Absolutely fabulous place Beautiful gardens -amazing big tall palm trees and tropical planting Rooms are gorgeous Bathrooms are fantastic Lovely swimming pools Best part is English speaking channels ITV and bbc news on the telly … great if you get fed up “ going out” !!! Food is to die for of course Huge variety to suit everyone Love the fact the Spanish drink champagne for breakfast… just to wash down all the hash browns OMG

Great place. I was with 1 year old and we lived on a ground apartment. Water in the pool was heated that was great. Breakfast were excepcional and there was even a lactose free milk. Beautiful surroundings, palms and cacti near pools. Close to beaches. Very friendly staff. Will definitely recommend.

The kind reception upon arrival and friendly staff members throughout our entire stay made us feel very welcome. I loved the apartment. It was clean and had everything we needed. It was located in a quiet area in the resort. The room was bright and sunny and we enjoyed the pool view from our balcony. There’s a variety of food to chose from for breakfast. And plenty of restaurants located right across the street if you don’t want to eat in the resort. Bike rental next door, beach just a very short distance away, shops around the corner and a heated pool. Pretty much everything you need for a relaxing vacation!

We liked everything! The complaints in the reviews about noise from the house- and groundkeepers are laughable. People need to work to get your room ready and the grounds to look nice. You can’t have it both ways, people! Also, the shower takes a little bit to get warm. But the reason has been explained, it’s because the water gets heated by the solar panels on the roof and it takes a little longer to get hot. No big deal.

Nice hotel with wonderful swimming pools in a very pretty setting. The breakfast buffet is really wonderful, better than just about any hotel we've stayed at. The hotel is right next to a wonderful beach path and on the other side is the town of Costa Teguise with tons of restaurants and shops.

Our room was a bit dated. There are renovated rooms available, as we could see into the neighboring rooms which looked a lot more modern, so I'd suggest requesting a renovated room. There is construction going on to add retail on to the street side of the hotel, so it might be noisy during the day right now if staying on that side.

Great location at the heart of the resort. Huge good standard of room and all round grounds and facilities were kept really well. Staff are very friendly and were always accommodating. Heated pools are a big plus in January

Had a bit of noise from the building works going on to extend and improve the hotel further but our room was quite close to the works and some mornings the banging started at 7:30am. I knew we would have a bit of noise from the works but I did think this was a little early to start. For the most part though it was fine.

It was all amazing! Most relaxing week ever, we couldn’t stop saying how much we loved the hotel and how perfect it was. Everyone we spoke to in the hotel felt exactly the same. The pool areas are both gorgeous, the rooms are lovely, everything about the hotel is very well maintained and you can tell there is a lot of care in the hotel! The choice at breakfast is amazing, everything you could possibly want. The food options at the pool bar were all great and the cocktails were delicious! The location was amazing, super close to everything, so many restaurant choices, right next to the main square, and plenty of supermarkets/shops around. All the staff were lovely and very accommodating. They were great for organising taxis, providing restaurant recommendations, and providing Cava on arrival 😊

Sometimes the cleaners were outside our room at 7am (I understand there’s a lot to do and it’s part of the job), but it was very loud when they were all chatting outside the room - not the best wake up call on a relaxing week away! But very minor issue, didn’t bother us too much.

Everything was good. Staff was professional and welcoming, room was clean and spacious and breakfast buffet was great. We liked the location at Teguise because it’s more quiet place.

Shower pressure was very weak and it took a long time to get warm water.

Wonderful hotel, the location was perfect, it felt very secluded, with a quiet, peaceful environment, lovely helpful and informative staff, room was spotless large and very modern. The only thing to be mindful of was you had to be fast to get a sun lounger, but as we went out most days we didn't mind. Oh and the pool was heated 'fantastic' because the sea is cold but refreshing. Breakfast was a very selective continental, plenty for everyone. We would recommend this hotel. It's

We enjoyed the buffet style breakfast that was on offer. The choices were nice and varied. However, our first morning was very overwhelming and stressful. The Staff should not have assumed that we knew what to do! We loved our accommodation. We were in a good position in the hotel to access all of the facilities. We were surprised that building work would be in operation whilst there were guests in the hotel. Our room was located directly next to the building work. And we're worried about the noise and dust. It turned out to be bearable and we forgot they were there most of the time. On rwo occasions someone from reception called our room to check that everything was OK? This was reassuring. We didn't feel it necessary to comment or complain. The swimming pool and sunbathing area was excellent. The attendant/lifeguard was very polite and professional. We were impressed with the cleaning activities around the hotel inside and out throughout the day. .

Pros Breakfast good. Liked that you could get fried eggs and omelettes made for you. Liked the flame grill. Lovely pastries. All the staff were really friendly. We had a lovely cleaner. Location great. Room cleaned often. We met many people who returned often and we would go again.

Very noisy building work - putting new roof on. People put towels on the beds very early. Many beds in shade for lot of the day. Twin beds had a fixed side table in between but we did pick them up and move them.
