Drains smell a bit but weather very hot . No lifts so if you have mobility issues you should reserve a ground floor room.

What a great place for a holiday. The reception is bright with natural light and clean. The apartment itself was also light, clean and spacious. Every interaction with a member of staff was helpful, kind and happy. Reception staff helped with any questions and booking a airport transfer. The pool is a lovely quite space to relax with many tanning loungers which were nicely spread apart. The location itself is only a few steps away from the beach, shops, restaurants and 2 dive centres if that’s what you’re interested in. Our favourite bit was our balcony which had a good amount of space and overlooked the beach which offered beautiful sunsets and sunrises each day.

The only small downfall is that there wasn’t an aircon in the bedroom itself, only one in the lounge. However, we just slept with the balcony door open which was lovely to sleep to the sound of the ocean to.

We were warmly welcomed by Ruth and our apartment ready well before time.All the staff were so lovely and nothing was any trouble.Spotlessly clean and on the day of departure we had use of the baggage storage and the restrooms .It was a very relaxing break and I would recommend the Neptuneo. Close to the beach and the restaurant Dona Lola is worth a visit. Wishing you all a very happy New year 🎊

Very large apartment with 2 balconies overlooking pool and sea.. Good location, short walk to square, quiet , 2 supermarkets within 1 min walk.value for money.

Pool not available until our last day, not informed when booking no pool, not happy. Not offered anything for the inconvenience either. Only one english tv chanel, usually have more choice.

Location was perfect we had a Seaview.Room was basic but clean and spacious with a large balcony.Staff were all friendly and a couple of requests were met promptly.

Toaster burnt the bread quickly and it took a bit of masterwork to get it done evenly on both sides and without getting it burnt.But that was a minor thing and we laughed about it

Loved the location, sea views, very peaceful, large apartment, comfy beds, easy access to few beaches, supermarket next door, 10 min walk to thr marina with lots of shops and amazing places to eat. We loved our stay and staff went above and beyond for us. Can't wait to go back. If it wasn't fully booked we'd be back for Xmas. Recommend floor 3 sea view, amazing views and breeze/full sun on balcony

Due to the floods no bar for drinks, would of liked a coffee or cold drink around pool, but shop next door and allowed to take to the pool so was fine.

We just returned from our stay and I can’t say enough about how wonderful our experience was. The setting was absolutely beautiful, surrounded by breathtaking views that made it feel like a slice of paradise. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and restaurants, yet still offering a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle. Our accommodations were impeccably clean, which added to the comfort of our stay. Every corner of the property seemed well-maintained and inviting. What truly stood out was the staff – they were incredibly lovely and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Their warm hospitality made us feel right at home. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to escape and unwind in a stunning locale. We can't wait to come back! And I will 100% recommend to my customers.

The Staff made our trip amazing, the housekeeping staff made sure that we had everything we needed and kept our apartment clean. The reception staff were the most amazing hosts, they were chatty and made us feel like family, the lady thats on at the evening time was the best host I have ever met We will definitely be back because of the staff. We loved that the place was quiet and peaceful

The hotel is a little dated, the paintwork was falling off in places, but I would image that's hard to fix given the windy sand you get. Would have loved a change of towels more regular, twice a week is difficult especially when you shower everyday and you are covered in sunscreen, you do offer other changes at a charge but at €4 each towel thats a lot, maybe consider doing every second day for your guests.

Where would you start. Ruth was really welcoming very professional and helped make this holiday the best it could be. She really was the standout star ⭐ . I must mention Mario and Karina both as helpful attentive and professional. Felt at home straight away. Would we stay again. Definitely yes yes yes. For all the staff facilities we used was great. I do see some more refurbishment is needed and obviously planned just make this place better. Maybe bigger offering for food and beverage and even entertainment would put this up in the stars rating. No complaints at all to make

Excellent location with lovely views from the balcony overlooking the sea, and as an added bonus a sun lounger provided on the balcony. Constant hot water, excellent internet service and really comfortable beds. The reception staff Ruth and Maria were exceptional and very friendly, and a special thank you to Ruth for allocating us such a lovely room for my birthday.

The sun loungers around the pool were in very poor condition and need to be replaced. Also some guests left towels overnight on the loungers constantly to reserve them.
