Could be more variety at lunch

What was absolutely dreadful was the fact that the kids disco and the entertainment was put on hold so people could watch football. I hate football and u certainly don't pay out to go on holiday to watch it. There should either be a special place ie maybe reception or people can watch it in their own rooms. There are loads of people that don't watch foot ball and you are a hotel not a sports bar

Perfect location. Spotlessly clean. Professional and friendly staff. Great facilities, nice food and drink in the all inclusive package. Loved our bedroom, it was very spacious with a lovely view of the beach and town from our balcony. Complimentary water in the room every day. We hope to return soon.

A minor thing but no cold milk is put out with afternoon snacks, to make hot tea. I had to ask at the pool bar for cold milk.

The rooms were very clean and in general every area was well maintained, restaurant, pool and bar were really nice. We would definitely recommend this Hotel to friends and others. It is a great place because in general it is lovely and quiet. There are nice areas further in the direction of the airport from the Hotel which are nice for walking and Cycling.

There is a bit of distance to walk into the OLD town , but it is not a problem, you can use Taxi ore bus. In general myself and my wife really enjoyed the stay at the premises of the hotel and the surrounding areas

Excellent selection of food at meal times, staff very friendly and they work very hard - long hours. Location is brilliant and 10 mins from airport via taxi. Overall, it’s a very good hotel with great facilities, and rooms were cleaned every day. Cannot fault it! 👏👏

Safe in room should be free, naughty to ask you to pay more money I think. Also, fridge wasn’t very cold.

Hotel was perfect in every way for us. We stayed in early May and it was quiet, a very popular area for retirement holidays it appeared. The pool was great, food was delicious. All inclusive had a different dinner theme every night which was great, no repetition and boring foods! The rooms were spotless and house keeping called every day to make the beds, change the towels and clean up. The addition of a games room with pool table, table tennis, basketball court and tennis court outside. Kids disco and live entertainment every night. Location was great, right between two bus spots that are directly from the airport (€1.40 for the 161 bus from Airport to San Antonio hotel just 5 minute walk away!) I’d highly recommend the hotel to everyone!

No complaints. All the staff were lovely, food was great and the bedrooms were amazing!

Rooms were really comfy. Excellent cleaning every day. Food was great most days. Breakfast was great.

Some days dinner wasn't to my taste, but usually found something to eat.

Lovely hotel, right by the sea with a lovely sandy beach, and close to the airport (€15 taxi ride). Spacious air-conditioned room. Kettle and tea in the room. There is no need to take your own shower gel, as there was a large bottle in the bathroom. The food was very nice, we had half board. They had kids' club every day from 10:30 am till about noon, where kids were minded. There was a loundry room, you needed to buy a chip for €4 for the machine, which also dispensed the detergent. We had our own beach towels, but they were available from the hotel too. We were in the middle of the summer and could always find sun loungers by the pool. Staff were friendly and helpful. You could book a bus trip from a place nearby.

The only complaint is that the water in the pool was cold, wish it was heated as I hardly used it because of that.

Ideal location for a family if you want a quiet spot to unwind really close to rancho texas and a nice flat walk to Puerto del carmen main strip. Pool area was great plenty of sunbeds life guards really good and floaties allowed for kids. Really clean hotel housekeeping done an amazing job the week we were there. Reception were great always on hand if we needed anything like taxis etc. Kids entertainers were fantastic with the smallies also. Nice variety at breakfast we didn't have dinner at the hotel but it looked busy always.

Smart TV didn't connect to Internet for Netflix etc. But kids had no Internet issues on their devices so not a big deal Variety of drinks in evenings for adults and just entertainment in hotel bar at night was slightly lacking but plenty of bars near by if needed so only a minor issue really otherwise a really nice spot and would recommend and stay again.

We were upgraded by hotel, so we had a large terrace with a sea view, which I am grateful for. There were many staff working at the hotel, everyone was very helpful and kind. The breakfast was very varied, they offered everything we expected. We were able to eat outside by the pool. The location was a few meters from the beach, a pleasant walk to Puerto Carmen or Mata Gorda, there is a sidewalk or footpath along the sea all the time, so it is possible to go for a long walk or run along the coast. The bike path is also well-maintained and safe.

I would like a slightly better equipped fitness center and a kettle in the room.

Such a good stay!! It was clean, comfortable, modern and a good location for us in a slightly quieter area. Some bars close by and only about 15/20 mins walk or €2.50 taxi into the heart of Puerto del Carmen. Balcony was lovely and big. Room was clean and fresh water left daily. Always sun beds available, no mad rush before breakfast to reserve! Breakfast was amazing! Lunch and dinner were less impressive but always something to eat. We would return!

We found some staff quite grumpy particularly at the pool bar and food. But it didn’t really affect the stay. All inclusive alcohol drinks menu at pool bar was limited - cocktails don’t start till cocktail bar opens.
