The facilities, the staff at d reception and guest relations, the food is ok not much varieties but ok. The following staff were excellent, I just had to put their names : GIORGIA PERROTTA( frm guest relations) , ANDREA( from reception) & RAFAEL AND ALDO. They all made our stay enjoyable.

Some of the staff at the restaurant, they were very rude and acted racist. Especially one of the managers named STOYOU. This guy was so rude and inconsiderate. If I ve to write what this guy did, this page will not contain it but I will not allow one bad egg to spoil the whole bunch. Everything about this hotel was so great n fun except for the experience we encountered with this STOYOU guy. He’s one of the managers in the restaurant. If u re ppl of colour…… beware of him.

Size ,helpfulness variety

Like most tourism industry's never can have enough staff, particularly in the piano bar if offering table service more drinks staff are required.on several occasions the terrace was full,each table 3/ 4 people so approx 37 people,when they all try to order it's a nightmare to get served.taxi service is poor at weekends.i recommended that a shuttle bus be available at a nominal fee.i have rebooked for next year.

The room was massive with a spacious balcony with garden/ocean view. Large windows with a lot of light coming in. Housekeeping everyday. The staff really friendly and helpful. Good selection of food for breakfast and dinner. Plenty of parking space and heated pool.

Excellent facilities at the hotel. The rooms are well equipped and the beds are very comfortable. Any requests were quickly responded to. Excellent range of food at breakfast and lovely dinner at one of the hotel restaurants. Easy walking access to other bars and restaurants along the sea front. Lots of pools to choose from one of which was heated. No problem getting sun loungers even though the hotel was very busy. Robes, slippers and a good hairdryer were welcome additions in the room.

Check in was a bit slow due to trying to up sell to an all inclusive package. When we returned to collect keys there was a long line. Luckily one of the staff from customer relations helped out and got our key cards. Lifts need attention. Only one seemed to work. Either that or they were very slow.

1. Food was lovelt 2. Drink was plentiful with cocktails and premium branded 3. Staff always friendly and professional 4. Amenities were great 5. Entertainment was excellent especially the dinner show. That was stand out for us. Queen tribute were outstanding and the opera singers at the piano were fantastic. The day time entertainment was excellent also. 6. Service - extremely professional and friendly 7. Bars - piano bar and snack bar were our favorites 8. Restaurants - had a lovely steak in the vulcan 9. Meal show - outstanding show, kept us and the crowed entertained, amazed and laughing the whole way through 10. Cafe bistros - cakes and coffees were brilliant 11. Gym - decent size and equipment 12. Massage - full body was really relaxing 13. Bedroom - huge bedroom with really comfy beds 14. 😀 **Special Shout out**: to 2 amazing staff members, our waiter Himamshu Patel who has outstanding customer service and made our last evening really special, and to our cleaning lady Astrid who was brilliant at her job and extremely professional.

Hard not to like everything. If I had to be hyper critical it would be the following: 1. To include a mirror at the dressing table. My partner would have liked to have put her make up on there as it was near the window with best light. Wasn't a huge issue but an easy fix 2. The bistrobar not allowing us to Takeaway a sandwiches or cake to the room but allowing to take alcohol away. 3. At the buffet lunch sometimes it would take a while to get served a drink, and could be near the end of eating my lunch, we would have been happy with a soda dispenser to help ease things for the staff. These are just little niggles and nothing that would ever put me off coming here again or recommending it as we would come back here again 100% and we hade a lovely time.

All the pools, the various snack bars, not far from the airport, the helpful staff, amazing food, good entertainment for children and adults.

I thought the all inclusive upgrade was a little expensive. Also, we were there for 5 nights but got only 1 room clean. I understand the policy of not automatically replacing towels but at all inclusive at least one would expect the beds to be made, cups cleaned, coffees refreshed.

Most of all, the island is magical! The property location is excellent, both close to and for peace / privacy far enough from everything. The grounds are lovely and the glorious plants are meticulously maintained. The entertainment for all ages is outstanding (even if you never planned on it). The Vulcan restaurant truly lives to its reputation.

At dinner time non-alcoholic drinks (even water) not being included in the inclusive packages was rather bizarre. Furthermore the system of ordering/waiting for said drinks was a drag as 3-4 staff would take in and fulfill a single order. I wish we were able to self serve as during breakfast.

We have stayed here four times now and we really like it . Great staff, good food and great pools. There is a great holiday feel to it. Also there are also sun beds available at any time of day. The all inclusive drinks are all branded and not copies. Well done to the Rubicón Palace .

The drink service with the lunch time and evening meals was very slow. There wasn’t enough adult entertainment at night , too much emphasis on children’s . The air con unit in our room was very noisy and needed some maintenance. All the staff were great apart from the last guy we spoke to as we checked out early in the morning, he really did not seem interested in his job.

We had a wonderful time at Rubicon Palace resort. There are a lot of pool areas (even for the kids), bars and coffee shops. The food choice was great at the main restaurant Janubio, but be sure to dine in the less desirable time frames, as it easily gets crowded and sometimes it can take time for the waiters to clean the tables and get you your drinks. The espresso at Mike's coffee shop was superb, and the kids were were happy with milkshakes. There is a wide range of drinks and food (+snacks) at the bar on the main pool. Be sure to reserve the theme restaurants (Steakhouse, Dolce Vita and Sakura) couple of days in advance, as there is a lot of demand, especially for the Dolce Vita restaurant which was superb - be sure to try the Porchetta! The staff was polite and proffesional and the rooms were clean. If you're from the Balkans region, be sure to ask for Ugo :)

Some parts of resort do look a bit tired and are in need of renovation (which is why this is more of a 4 star than a 5 star resort), especially the basketball court and mini golf playground. Although our expectations regarding the food choice and quality was met, there could be a wider variety of meals at lunch and dinner in the Janubio restaurant. Watch out for the signature burgers at the Steakhouse, as the pattys have a lot of herbs in them (touch of local couisine I guess like thyme or sage), which is why there were lot of returns on the evening that we went. The rib eye steak however was cooked to perfection. The WiFi signal is ok, but it is quite slow.
