The ambiance of the hotel is lovely, relaxed and friendly. The view from our room was stunning with incredible sunrises and sunsets. Although there were lots of steps on the site, they were generally in short flights scattered through the gardens, not all in one huge go! You could 'pay as you go' for breakfast, lunch or dinner or buy various packages of say 3 or 5 meals, and these were great value for money/ Nice pool bar and plenty of sun beds for all, when we were there in January. The staff were friendly, a cleaner came in 5 times a week (not Wednesdays or Saturdays), and eh grounds were kept clean and tidy. Every apartment is facing the sea with its own balcony. The location is great for the harbour and beaches. There is a Hiperdino about ten minutes walk away with everything you might need, and a small 'minimarket' useful for water, just beneath the hotel, although this was closed for the latter part of our stay.

The decor of the apartment itself was a little 'tired', but seeing as we were outside for most of the time this really didn't matter to us, and probably helped to keep the cost down too. We arrived about midday, but couldn't check-in until 3:30-4pm, which felt like quite a long wait. It was the same for everyone else who arrived early. The bar was open though!

Staff at the hotel were brilliant, the all inclusive drinks were not watered down like most all inclusive hotels, in fact they were probably a bit too strong if anything, food was good and you could easily make a meal out of what was provided, location was great most apartments had a sea view, ours was restricted but we asked for a ground floor room which we got.

The pool is in a bad state of dis repair, most of the tiles on the bottom had fallen off, this was not a problem unless you were 7 foot as the pool is really deep and I couldn't put my feet on the bottom anywhere, the children's pool is in much better shape. the all inclusive food was a bit restrictive on choice especially for the children. the snack bar is not included in the all inclusive which would have been great for the kids.

We have stayed here many times, but now they have more staff, and they are all very friendly. The food was very good, we didn't have one bad meal all week. Yes the apartments are a bit tired, and in need of a bit of a freshen up, but that would take a lot of money, then the prices would definitely go up.

We have never stayed in an all inclusive hotel where they remove the wrist band at 12 on the day you leave, but they are their rules, so nothing can be done about it. We did go out to lunch, and really enjoyed it. And this is not the hotels fault, but people are very untidy round the pool, put rubbish in the bin, it's that simple.

The location was excellent- a 2 min walk to the harbour and all the bars a restaurants of the old town. The apartment was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of storage. The kitchen looked new and had an actual oven which is unusual for holiday apartments (I didn't use it). There was also a microwave, hob, kettle, toaster and fridge so great for making a light breakfast, snack for lunch etc. There was a large sofa in the living area and a large TV (I didn't use this either). There were fans in both the living room and bedroom, but as it was January they weren't needed. The hairdryer was excellent- very powerful We were on the pool/reception level, so the apartment opened onto a nice size terrace. The balconies on level 2 upwards looked large as well. The pool was very big, but unfortunately too cold for me due to the time of year. There was a pool bar selling drinks and snacks. All the staff, cleaners, bar staff, receptionists, entertainer were friendly and helpful. We had a problem with the toilet flush and somebody fixed it with a new part immediately. Also on my husbands birthday a member of staff turned up at our apartment with a happy birthday message and a bottle of wine, which was lovely and unexpected. I will definitely return.

The shower was quite old and over a bath which got quite slippy when climbing in and out.

I like my room 516 that is my second time in that room,and I'll be back in August I'll be looking for the same room , food is great,pool area is great,it so relaxing myself and my partner injoy ourselves, looking forward to seeing you again

I didn't like the way I was talked to on the second last day of my holiday one member off you breakfast Staff,a lady, asked me for my card I said iam here all week she said you need a card ,I said iam in 516 she asked me for my card again I said iam not walking back up for it she asked me again, I was very embarrassed I went out to reception and told the lady the way I was treated,I didn't even eat my breakfast that morning felt so embarrassed 😣

Views are amazing and close to everything in old town area. We did self catering, however ate lunch at pool bar twice and was very good. All staff were extremely friendly throughout our stay and helpful.

Like other comments , the complex needs a refurb and very outdated. Even if management updated in sections to a better standard. We stayed on top floor so views are spectacular. There were steps as we expected but did not mind. Would not be suitable to anyone with mobility issues, unless you request ground floor .

They really need an escalator installed from reception to the first level above. This has been the main issues with guests as they arrive. Many have said that they wouldn't recommend the complex as a direct result of this. This needs action as a matter of necessity.

Location and the fantastic views

In needs refurbishing as furniture is getting old and shabby and our shower head actually broke

The apartment was clean, the kitchen had a working oven, 2 hobs, microwave, kettle and toaster. There was also an iron and ironing board, coffee maker, cork screw/ bottle opener- there is never one usually! The apartment was a good size and the beds were very comfy. All the staff I spoke to were lovely. I would definitely stay there again.

I think the apartment would benefit from blinds or a net curtain being on the front window / door . Being on the ground floor I kept the curtains closed but that was the only down side and its not the end of the world!

The location was excellent and the views from the balcony overlooking the harbour were amazing. The food was excellent and plenty to choose from. The staff were alway very pleasant and helpful. The apartment was cleaned regularly with clean towels provided every other day.

The apartment was old and badly needed to be refurbished. The wi fi is terrible. No English speaking channels on the TV other than BBC news.
