The location was excellent, very convenient to the Mission in San Juan Capistrano. The room was spacious but only had one chair to sit in. The room and bathroom were very clean with plenty of towels, the bed was comfortable. Parking is somewhat limited on premises but there is plenty of parking on the street. There is no breakfast but just a few steps away there is a Burger Place which offers a fabulous breakfast which is plentiful for a reasonable price. In the other direction there is an "In And Out Burger" just a few steps away. Right next to the hotel there is a Popeye's. There are a refrigerator and microwave in the room.

It would have been nice if there were two chairs in the room and a coffemaker.

Laguna Inn and Suites exceeded my expectations. My husband and I were seeking a reasonably priced hotel close to the venue of the wedding we would be attending. The gentleman that checked us in the afternoon of arrival was extremely kind and provided incredible service. Himself and the housekeeping staff always ensured our needs were met and were wonderful. The location of this hotel was perfect for our needs and the hotel was clean and safe with convenient parking. I highly recommend Laguna Inn and Suites for your stay in the San Juan Capistrano area.

You can tell that the owners of this property take much pride in their hotel. It is immaculate, comfortable, and everything was in perfect working order. The staff seemed like family, very warm and welcoming. The underground parking was a plus, it felt much more secure than having to park in the street. I was really pleasantly surprised with the property, they don't have a website, but there were no "surprises" upon arriving. Very convenient location to see a show at the Coach House !

I have no complaints, everything I needed or wanted was there.

The staff is so, so nice! My car was dead when I went to check out. One of the maintenance guys brought his truck over to jump it, and the hotel manager had new jumper cables. Got me right on the road. Above and beyond, I would say! The hotel is not fancy, but the rooms are clean, and the beds are pretty comfortable. The prices are amazing for San Juan Capistrano! I will continue to stay there when I'm working in town!

The TV didn't work during my second stay, but I didn't really miss it.

The staff were so nice and the room was clean. It had the best TV cable channels I have ever had in any hotel, even the more expensive ones. It was very basic, no frills. And the ice machine was awesome!

The only thing was the harsh white lighting was unpleasant. LED 2700K would solve that problem. And lamps for reading on both sides of the bed is crucial. There weren't any.

It is unfortunate but  this property does not warrant the pricing that it charges A convenient place to say vnice people, and I’m a regular, but it has no amenities such as pool, coffee bar… Landscaping around it… That other hotels in the area have, but yet you charge just a little under them I feel still your pricing should be anywhere in the $85-(100 weekends) range also not understanding the fee… I understand the tax but there should be no property fee

The property was clean, and it felt like it was in a safe location. Definitely would not consider this a hotel you would stay at if you were there for a vacation. It’s sandwiched between a frontage road and a freeway, there isn’t much to look at. However, it is clean, affordable, and my stay was very peaceful.

The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. They truly wanted our stay to be the best it could be. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The bed and linens were great and we both slept very well. We had a large jacuzzi tub in our room as well which was very luxurious and such a treat! The location was perfect for us. It took less than 10 minutes to get to the mission and all the fantastic restaurants, shops, and bars.

Centrally located

This property needs to upgrade their Wi-Fi. It is a poor quality… When working we want to have no interruptions in the Wi-Fi system. Perhaps you should call T-Mobile or get better Cox cabling, or move your Wi-Fi from the attic to a more central location so that it can assist working people the opportunity to do their work while staying… No one wants to gather outside in an area where it’s pulling stronger went in the room it goes away

We only got coffee for breakfast. We brought our own snacks. The room had a hair dryer, ironing board.

Location was ok. Freeway was close by, a lot of noise. In and Out burgers were next to us. A lot of noise as well.
