I loved the amenities such as the pool and hot tub. The location of my room was situated near the elevators and ice machine. I also loved that our room had a full kitchen, desk, two beds, and sitting area. The welcome screen when we first walked into our room was such a nice touch. The staff at the reception desk were very welcoming and helpful.

The breakfast was tasteless, and limited in options. I would have loved to have had options such as pancakes, waffles, turkey sausages, and lactose free milk for my child to enjoy. We were grateful that breakfast was included with our stay however, we were disappointed in the quality of flavor.

Didn’t like asking for towels or room cleaning. Only received 2 towels at any time. Not enough. Room was never cleaned during our 10 night stay. I understand cutbacks, privacy, understaffing. But after 4 or 5 days the room should have been refreshed without being told to. Glad we’re not slobs! I guess this explains the bags of garbage and piles of towels in front of rooms. Not listed for cleaning that day. And there is a list! I saw it on the cart and the front desk checked too.

The property was pristine, the front desk was very helpful and got me checked in right away. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean and quiet. We loved the pool and hot tub. The gym had what we needed. Breakfast was good.

The worse hand mixed martini I’ve ever had was there. Had I known the bar tender was not able to make it I would have ordered something else. Also the bar was out of mint so no mojito either. The wine was ok. I didn’t like paying for parking.

The place was very nice, staff was helpful. I really loved the patio and life area. The area is very quiet. They're are drinks for sale at the front counter that are much cheaper than the in-house bar.

The site stays $10 per night for parking, they charge $15., and they charge full price for handicap parkjng.

I like the location of the hotel and that it was quiet. Staff are accommodating. Big room with kitchenette.

Breakfast had no variety. We basically ate the same during our 7 nights, not to mention that it was Christmas.

The suites 2 separate TV viewing areas. The kitchen and open large space through the room. Clean. Great complimentary coffee bar 24 hours.

The separate parking app at check in. You should be able to add the parking fee to your hotel bill. It was too complicated.

The suite had plenty of room for the four of us that stayed and the area felt safe.

Nothing stood out as not liking it, but the check in ending at midnight was a concern for us due to getting stuck in some traffic traveling down, so we were worried we’d miss the check in period. When I tried online check in earlier that day, the app said it wasn’t available at that time.

The free breakfast was wonderful! 24/7 coffee in the lobby was a nice perk. My king suite was like having my own little apartment away from home. Daniel, the desk clerk, was very personable. I enjoyed interacting with him each time that I saw him.

The bed pillows are too flat. Even stacking them together gave no support. Everything else was just fine.

The breakfast was very good, there was a variety of food to choose from and nothing ran out because the staff was constantly attending the breakfast area. The patio and lounge areas were very nice.

The staff at check in was hit or miss. The initial person to check us in didn't provide the same information as she provided to others. I found hair in the towels and bed linen.

Quiet area. Very well maintained. Exceptionally clean. Good breakfasts. The staff was very accommodating . We are an older couple and staying here worked really well for us.
