I loved the great location for my training holiday! It was perfect for accessing all the facilities I needed, and the area was quiet yet close to everything I wanted to see. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a productive getaway!

The kitchen in the apartment wasn't very safe; the press doors and drawers felt unstable and seemed like they were about to fall apart. The bedroom door was also uncomfortable to use, and there was an annoying squeaking noise when opening and closing the doors. Overall, it didn't cause major issues, but it could definitely be improved.

A great resort with loads of amenities to entertain the kids. Very clean and the pool areas are maintained to a very high standard. The staff are all so nice and helpful. The shop in the hotel is very convenient for supplies. Would definitely return back here again

Air conditioning was advertised as an additional extra on Booking.com, however when requesting air con I was told that it is not available and we had to make use of a fan which was difficult with the heat.The bed was pretty small and seemed to be fairly old but not the worst.

We had a lovely reception staff member help us out . There was a nice cafe inside to have coffee in while you wait for check in and shops also. The room so so nice comfy bed nice soft sofa to chill on with the outside chairs and tables . Pool just a few feet away from room . Room service was also there . All 7 pools and beach water was cool to touch first but as soon as you get that first splash you just want to get in . It was so nice in the evening to sit beachside bar and have some food and drinks .the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay

The sands is one of the best if stayed at in a long time

Loved the various swimming pools and the beach area. The staff were very helpful, especially the Reception staff. The cleaning staff work really hard to keep the place spotlessly clean in all areas.

Stayed in two different apartments. Beachfront one was lovely. Canarias one was in desperate need of an upgrade. The enamel on the bath had all peeled off and it looked disgusting. It was still clean though. The sun loungers also need replaced. It was the only pool where no one was sunbathing.

The location and the 25m pool which was a amazing resource for me. The cleaners do a phenomenal job and apartments were cleaned every day. They are very friendly and pleasant and are responsible for keeping the apartments and poolsides immaculate. The location of sands beach will keep me going back time and again. The taxi ordered by reception was really punctual the driver was friendly and it was cheap. It was really quiet at night. The shop is ok friendly staff.

Tired furniture in the apartment. No oven no dishwasher. One hot plate duo with one small working hot plate. This apartment was NOT equipped for self catering and there wasn’t enough room in the kitchen. This has not been the case in the ground floor apartments we have stayed in . However there was a double bed and it was comfortable. The sun loungers were not fit for purpose. All the decent sun loungers were in the patios of owners.

The timetable of swim activities favoured open water swim clubs, and lifeguard sessions, early morning and at 4pm every day of my stay. One of the days were swimming clubs most of the day, one after another and lifeguard training, so only one swimming for holiday makers 11-12 pm. Then lunch. The noise on poolside laughing, coaching, splashing, made sleep difficult in the mornings at 8 am, and also not very restful in the afternoon sunbathing at my poolside apartment. The apartments are not soundproofed at all.

Nice place to stay. very big but great to have the number of swimming pools and use of the Lido. Good to have a supermarket on site. Room was nice and clean. Really nice to have chairs and table on the front to eat and drink.

There didn't seem enough sun beds around the pool. I don't think you should charge guests to for sun beds by the pool at the Lido. Bathroom was very dated. Hot at night, a fan would have been nice to have. It wasn't clear if you could swim in the big pool or not.

Everything was just above expectations! There was lots to do within the resort. Such a family oriented place. Not forgetting to mention the staff was so friendly!!

I loved all. Just the smell of the bedroom was the only one bit. It smelled like mould, especially with me being asthmatic. However my husband swears by he couldn’t smell. overall was great !

Good location, good facilities friendly staff. Everything you needed was on your doorstep. Spacious rooms, cleaned every day.

I would have given a 10 out of 10 but the main pool’s boiler had broken the pool was extremely cold to swim in. Not enough info about the services on offer.

View and the sound of the ocean. Made it for me.

Generators could be heard at night. Slept a lot on the couch so I could hear the ocean. Didn't bother me too much but would others. I was there training g everyday for the iron-man so sleep was important. No washing machine which would have been great.
