Fantastic property - very spacious with good facilities and high quality fittings. Great location near the sea, private pool, quiet neighbourhood. Also well-placed to discover the island.

Some small details could have been better, but didn't spoil our stay. The advertised bikes that came with the property were unuseable - brakes were seized, rear puncture in one, not safe to use. Batteries in wall clocks and remote controls were all dead so we had to buy our own. Exterior lighting was unreliable so sometimes could not sit outside in the evening. And would have been nice to have seen the host at some point, particularly when we arrived. Private pool was lovely, and kept clean, but be aware it is heated by the sun, so in January I needed my wetsuit on to get in!

The property is in a quiet location and very spacious. Good sized rooms and lovely sunny position in the afternoon. Well equipped with good quality furniture/ beds etc. Nice that you can park the car off the road. Can walk to the beaches / town and get a taxi back. Nice to spend time around the pool and have a relaxing morning or evening by the pool. Nice balconies on upper floor and lovely play room in basement for the children. I liked the sea view towards the desalination plant and constant turning of the large wind generators. No noise at all from that important site for the Island. Nice walk to sea front about 1km and good food and drink at Thomas’ Bar.

Little bit further out of the town but not really a problem as we had a car. Would be useful to have a ‘manual’ or more instructions as there are quite a few features to be explained. Fatima was very helpful though with any queries.

Amazing villa close to main square. Exceptionally clean and very spacious with private pool, games room, BBQ, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, jacuzzi bath, 2 walk in showers and more! Home from home with everything we needed and our host Juan had left us bread, milk, wine, crisps, cookies, ham, cheese, juice etc which was brill as we arrived at night when shops had closed. Also we were due to check out yesterday at noon but Juan let us stay all day free of charge as pur flight wasn’t until 8pm which made a real difference as we have a disabled daughter and saved hanging around with cases etc Perfect holiday

Villa was lovely very big there was only 2 of us but a family could easily stay here, it was out of the way but not too far out of the way. There was a spar a little walk up the road, we got a taxi to Lidl to do the food shop but was a nightmare trying to get a taxi back and the spar was as cheap if not cheaper than Lidl.

The front wall could be made higher so when your sitting out your not fully seeing the power plant in front of you, air conditioning would be a bonus we unfortunately got cold weather when we stayed and there was no heating & the smart tv could be updated as it had no Netflix or Disney or anything. The taxis are difficult to get from the villa as there’s only one company and sometimes they don’t answer the phones.

loved how spacious the villa was. plenty of room around the poolside and the covered patio. the kitchen was very well kitted out with very good appliances and very clean.

would have loved air conditioning in the master bedroom and a burglar alarm system would be fantastic

The villa is really spacious and well equipped. There is plenty of outside furniture and the pool is fine but a bit too cold for some of the group first week in February. Really hood value.

For us the constant road noise from early morning to late at night didn't give us that holiday feeling. A wee guide on how to work outdoor lights ( bottom row middle of the switchboard bt the front door the wee black switch ), the gate etc would be helpful but didn't detract from the holiday.

Spacious rooms throughout the villa which was also very well equipped.

The location was a little further out than anticipated and it was hard to get taxis into the main square and town. Lack of towels and they were a poor quality. Things to improve upon, provide guests with location and access code prior to them leaving UK etc. The directions and code came through too late and we had spent over 40 minutes walking around trying to locate the villa. Would have been good to find an information booklet within the Villa with local taxi numbers, recommended restaurants, location of doctors/pharmacy etc along with wi-fi code.

Beautiful spacious villa. Attentive host. Everything you need for a lovely holiday, a home away from home.

The location is a little far from the resort centre. Just outside comfortable walking range in the heat. A rental car would be advisable. However, a taxi into the centre is about €5 and there's a regular bus service with a stop nearby.

Lovely spacious house with everything we needed to relax, cook etc. it felt like a home from home. We enjoyed the swimming pool.

It wasn't as close to town as expected, it's right in the edge of Costa teguise (probably my not researching properly). However a taxi to town was only 5 euros not a big deal for us.

Excellent villa, area very quiet, it’s like home from home.

Has all the facilities you need. Especially the outdoor area.
