private balcony which some evenings was spoiled by the outrageous behaviour and language of a minority if other guests. Overall I think the hotel is good but you do need to be fit as its at the top of a long, steep hill!

We felt restaurant was excellent service. Staff excellent. Unfortunately food only just about satisfactory. No red meat at all and a lot of chicken drumsticks thighs etc. Similar evert night but in fairness to the premises it is a budget hotel and it was value for money at end of the day.

Room was pretty small, Although I booked for 2 people I thought we would have a bedroom & living room separately like previous visit. Unfortunately we had very little space. Would definitely recommend double checking apartment before visiting. (E.G) emailing property directly. Otherwise everything else was perfect.

We had a low floor near reception which was perfect. Downside is meal times could be better - 7pm is very late & the snacks at the bar are bare minimum. Food was never really hot either. Lack of decent entertainment & even music. The reception staff are excellent & taxis are there within minutes.
