The outside facilities are beautiful, the pools the games areas. The reception area is lovely or will be once the painters and workmen leave. I would recommend checking that the work is finished before booking as it was a bit noisy...no relaxing late rising.

The distance to the main areas is a bit of a walk. We had to take a taxi most days. The breakfast was a bit boring, the same thing every day. The hotel is massive so be sure to ask for a room near the lifts. Our room was almost at the farthest end of the property and we had to take the lift up to the floor above then walk down because of the work that was going on

When I went it was quiet, so we loved it.Lovely pool. Plenty subbed. Had a lovely garden room.Food was lovely.Staff nice. Hotel clean.

Pool closing to early. Be better if they could make a back entrance to hotel ( instead of having to go up hill and round) when there is already a door down the back. Or even a track or stairs to cut over to main entrance.Thats what most folk I spoke to at hotel say anyway lol

Property was big and good pool area. Unfortunately it was extremely windy whilst we were there so we were unable to make full use of the pool which was a shame. The dining hall was very big with plenty of seats and good selection of salads and meats and cheeses every day. Good range of activities throughout the day. Played Archery and Shooting with Tina who was great! Really made our stay :)

Could use a bigger bar area as only bar got very full and crowded at nights. The shower in our room was very low power and always soaked the floor as shower curtain not very good. Food and drinks included in the all inclusive was quite limited and got repetitive after a week.

The reception staff were friendly, professional and fluent in English. And so obliging! The room was a fantastic size, far more than we expected! The room was cleaned every day with towels changed too! Additional towels available from reception if needed. So ignore the negative comments made by others as we did and enjoy! Restaurant is clean and well organised with a plentiful variety of foods on offer. The freshly prepared hot food section deserves a special mention! Lovely fresh bread, baguettes and rolls too! And ice cream! Snacks from bar near pools during the day ☺️ lovely view from room balcony over garden and pools. All inclusive was good value, though we don’t drink alcohol, the soft drinks and hot drinks were plentiful! Special mention for ice creams available from pool bar and cups of hot chocolate! Hotel is well located for exploring locally, walking to Teguise and discovering the local beaches! Will return with family!! Mini fridge in room was very welcome for our bottled water and soft drinks!

A kettle in the room would have been nice, this would have allowed us to make tea/coffee whilst sitting on our room balcony but wasn’t the end of the world and tea/coffee/hot chocolate available from bars.

Overall quite good but starting to get a bit tired and in need of a refresh. Room was good, slightly on the compact side but good all the same. The beds were just a touch uncomfortable as the mattress was well used with the springs creaking and groaning every time you rolled over. There was a crack in the bathroom sink, not a big thing but something that needs to be addressed. Restaurant was good but after a week it did become a touch repetitive.

The complex is on a half board, full board or all inclusive basis. The big problem with this, is that most tourists want to sit around the pool getting their money's worth. At 10:00hrs every morning the staff unchain the sunbeds and there is a stampede to get the best spots. Contrary to popular mythology, the sunbed culprits were definitely British. There are a few pools onsite and they were all empty because.... the water was cold.

For a mid priced all-inclusive destination, Costa Bastion Blue sea delivers exactly what you would really expect. The food is obviously not the best quality but a good range there and new batches keep coming in over the allotted meal times so it all must be fresh enough! The entertainment team were fantastic, really full of energy and they engaged with everybody - adults and kids all had great craic. Staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. Beds were comfortable, rooms were absolutely grand.

The staff seemed ran off their feet, I noticed myself some staff there from morning to night. Would be nice for them to rotate a little more.

Our room was big and roomy and had two double beds put together. The hotel has character and we loved our stay at this hotel. The food was very good and we could not complain about anything. The entertainment staff were very friendly and did their best to entertain all guests. Pool area is very relaxing (too cold for us but it was January)

The only thing that would make this hotel so much better would be easier access to the hotel with regards to catching buses and walking down to the beach. If they could have a rear entrance that would allow guests to leave onto the main street at the back where the bus stop is, that would be fantastic. Unfortunately, its a walk around the hotel to get to the only entrance.

It was just 15 minutes driving from the airport and it was in a centre place of the island. All our trip were maximum 45 minutes driving from the hotel. The nearest sandy beach was 10 minutes walk/5 minutes drive from the hotel. Our room, but how I realised almost all the room in the hotel have seaview. The breakfast and the dinner were very delicious with various selection.

During 8 days the cleaner didn't change our bedsheets despite I left the sign and tips on the bed. The mattresses on both of the beds were very uncomfortable, we woke up every morning with back pain.

Taxis from the airport cost under 25 euros. You can also get a No 22 bus into Arrecife Intercambiador (exchanger) and then get the No 3 bus to Costa Teguise. The stop for the hotel is Rock Beach (Playa Roca). Taxis from the hotel into Costa Teguise cost about 5 euros. To get a drink during the day at the swimming pool bar you have to pay 1 euro for a plastic glass. We kept ours for the duration of the holiday. The bar in the evening serves drinks in proper glasses. The local spirits are not as strong as the branded drinks which you have to pay for. In the restaurant, at lunchtime and evenings, you can help yourself to wine, beer and soft drinks.
