Where to start, an amazing stay with our baby. We went all inclusive and 100% would do this again. The convenience to have all your meals/drinks sorted was a massive bonus. We had our own private pool and dining areas as part of Royal guests. Food was great, pools were amazing, staff were excellent, rooms were full air conditioned and comfortable. Very little to fault with this resort!

Very little to fault from our 6 nights here. Would have liked more variety with the dinner buffet, the mains options kind of felt repetitive but this was not a huge issue as the food was always really good, and staff were very accommodating and very friendly with our daughter! Also, the Asana restaurant doesn’t open until 7pm for dinner, with a young baby we always felt rushed to eat. They should open at 6pm.

The Royal level made our holiday. We had a spacious suite in block one with panoramic sea views. The Asana restaurant was excellent with a good choice of dishes daily, some cooked to order. Drinks were served to the table which made a big difference. Lunchtimes were quite and very relaxing in the restaurant. Having a heated pool was a bonus and we enjoyed days by the pool.

The music by the pool on Monday afternoon was exceptionally load and intrusive to the point we left. Sun beds being reserved with towels, one morning I counted 16, I told the lifeguard who did nothing.

We stayed in Royal Level half board and everything was so good. Rooms comfortable and we had two single beds pushed together. Food - no complain for half board. Excellent breakfast and great dinners each night. We did not take full board because we wanted to travel and see island. Food is delicious and lots of quality seafood and meat. Drinks is not included in half board but they are not expensive. Activities in swimming pool is great - from circus, piano and sports activities. Beautiful area and you can walk to closest town in 15min. Excellent gym and sport facilities and every hour there is classes to get fit. Loved yoga each morning with Marta. Evening entrainment is great and Luca and Bingo nights made our day.

Everything was perfect and we will be back again.

a shame there was no jacuzzi,sauna facilities shower pressure was poor in my room entertainment at night was a bit of a headache from my room could here everything - luckily it stopped by 11:30pm.

The location was set in a beautiful and peaceful country, offering a serene escape. The room was exceptionally special—spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed that ensured a great night’s sleep. Being selected as a VIP guest was a wonderful surprise, and the management team was friendly, professional, and made us feel truly welcomed and comfortable. The overall vibe of the hotel was relaxing, creating a perfect atmosphere for a rejuvenating stay.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at the à la carte restaurant during my stay. Despite having a voucher, it felt as though we were forgotten or treated differently from "paying customers." We waited for over an hour for our food, only to realize we had been overlooked entirely. To make matters worse, this happened on my 40th birthday. I had to leave without eating, feeling hungry, sad, and completely let down on what should have been a special occasion. This experience cast a slight shadow over my stay.

Everything about the Barcelo Lanzarote Royal Level was excellent. Exceptional food, room, pools, comfortable armchairs on the large balcony, huge comfy bed. Daily housekeeping was outstanding. Room entry with a wrist band fob worked with no chance of losing/leaving key behind. Complimentary mini bar was brilliant. ALL Staff were brilliant! Activities & entertainment if you wanted them. €90 VIP complimentary meal at local restaurant was a nice surprise. Handy having a shop on site for snacks, fresh milk, or forgotten items.

Royal level - We were very happy with the choice of food for breakfast & dinner. The rooms were large and clean. We were very happy with all service.
