Could be more variety at lunch

What was absolutely dreadful was the fact that the kids disco and the entertainment was put on hold so people could watch football. I hate football and u certainly don't pay out to go on holiday to watch it. There should either be a special place ie maybe reception or people can watch it in their own rooms. There are loads of people that don't watch foot ball and you are a hotel not a sports bar

Perfect location. Spotlessly clean. Professional and friendly staff. Great facilities, nice food and drink in the all inclusive package. Loved our bedroom, it was very spacious with a lovely view of the beach and town from our balcony. Complimentary water in the room every day. We hope to return soon.

A minor thing but no cold milk is put out with afternoon snacks, to make hot tea. I had to ask at the pool bar for cold milk.

The rooms were very clean and in general every area was well maintained, restaurant, pool and bar were really nice. We would definitely recommend this Hotel to friends and others. It is a great place because in general it is lovely and quiet. There are nice areas further in the direction of the airport from the Hotel which are nice for walking and Cycling.

There is a bit of distance to walk into the OLD town , but it is not a problem, you can use Taxi ore bus. In general myself and my wife really enjoyed the stay at the premises of the hotel and the surrounding areas

Excellent selection of food at meal times, staff very friendly and they work very hard - long hours. Location is brilliant and 10 mins from airport via taxi. Overall, it’s a very good hotel with great facilities, and rooms were cleaned every day. Cannot fault it! 👏👏

Safe in room should be free, naughty to ask you to pay more money I think. Also, fridge wasn’t very cold.

Rooms were really comfy. Excellent cleaning every day. Food was great most days. Breakfast was great.

Some days dinner wasn't to my taste, but usually found something to eat.

We were upgraded by hotel, so we had a large terrace with a sea view, which I am grateful for. There were many staff working at the hotel, everyone was very helpful and kind. The breakfast was very varied, they offered everything we expected. We were able to eat outside by the pool. The location was a few meters from the beach, a pleasant walk to Puerto Carmen or Mata Gorda, there is a sidewalk or footpath along the sea all the time, so it is possible to go for a long walk or run along the coast. The bike path is also well-maintained and safe.

I would like a slightly better equipped fitness center and a kettle in the room.

Size of the room, size of the bed (2m x 2m), heated pool, very clean pool and also the area around the pool. Very helpful and friendly staff.

The breakfast is basic and the dinner has few options. Except the Easter evening, the dinner was below a 4 star hotel standard in Spain. The room and the bathroom not so clean. The location is right in front of the beach, but the beach - Playa Pocillos - is not that spectacular like Playa Grande (30 min by walk from the hotel or bus options from San Antonio). The entertainment (evening, aquagym, etc) is one of the lowest we ever seen.

Choice of breakfast was excellent, plenty of great and varied choices both hot and cold. They have filtered water in the restaurant so you can fill your water bottles for free . Room was fabulous, sea view, huge balcony with extendable clothes line on the wall. Very clean. Cleaned every day if you want. Complimentary bottles of water left at every cleaning. Complimentary packets of tissues. Tea, coffee etc. Great power shower.

The outdoor jacuzzi was rated as heated but was cool. Evening entertainment very short, some evenings only for an hour Cocktails only available from 6pm!! Only a mojito available at the pool bar. I was looking forward to sipping Pina Colada's during the day.

We were absolutely delighted with the hotel, with all inclusive. We had a rented car and a plan for a week of what to see around. In the morning we had breakfast in the hotel restaurant, then went by car to tourist places, the weather was great, November is ideal for traveling to Lanzarote. Every day we returned to have lunch at the hotel and again went somewhere interesting or played tennis at the hotel. After dinner, we walked every evening near the hotel, it was very nice to see how smartly dressed people of Lanzarote enjoy life. Unfortunately, almost all my photos and videos were deleted by mistake from my phones. But this is a good reason to return again to the hotel and enjoy once again the fantastic views of Lanzarote. We have only beautiful impressions and memories of the hotel and our vacation.

Really nice choice of food and drinks, simple and delicious, you can eat almost all day- great with kids!, clean, peace- even at the pool! No problem with loungers, you are felling looked after but in very discreet way, kids can play safely even with inflatables, pool dance and mini disco great for our 6 years old! beautiful location, great for the price we paid! Definitely recommended for the price and will return if travel to the island again!

Some issues with room when we arrived- smell and noise after opening the balcony door (not from hotel) and door not closing properly causing some noise during the day- we did make a complain, asked to wait to next morning to resolve, but after a really good and quiet sleep (it is really super quiet hotel and havenly comfy beds!) it wasn't a problem any more for us! It seems paying extra for sea view room on another side of hotel is a good idea for next visit!Still great for the price we paid for 2 adults and a child all inclusive!
