Restaurant team were great, v efficient and on it. Front of house friendly and helpful. Well designed pool area. Food above average. Very clean. Rooms were kuch latger than expected. In quiet area of island away from tacky resorts, also next to best beaches on the island at papagayo (car needed for kids). So not the cheapest option but worth the money.

Environmental things to improve- Key card in room didnt work to cut off electrics, single use plastic at bar could be replaced. Rooms a bit tired but large and comfortable.

Spanish & Morrocan mature staff. Relaxed environment. Comfortable beds. Good TV channels in English. Overall food quality. Friendly.

No advanced menu. Poor quality & size of towels. Soup & porridge not hot enough. Little explanation of how all inclusive worked. Tired gym equipment. Needed one night entertainment.

We stayed 2 nights. Our bungalow was clean. It was close to a big, unheated swimming pool. There were several other snall wimming pools, a lot of sunbeds and parasols. It is in the south of the island, next to the marine rubicon, which is nice visit and easy to walk to. Around the corner a nice restaurant. There was a living room and kitchen, a spacious clean bathroom with shower and towels: towels for swimming pool available at the reception. The bedroom was spacious with good beds. There is airco in the living room and ventilatirs in the bedrooms. Frindly staff at the reception and restaurant. We had breakfast, which is a varous breakfastbuffet. Enough parkingplaces in front of the reception or at the street. A few good restaurants and a supermarket in the neighboorhood. The location is an oasis of tranquility. A good place to stay.

The price a night i a little bith high in comparing to the bungalow.

Spacious bungalow, great patio. Good cleaning service. Breakfast which was included was great. Staff really helpful. It was my husbands birthday and they delivered a card and a bottle of bubbly!

The kitchen area needed updating, kettle was old. Some public areas could do with attention. Bar basic, we were only B and B and went to the bar for a cocktail and were given a very basic inclusive cocktail - missing a treat!

We were half board and all the food was excellent , good quality and plenty of choice. The accommodation was certainly adequate with two bedrooms, lounge-kitchen , bath and two separate showers. The terrace was large with both a covered area for shade if required. Cleaning was done every day. The whole site was kept clean and the staff were polite and friendly. Pool was clean and inviting.

Possibly the accommodation looked a bit tired in places (coat of paint) Difficult to find shade for two people at the pool area. Neither of these things detracted from our holiday.

All staff, location, views, breakfast, pool, small bar, quiet, rooms, and facilities. We will return!!

Only one downside was the refurb of bungalows, 15 & 16, below ours. Inevitably, we had noise from builders fitting new bathrooms. But mostly, we were out in the day, so it didn't bother us too much. Just couldn't sit out, relax and read etc. On an afternoon, but pool and loungers were a good alternative.

The staff firstly who are so lovely and helpful but mostly the little villa it had everything and great outside space and so peaceful

The resort looks a little tired in places

We had a lovely bungalow with a nice sea view. Everything was clean and well organised . Service in the dining room was wonderful - thank you 🙏🏻 and a lot of effort was made to make us feel comfortable and welcome

For the price for an entire bungalow and very decent half board food there wasn’t much not to like about this place!

The apartman was well equipped and spacious with a little privet patio. The place is very quiet, very good for a nice relaxing stay.

The area around the pool needs a bit of renovation.

Accomodation was great, with huge terrace, hot tub and own sun loungers. Apartment was spacious, half board food was good.

Terrace could do with better shade options e.g. an umbrella. But that's only a minor quibble.
