Honestly, everything was great. Upon arrival we were received by taxi services arranged by hotel, ride was great. They have children seats of all ages in a van. Hotel staff are friendly and doing their best to help always. Villa was stunning. We had one with jacuzzi. Clean, kitchenette had everything for your comfort, I mean literally everything. I enjoyed cooking lovely breakfasts and we had them on the terrace. Weather was amazing and we took a ride every day to Playa Flamingo by taxi, from hotel to playa Flamingo it’s only 6-7£ for a ride. Taxi services amazing in this country, average waiting time 2 min. There is a lovely beach nearby. Was a bit worried about departure, because we had to be at the airport by 6 am. Hotel staff booked a taxi for us 1 day in advance and taxi came literally minute into minute. Everything is fantastic and I’ll probably come back there with friends. This time I stayed with mom and my 5 year old daughter. My daughter enjoyed kids swimming pool during the hot hours of the day. We have never been disturbed by any other customers. It’s very quiet. We all got everything we needed during our holiday in your hotel. Thank you everyone! We will be back!

Jacuzzi was lovely, clean, and water was very comfortable for evenings, I enjoyed it. But the chemical you use there is too strong, because it turned all my clothes to white colour.

Very nice and clean. Well equipped kitchen. Quiet and plenty of space. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately, in November the "heated" pool was colder than the ocean and having a heated pool for our baby was one of the main reason we selected this place, although more expensive than other options. Had we know the children pool would have been so cold (aka not heated) we would have gone somewhere else.

Located at the “quieter end” of playa but easy access by bus or car in about 10 minutes . A small (32unit ) complex of 2 bedroom 2 shower rpm serviced apartments . Pics are accurate. Well equipped to high standard . Clean and maid service/ towel change daily in the week . Good pool and jacuzzi ( though bit chilly in dec !) Each apt has indoor and covered outdoor dining area and sun beds . Plus ours had hot tub . It’s very quiet area only 5 mins walk from sea/ beach / coast path . The shopping centre 150 metres away has large supermarket open 8a-10p plus mix of around 7/8 restaurants / cafes / bars . Highly recommend the varied tapas menus and very low prices for food and drink at the bar next to the main doors of the supermarket called Furancho do Tono

Nothing to dislike . It’s perfect place if you want a relaxing break away from the downtown razzmatazz !

I really liked the stay. I especially appreciated the peace and quiet — I hardly saw any neighbors during my stay, which made it incredibly relaxing. The views from the apartment were absolutely stunning. We received complimentary wine and water, which was a lovely touch. The apartment itself was very clean and well-maintained. I also enjoyed the Jacuzzi. The water was warm and clean. We could cook in the apartment and there were all the necessary tools & cutlery included.

Unfortunately, the biggest downside was the breakfast in the hotel nearby — it was far below expectations. There were quite some options, and I couldn’t find anything suitable for myself, except maybe the boiled egg and a yoghurt. For example scrambled eggs and meat were just inedible. Even the coffee was disappointing. I do not recommend having the breakfast included.

Spacious bungalows with two large bedrooms and two bathrooms. Lovely lounge area and kitchenette. Cleaners came most days and the bungalow was spotless. Furniture looked very new and clean, and we thought the entire complex was very tidy and well kept. The bungalows rear terrace was a great sun trap and was so nice to have the choice of sitting out there or sitting out the front by the pool. Ample sun beds and pool area was always very quiet. The place was exactly as described.

The wifi in our bungalow stopped working after a couple of days and we had a few issues with one of the entrance gates (this was promptly checked by the staff)

The apartment was in pristine condition - ours had two bed rooms and a Jacuzzi ! Two bathrooms and a beautiful kitchen / lounge area. The Jacuzzi was placed in the private terrace where we also had a table with four chairs and two sun loungers ! The number 30 bus which loops playa Blanca has a stop rite across the street ! You can go anywhere in playa Blanca for €1.48 ! The pool area is very quiet and on most days only us and one or two other couples used it .. 10 out of 10 !!

Nothing .. Everything was perfect .. the location the property the staff the pool the nearby shopping centre .. bus stop at the door !

A really lovely complex which was very quiet but convenient to the supermarket and some nice bars and restaurants. Our bungalow was very private and just around the corner from the pool. We'll kitted out with all you would need ( other than an oven!) Fabulous 15- 20 stroll to the Marina ( our favourite spot)

Found my mattress early hard! One of the beds in the 2 bed bungalow was a bed settee ..it would have been better if it had been a proper bed. Although the apt. was clean it needs a bit of refurbishment ( cracks in a number of the bathroom tiles Apt 13)

Having visited Playa Blanca numerous times I have to say this is the new place we have stayed. Daniel was really attentive and was a great host, ensuring we had everything we needed and offering us a great deal for a return visit. The bungalows were clean and well equipped, a bit dated but this didn’t bother us. Fantastic views and location, we were upgraded upon arrival and check in was smooth. We have already booked to come back!

For us this was in a terrific location at the Papagyo end of Playa Blanca but just a 15-20 minute walk to the marina and all the restaurants and shops there. The Papagayo beaches were a similar distance away walking across the headland. There is a supermarket and good bars and restaurants in a small mall 2 minutes away including a lovely cafe we often used for breakfast. The complex is well laid out with a nice pool with lots of seating (without being at all crowded). The apartment was regularly cleaned through out our stay and gave us everything we needed. All of the staff were friendly and very helpful

Really nothing. We will happily return to the complex!

Really enjoyed our stay in 2 bedroom bungalow with a hot tube .. very quiet and relaxing .. beds are comfortable , a nice bungalow inside and out ..really would recommend this place to stay if your looking for a relaxing holiday .. Staff very accommodating and friendly .. our holiday was over to quick .. we definitely be back 😎

My shower was cold for most of the time but luckily there was to bathrooms
