As a hotelier myself, I will review the hotel and holiday honestly to enable other readers to get a good idea of what it's really like. The whole experience was excellent. Food was plentiful and to a high standard. There is a microwave that you could use to heat your food a little more if you wishes. proper sausages and very good bacon and breakfast. Super eggs, fruit choice, 10 different breads, plus rolls, prawns at lunch and breakfast which were huge - just lovely. Large pools and loads of sunbeds. The area is very clean and I watched the pool staff clean and tidy the pool area every morning. The hotel is set away from the main strip, which was good as it's quieter. The staff couldn't be more helpful if they tried. Entertainment was OK, but we didn't go for the entertainment. Overall we had an excellent holiday, the hotel exceeded our expectations based on other reviews that we read and we would go back in a heart beat. The hotel company should make provisions for a capital expenditure program to refurbish the bedrooms and the main bar area - new carpet, get rid of the bed covers (they harbour all sorts of germs), new wardrobe doors and a lick of paint. New taps in the bathrooms would be good too but not essential.

The rooms are clean, although, there was dust behind the main door where it is left open when cleaning is taking place but not cleaned during the cleaning process. I found a lighter under the bed and a couple of beads. Drawers could do with a hoover. The bedroom was large but tired looking. If you want a quiet room, I suggest asking for a room away from the entertainment area as you can hear lots of noise when in bed.

You get what you pay for. Decor and rooms slightly outdated but comfy and mostly clean. I saw a couple of small cockroaches but I guess it can’t be helped in an open environment.

Massages and treatments are paid separately, which is fair. However the increase in prices from 2023 to 2024 is quite something. In May 2023 the Japanese facial massage was 55€, in May 2024 it costs 75€. I understand this could be majorly driven by external therapists (contractors) salary demands, but I was quite surprised to see such increase in most treatments.

The room was fantastic, quite big and really beautiful.cleaned every day and the view from the balcony was really nice. Staff were polite and really helpful. Check in was really quick. Food and drinks were really nice and tasty.

I booked this hotel because of the spa but the spa was not working which was really disappointing. I asked to be moved to the other Beatriz hotel but they refused. They gave me a compensation which was a free treatment in a big bath tub but we weren't happy. 4 days in a spa hotel and not even one day we were able to use the spa. It was really disappointing.

The food was exellent and plenty of. The waiter very nice and fast. The room spacious - on the top floor, which I like most. The hotel has all the facilities you could only imagine - spa with sauna, hammam, cosmetic center. The first hotel in which I was, where it was taken care of religous people - there was held catholic mass and also protestant liturgy on Sunday! Beautiful swiming pool area. Hotel lobby abundantly decorated for upcoming holidays.

Cleanliness of cutlery. No toilet brush at bathroom! The hotel manager unresponsive at all. I contact them personaly twice, my booking assitant once - no answer till today. I felt such disrespect. Unprofessional.

Quick check in: they forgot to Ask me to pays, but they recalled me. Wide confortable room but a little bit old fashionned. The logia (balcony) is well architectured in order you can be nude on it without disturbing anyone if you are at a medium level. Nice pools but many games around are broken. Food is abondant. If you like hiking, there are many trails, on the North of the hôtel, around a few volcanoes.

Food of medium quality especially poir pastries. Too much salted or sugared. Some equipment are in bad state, for example the certain in m'y room which was torn: I was woke UP every morning by the outside light. Accoustic isolation is not top: you can ear your neighbours in love action.... When I was in the bathroom 2 waiters attempted to enter m'y room with their pass and without knocking during lunch time. I wrote a complaint, but I did not receive any answer. German customer not friendly.

Outdoor pools are quite good, selection of food for breakfast and dinner is nice. Polite and friendly front desk personnell have definitely contibuted to a great first impression.

Carpets on hallways were not vacuumed at all. Restaurant area, where meals are served, was too crowded at times. Common area around the bars could use a little freshening up.

Breakfast was really good. The pool was clean and staff friendly.

As a non smoker, I was unable to use the balcony due to neighbours smoking. It would be better to separate smokers. There was also a lot of smokers round the pool area where children were playing.

It was dated but clean.

Nice big room,great view from thé balcony, tasty breakfast and dinner, close to beach and city center.

Only rooms with games were old and lot of machines did not work. But still really great hotel.
