The bathroom and main room are good quality, but my favorite thing was the room coffee. They use Lavazza coffee, which I had never had before, and it is the best quick make coffee I could ever imagine. The capsules tasted like well pulled espresso. Better than anything you'd find except in a shop where a barista knew how to actually adjust and clean the machine properly. It wasn't bitter, it was full flavor and strong.

Only two notes: the door to the room has about a quarter inch gap at the bottom, it would be nice if it was all the way to the ground. And you can hear the TV from the adjacent room. More than one should. Be careful if you are self conscious about making noises.

The hotel staff was very friendly. Room had all I needed. Hotel facilities like parking and pool are nice. Hotel location is amazing.

Room doors do not have rubber lining which makes you hear every single door closing on your floor of stay. Water pressure in the shower is very weak (I stayed twice, once on the 4th floor and a second time on the second floor.

Very clean. Not a fan of the location and the pool wasn't as clean as everything else but staff and experience was over all very lovely.

Pool could be a little cleaner and the location was not the absolute best next to freeway but not a turn off. The bathroom door kept getting jammed as well.

It was very nice and clean, the room had recently been remodeled. Beds comfy, too. Close to stores, restaurants and coffee!

That it's a bit of a drive to the beach yet still worth it if you're on a budget. Nothing about the hotel or stay was a dislike.

Parking was horrible on Saturday. I had to go to the very end where construction debris and storage crates were. Last spot. There was a party or some type of business going on. You should have parking spots for people staying at your hotel.

The hotel decorations and lobby are very pretty and comfortable.

The communication is not very clear from a few staff members. They are not familiar with the computer system. Also, it would be better if they had breakfast as buffet style, not a restaurant serving style. The food preparation process was delayed and slow. There are many waiters, but it was still slow.

The bed was comfortable and nice big tv. Air conditioner was not too loud when it came on.

Breakfast was awful. No soap to wash your face. Room faced freeway , very loud all night. $25.00 for water and parking.

The room was very comfortable. Much larger than expected. The king size bed was just as comfortable as staying at a 5 star property. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

No complaint’s everything was above my expectations.

I slipped and fell leaving the Premises after checkout, and the Manager and a guest helped me up. I am grateful for their help.

The Check-in Staff was terrible. Hidden charges ... Check-in time not reasonable
