Beautiful apartments, lots of space, air con in the bedroom and living room. Very peaceful location, excellent housekeeping. Wonderfully smiley reception staff, I'm fact every person who I met there was very helpful and friendly

Having to leave, wish I could have stayed longer.

Very clean, cheap, pool is quiet enough in the off seasons with no kids, there is a book swap at reception which is a nice touch. Really good value for money, just bear in mind if you don’t have a car, it’s probably not the best location for you

The pool closing times, I think they could be later given its high season. The beds are also very hard but this is just a European thing, bear in mind all the double beds are actually two singles pushed together. This was fine but something to bear in mind for couples

Quiet, comfortable and close to best beaches!

Pool hours a bit restrictive given the heat during the day.

The swimming pool needs heating, we raised this with the staff the first week of our 3 week stay but , after promising to raise the matter with management they never bothered to get back to us !? Our grandson couldn’t use the children’s pool as it was too cold . All the adult guests were complaining out the pool temperature 🤒

A washing machine included would be fantastic the kitchenette was a little tired around the edges. The apartment was a great size but the furniture was a bit scruffy and worn . It didn’t really bother us too much as we spent very little time inside .

-it is in a quiet area of Playa Blanca; -close to Mujeres Beach, to the walking promenade, to a shopping & resto center; -quite big apartments; -is right in front of line bus 10 endstation;

-aircon is very very noisy, stopped it in the night and supported the heated walls (the apt is in the bright sun all day so even few mins without AC you’ll feel hot, even in the night). But my neighbours kept it all night running and couldn’t slept well; -noisy neighbours over (Godzilla style walking in the apt… for hours… really)(but this is not the hotel fault); -they don’t have mosquito nets and there were mosquitos (surprising for such a dry area), very disturbing;

Good location for those who like this area of playa blanca .Rooms are spacious the air conditioning is excellent and very quiet so you can sleep with it on. Beds have a memory foam topper fitted which although comfortable i think the whole bed is long overdue a replacement. The grounds and layout of the resort are lovely and well kept. There is a lack of refreshments at the pool which is unbelievable.

At reception Would a nice 'welcome how are you' on arrival and 'had you a good holiday' when checking out be too much to ask?

The staff were really helpful, especially when we had to find alternative accommodation at very short notice the night we arrived. . The receptionist couldn't do enough to help and even helped us to our rooms. When we arrived we were the only people there as they have recently opened so the restaurant and shop weren't open yet but it was lovely and peaceful and we had the pool to ourselves! We had a disabled person with us, and there are plenty of ramps and even a stairlift for wheelchairs to the car park, which also has plenty of disabled parking. The bus stops right outside and is only 1.40 euros no matter how many stops and we used it a lot to go to the Rubicon marina and to Playa Blanca beach. There are some shops and bars near the hotel , which were handy to get to for essentials or a meal.

Pool a bit chilly but should imagine it will warm up as the weather gets hot. Not enough kitchen utensils. Need some more lights round the complex ,especially near the ramp access.

Simple and affordable apartment. Air-con worked well. Surprisingly spacious. Large terrace. Grounds are well-maintained and attractive. Pool area looks inviting. Bus stops directly outside.

Bathroom needs updating ( rust stains on bath and in toilet). Sofa is not comfortable and kitchen facilities are minimal. Apartment generally is a bit basic and dated- but this is reflected in the price.

Quiet retreat for exploring Lanzarote and local Playa Blanca/Papagayoa. Wonderful weather with a lovely balcony

Pool was not heated (fresh in temperature but fine after a few lengths) Access to our unit was not suitable for those with walking difficulties especially when arriving with suitcases or heavy shopping

Everything! The apartment was very comfortable and clean. The whole area was really taken cared of, including the swimming pool. The staff was also wonderful. It is very close to beautiful beaches, supermarkets and good restaurants. Absolutely recommend!
