Staff were so helpful and friendly. Service at this hotel was excellent from start to finish. All the facilities were great, we enjoyed using the multiple pools, padel court and gym. The food was also great at each place we ate within the resort. Breakfast was also excellent.

Booking.com should say at time of booking that using the spa at the hotel is an extra cost. This wasn’t clear when booking and when we arrived we were surprised that we had to pay more for this facility.

The hotel is stunning. The rooms were fabulous with great views over the sea. The staff were so kind and gave us an upgrade for our honeymoon and a bottle of cava for our room. The pool area is gorgeous and there were plenty of beds to choose from. The breakfast selection was excellent, they even had bubbles! Staff were so helpful, particularly the reception staff, porter and the guys on the towel booth at the pool. The location is amazing and has a gorgeous walk to the marina along the sea - only 10 minutes. It's a lovely quiet area just a short taxi ride from Puerto del Carmen. The gym is excellent and much better than most hotel gyms. We hope to come back again soon!

The spa is very expensive so we didn't end up getting any of the treatments. The weekly spa pass is good value at €70 but unfortunately as the spa was going to be closed for most of our stay, we didn't bother getting it. It can be difficult to get drinks served at the pool. There was a conference on during our stay which so there were lots of people there for work.

Beautiful hotel. We didn't do the all inclusive option as we have been to Lanzarote many times so we wanted to dine in our favourite places in Puerto del carmen. The Breakfast was a really food selection and nice fresh food. The rooms are big and spacious and the hotel is stunning. We really switched off and just relaxed by the pool. There is many activities on in the hotel that are included and also a gym, we didn't use as we were only there for 5 days so just wanted to relax but if you were there for any longer or don't like sitting by the pool its a great option. The marina is 10/15 minute sea view walk where there is a few shops and restaurants so you never really need to leave the hotel / area if you don't want to. We would 100% book again. The staff go above and beyond to make sure you are happy, in particular the man who brought our bags to our room was so kind and the girls behind the desk were too and the biggest plus is it's Adults only!! AMAZING

This is not the hotels fault, but I thought Puerto del carmen was closer than it was. We spent 15/16 euro each way in a taxi for dinner each night, we usually stay there so it was our choice to taxi up there each evening but I thought it was only a 5 minute drive and might only cost 5/6 euro but its actually much further and not walkable, just to bear in mind. Taxis can also be hard to get from the hotel as its so far out of the main towns. We didn't mind waiting but the first night we did wait 20 minutes for a taxi. The hotel do call the taxi though which is helpful but depending on day you may have a wait time.

Loved that it was in a quiet remote location on the coast of the island. But right on the sea with lovely pathed walks, hugging the coast line the whole way. Hotel staff were all so friendly and anything I needed they were so helpful. Personally my room was perfect; I had no problems. Very clean and stunning ocean view. Spa was lovely and well organised with book in times, ensuring it didn’t get too crowded. Again, very clean. Gym was clean and spacious, I found the equipment great and all working well. Food choices were great in the all inclusive. The app they provide you with is very handy for housekeeping and spa bookings.

Nothing, it was beyond my expectations

Hotel staff were all very friendly and could not have been more helpful. Hotel room and communal areas were very clean and comfortable. No issues getting sun loungers at any time of the day. Great service for drinks by the pools. Pools were a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Great choice of food. World cafe was excellent for breakfast and lunch, great choice with plenty of variety. Restaurants Portofino and Bluewater Grill were delicious for dinner.

Resort is spacious with many space to relax by several heated pools. Every night there is a performance on reception level which is great entertainment. Beds are super comfortable! Staff in general is kind and friendly. Generally great value for money! Thank you for champagne on the arrival for our anniversary - appreaciate it!

Breakfast offer should be better for 5* resort. Room was generaly clean, but it needs improvement. Reception staff should share information more in details, like I asked for the restaurants for that day in the area and they just wrote me the list, with no information on the map or information if it works or not. Porter on our arrival day - February 12th in the afternoon was great - super helpful and he shared so many information and he was smiley and speak English very good. The room we were in temperature was up to 18 C degrees which is not room temeperature I guess and it could go up, but the hotel provided us with a heater, so not a big deal.

The room was comfortable, the location was great, the views were wonderful, it was peaceful, safe, relaxed, and clean. Nearby restaurants in the Marina, 10 minute walk. Manu was excellent and friendly as was check in. We received a lovely note and some cake wishing us a happy birthday which was a lovely touch.

The buffet (hot) breakfast was OK the first day but very poor for the rest of our stay. The service in the breakfast room and pool cafe was very poor also, including the cooks. It seemed the issue was that these areas were very short staffed compared to other areas of the hotel.

Gorgeous relaxing interiors, great secluded location. Which you could appreciate as soon as you walked through the doors. Our room was such a lovely size and bed was really big and so comfortable. Food was great and breakfast included was well worth it. A lovely walk into puerto calero marina was handy to try different restaurants but onsite restaurants are great as well. The pool areas are the best. Elevated style and lovely and quiet and relaxing. Gym was also great. Didn’t use the spa.

Can’t fault it at all.

We really enjoyed our stay at Secrets. The hotel is in a great location with a lovely 10 minute walk along the coast into Puerto Calero where we had some great evening meals. The pool area and grounds were well maintained, and there were plenty of sunbeds. Bedroom was clean and comfortable.

Plenty of choice for breakfast but food was average and nothing special at all. We had lunch at the restaurant twice and on the second occasion both our meals were awful - we couldn’t believe they had served the salad with lettuce which was wilted and brown! There was also a conference at the hotel on the last day of our holiday which meant breakfast was chaos and there were conference attendees walking round the hotel whilst guests were relaxing by the pool.
