The breakfast was great, and we never had to worry about parking, which was a big plus. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and our room was spacious and clean. The location was also a highlight, with a lovely promenade just below.

All four pools were quite cold, which was disappointing. Also, the open corridor leading to our room was very windy, making it a bit uncomfortable at times.

WiFi was not secure and was too slow for reliable streaming - TV didn’t work properly and very poor resolution. Dining room cutlery was terrible - too thin and flexible - I had to find an alternative knife at each meal!

Woken every morning too early with 15+ staff on their break outside below us, noise level was so uncomfortable. After being woken up 5 mornings in a row it got a little annoying

The hotel is beautiful. The rooms and private balconies are stunning and modern and the staff are so happy to help. The breakfast was great and the onsite entertainment was an amazing extra touch.

Two of the pools are heated and two are not. For mid November weather the non heated pools are freezing and the heated pools will be too cold for most. The sauna and Jacuzzi was out of service for our stay.

Lovely hotel. Lots of sun lounges around four lovely pools, always lounges available. Amazing food and all well booked.

My partner and I loved everything about the property and thought even though it was a bit more expensive than the hotel we were originally staying it was worth every penny.

The staff were super friendly and efficient, particularly those looking after breakfast service. Our room - a junior suite - was fantastic: modern, spacious and extremely comfortable. The breakfast buffet was superb: an impressive choice including gluten free options and cava. General environment: the pool areas were clean, quiet with plenty of sun loungers and lots of room. We appreciated that it was adults only. Location: close to the beach and an easy walk from the shops and restaurants of Costa Teguise.

The gym was just ok - a bit short on certain types of equipment but fine for a general workout. The coffee at breakfast was really weak. Fortunately you can drink as much of it as you like! It was quite expensive, just about ok value for money but on the edge of being a reasonable price.

Ground floor rooms are definitely not 'sea view' or 'side see view'. All you can see - pool area and people on beach beds. The shower water flows into the room - you should beware of flooding. Simple wallpaper in wc room doesn't seems very hygienic. There are no slippers and robes in the room or even sheet of paper for notes.

Very good variety of foods at breakfast. Everywhere very clean and well maintained. Both the location and the resort itself were very peaceful. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable.

Although there were 4 lovely pools of varying temperatures, none of them was quite warm enough for me. We didn’t eat in the restaurant in the evening because it seemed a little expensive and the offers were not clear.

To say we had a great holiday would be and understatement.when we arrived we were greateted by this unbelievable smell from the hotel it was beautiful.we were checked in our bags were brought to the room. The room it self was very clean we had an amazing view of the pool and sea from our balcony..the food was amazing you were spoilt for choice.all the staff from reception to cleaning to pool boy were so helpful and friendly.shops and supermarkets pub restaurants were all in walking distance from the hotel.so all in all I would highly recommend this hotel 100% and I would return in the future PERFECT AMAZING well worth the money

Fabulous relaxing hotel. It's very big but very quite. Amazing pools and plenty of sun beds and places to sit and enjoy the view. The staff are excellent and really friendly. This was the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in. I found the beds very comfortable. We were in an accessible room (just by chance) so we had a sitting room and bedroom with a Hugh bathroom and two TVs. (with English channels!) The location is a 15-20 minute walk into a nicer beach and the main area with shops and restaurants but there are restaurants and supermarkets just outside the front door. There is also a bus stop a few minutes walk away. Food was great and plentiful. Dinner was a different theme each night but it was variations of the same thing sometimes so they could be a bit more imaginative but thats me being fussy because it was brilliant. The entertainment is great but could be a bit longer. It's an hour in the evening. It would be nice to have some live music in the lobby as well on some nights too. Piano\guitar etc. We did the jewelry making class which was brilliant. I love that they provided creative workshops that were really high quality and are giving work to local artists. Having some makers sell their work on canaries night was very welcome. I also liked that there were no single use things provided and recycling bins in the rooms. This was my first holiday of this type, I usually do city breaks so I can't compare to similar hotels but I was impressed!

Thought it was a bit unfair to pay for water at dinner. I liked that they used reusable bottles but you can get it free from a cooler in the lobby. It would just be nice for it to be included.
