The registration proces ( they outsourced it to an extern company) You really HAVE to register online before arrival ( question after question ) otherwise you are outside the building without a code to enter . You call the number , unfriendly lady answers….. so ignore that you have to register online before arrival to speed up the check in proces , its ABSOLUTE mandatory !

Everything was great, we really liked the breakfast, the service was nice and professional the staff was nice, everything was clean, we enjoyed our stay. we have no complaints, it met our expectations

The hotel and rooms were absolutely beautiful. We booked a suite with ocean view, and the room blew us away! The bathroom was amazing and the bed was very comfortable! The hotel was quiet and remote, which we loved, and was only a short drive into town. Breakfast was always predetermined, but the options over our 3 day stay did not disappoint! Staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, and the hotel only has a small number of rooms, so it was very quiet! We would highly recommend staying here!

Not sure if it was just the weather during our stay or the location, but the hotel caught some very heavy winds, so we couldn't enjoy the pool area as we'd have liked.

Everything about our stay was fantastic. The accommodation was spotless. The breakfast was delicious. The staff were delightful. I car is useful at its a good 50 min walk to the old town of PDC, but there are also buses thet run nearby. The fridge was useful, and the tea and coffee facilities great for that early morning cuppa. I would return in a heartbeat. I believe this property was once a private villa, so there is no reception desk and check-in is done in advance. As there are only 8 rooms it would make the perfect venue for a special occasion to hire the whole place.

absolutely amazing place with then most peaceful surroundings! if you are looking to be away from the busy resorts and instead opt for tranquillity, quality and peace, this is ideal. Location is ideal if you want peace and quiet, but you will need a car to get around which is exactly what we did. Perfect location to access then whole island and everything is an easy drive away. One of the highlights of our holiday was the breakfast served by the most amazing couple, Danny and Patri! The kind, attentive service was top notch and quite honestly first class service by these two - overwhelming. We were looking forward to get down there to eat their delicious breakfast every morning... every day something new - beautifully presented and tasted like heaven in your mouth! Thank you both!!! One day perhaps you will be serving lunch and dinner as well and we will sure be there in a heart beat!! perfect place, perfect break, perfect breakfast! thank you!

If we could feedback an important need when you are on holiday in a place where they dont have a bar/restaurant, is to have a small fridge in the room so you can keep drinks cool, but all there was, was a wine cooler - which of course is not enough for a cool drink, or keep your water cold.... there were also some other room needs which we desired, but as they had just changed ownership im sure they will soon fulfil those needs.

Where to start ~ everything about this place was wonderful! I was speechless from the moment I walked in. The attention to detail and cleanliness were spectacular. The breakfast was so delicious, the bed and pillows were the best I've slept on during my travels. The reviews don't lie and that's excatly why I picked this place. Although it's not walkable to anything, I would still pick to stay here again. It was quiet & peaceful and very easy to get to, not to mention, only 9 minutes from the airport. Unfortunately, it rained during our stay, so we didn't get to use the pool as much as we would have liked to, but I dipped in one morning, and it was so refreshing.

It's not a negative review. Selfishly, my husband and I wish they served dinner as well because the breakfast tasted so amazing, it would have been nice to come back after a day of adventuring and just walk down the stairs to a great dinner.

Location

No one is waiting for you to show how you would enjoy your stay in this beautiful location. We stayed just one night and there was no one to say what kind of breakfast we would like and just the kindness’s of the Girl appointed for the breakfast saved it. The pool supposed to be heated was cold. No Info about how to get WiFi password. We did not care about TV but it did not switched on ( we were looking for possible WiFi passwords in). In my humble opinion, this beautiful renewed Finca would need a human presence to be elevated in an outstanding stay.

What a fantastic stay. Every little detail has been carefully thought out. It feels like a gorgeous and exclusive hideaway - quiet, tranquil, beautifully designed with a great heated pool and an incredible view of the sea. The staff couldn't be more welcoming, friendly and accommodating. They made us feel as more than guests. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. And the bathroom (Suite 4) one of the most impressive I've seen in a hotel. I would not hesitate to return.

We only stayed for 2 nights but enjoyed both of the different breakfasts that were provided. We had a great room with a private outside terrace, and made use of the lovely sun deck and pool.

It was a little disappointing that Casa Serena has a bar but there is no one present during the day to serve drinks. Also, it is a little isolated so, in our view, hiring a car is definitely worth it to get to and from the property, and to explore the rest of Lanzarote.

A wonderful boutique hotel hidden away from the bustle and the noise of the coastal resorts. Great large beautifully designed rooms. The staff are incredibly welcoming and the breakfast is just what you need before you go off on your island adventures. Highly recommend!
