Lovely location- All staff very accommodating and helpful. Great entertainment and loved that we could access the beach so easily.

Wardrobe not tall enough to hang dresses without having to fold them over hangers - we couldnt use the safe as it was broken

Lovely staff, reception, waiting, chefs, cleaners and a special thank you to Rosemary, entertainment manager who never ceased to give 100%. Food was excellent, wide variety and service excellent. Evening music entertainment was very good, good quality bands. Lovely big pool with easy entries and plenty of sunbeds.

We felt the hotel should have been closed during very noisy disruptive works being carried out. It wasn't possible to access our room without stepping over pipes. There are fans that come on every day around 5pm just when you want to relax on terrace. Certain rooms, including ours have what is like 100 hairdryers on you at once, it doesn't affect all rooms though.

As of June 25 the hotel rooms are being refurbished and due to be completed this summer,so the likelihood is that you will receive a nice new bed and shower in the pleasantly clean rooms. All staff without exception were welcoming and made sure you were enjoying your vacation. Good evening entertainment if you decide to stay within the hotel in the evening and if not on all inclusive, the drinks were very well priced too! Daytime entertainment was limited but absolutely what we wanted… music occasionally booming but not the norm

They charge for safes… Small amount of disturbance from the builders, but not so much that it spoilt anything

Aircon didn’t work properly in some way across all our 4 rooms The tarpaulins used to separate renovated rooms from those in progress affected visibility towards beach unnecessarily. Quality of nightly entertainers varied a bit One was awful where others were great Gym not properly laid out due to building work Area in front of hotel a bit run down

Loved the location. We found the room very comfortable and clean.Great pool area and pool bar. The staff were very friendly and attentive. An army of cleaners busy every day.

We loved this hotel. We had a brilliant holiday . I will definitely be back, but I would ask for a sunny balcony next time. Our balcony had a massive tree in front of it, blocking out the view and sun. We had a kettle in the room as requested but had to run around to source milk, cups and spoons which we got at the pool bar no problem but would be nice if it was set up in the room. Other than that, no complaints I would definitely recommend as a great hotel to stay in Costa Teguise.

The location and size of the room was more than I expected with fridge, microwave and hob. Overlooking the beach and on the top floor. Excellent decor and very clean.

The only problem we had was the air conditioning unit leaked and we awoke to the room flooded..We reported it and thought it was fixed but on our last night we returned to find it had leaked again.The staff were very quick to send a man to fix the unit. So all good in the end

The location was amazing, close enough to two nice beaches and a bunch of restaurants, pubs and stores.The staff was very helpful and friendly, always trying to improve your stay. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety and quality of food. Drinks at the bar were cheap and the draught beer was excellent. The rooms with sea view are amazing, what a view!

The food served at dinner was not of the highest quality and neither were the cocktails from the bar. Thankfully we didn't pay for the all inclusive plan, otherwise it would have been disappointing. I think there is a lot to improve there.

2nd time staying at THB Lanzarote, it's a great location, a good pool area, plenty of sunbeds. I asked for a Seaview, which we got. Thank you, although when I enquired at reception, the lady said it would cost more, which I didn't mind, but I'd already been allocated it but didn't say or seem to know! She was quite abrupt, not very friendly, all the rest of the team were great when we interacted with them. Breakfast and good choice and a well organised.
