Great location, very clean, friendly staff and big rooms. The highlight of the property was Nacor’s Kiosco. Run by Nacor who is one of the best barmen I’ve ever dealt with. He’s a gentlemen, efficient and produces lovely food and drinks daily (except Tuesday) as it’s his one deserved day off.

WiFi could be better but that’s it

Small, quiet place just what we were looking for. The location is great as long as you can manage cardiac hill, although we found some cut through roads to avoid it on occasions. Good size apartment, clean and nicely furnished. Nice pool and poolside bar. Nacor who runs the bar is delightful, very friendly and great service

Having to pay extras for the safe and a fan. Also there was a written rule that towels left on sunbeds unattended for 15 minutes would be removed but that didn’t happen as far as we could see so the rule seemed to be written as a deterrent rather than being carried out

Myself and my sister arrived after Reception had closed and we received clear and concise instructions the day before on how to find our keys. The apartment was a 2 bed apartment and was very big. We were on the ground level and had a big terrace also. Pool was nice and the pool bar was excellent. The pool bar manager was excellent at his job. Couldn't do enough for us. Every evening we went up for drinks before going out. Lovely friendly atmosphere here. We will definitely be back.

The only downside was no A/C but we had fans which were adequate

(As I have slight mobility issues ) The 2 and half flights of stairs up to the apartment ( I did book last minute and it was St Patrick's Day) Only BBC and Sky News channels available on the TV available And as a solo mature lady traveller I don't like to stay out to late. The very steep Hill it is at the top off .

Staff in the apartments were lovely. Very helpful kind and efficient, particularly the barman and Arón. Great value there for bar food and drinks and good craic with holiday music in the background. Also it was roasting, 40 degrees some days when we were there, but we felt safe leaving the balcony door open all night. We booked last minute and we would return. Good price and walk downhill to Playa Grande and main strip.

The hill could be a challenge, this has been mentioned in previous reviews and you can cut across rather than coming straight up the hill, but something to be aware of. Also the sunbeds while comfortable do get scalding hot and do need to be cleaned and some maybe replaced.

I liked the way it was quite small, intimate and safe- I stayed alone but my friends felt very close. All apartments are right beside the pool and there was never a problem getting a deck chair. Nacor also provides a great service by the pool. His food and drinks were always tasty and served with a smile. The place also had a chilled vibe. Finally, the location was perfect for me, situated nicely between the strip and old town.

The rooms really need air conditioning or at least a fan on the roof. The venue supply a fan at a small cost but it doesn't make a big difference. At one point my shower started filling with dirty smelly water. This only happened once, therefore I didn't feel the need to complain. The walk up to the accommodation is very tough (cardiac hill) but there are other routes that can be taken.

Location was great 5mins to beach and about half way along the front, upstairs room had sun until sunset, pool bar was excellent,rooms were good size, nice balconies,small shop at corner of complex with everything you would need, no kids, plenty of beds around pool and complex,very helpful front of house, leaving day lock up for bags and a shower all sorted and free-big bonus!

The shower rail was broke so shower head kept sliding down, how water only small tank so couldn’t have 2 showers 1 after the other so missus went first then I let warm again before I jumped in re-heat time about 15mins,not very sound proof between rooms could here conversations late at night if people were being loud,pool bar shut Tuesdays think it was the busiest swap over day so understandable.

The apartments are very clean & spacious. The location is perfect, we used the pool bar once while there and the guys running it were brilliant.

The beds are rock solid, we hardly slept over our 4 days there. The room needs air con it’s get very hot at night, the bedroom does have a window you can open wide but it just keeps slamming closed with the wind. The main thing for me was, anyone can use the pool and amenities here, whether you’re staying there or not. Seen lots coming in over our 4 days there, That didn’t sit right with me for safety & security reasons.

Lovely apartments in a great location, close to both the strip and the old town (shortcut via turning right when you come out the property gate). Pool area was lovely and spotlessly clean and lovely small bar area serving snacks and drinks. The apartments were modern, clean and spacious with everything you might need. Accessing the property on arrival late evening was easy with detailed email received. A special call out to the lovely male employee who very kindly called a taxi for us for the airport before the reception was open. Very enjoyable stay and would love to return.
